Poem: Join Those Who Pray Tahajjud Often.

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Among Allah's slaves are souls who rise regularly
In the last third of every night, when most are asleep.
While many dance in night clubs and others prefer sleep,
These armies of tough believers stand to pray and weep,
Praying to Allah for His Guidance, Love and Mercy.
~*~
Strong enough to surrender their beds and joys worldly,
They stay awake at nocturnal hours to obtain peace
In supplicating to Allah for their wants and needs,
Begging Him to forgive their wrongs and ease their worries,
Asking Allah to fix their affairs and destiny.
~*~
Their love for Allah outweighs love for their families,
Aware we're under the care of Allah Almighty.
They pray Qiyaam Al-Layl not in Ramadan only,
But now and then they perform Tahajjud frequently.
With each Dhikr and Sujood they gain tranquility.
~*~
To them, complete inner happiness can be achieved
By doing plenty of good deeds with sincerity,
One of which is praying Tahajjud habitually,
Talking to Allah Who always listens, hears and sees.
Allah is the One Who provides wisdom and relief.
~*~
These groups of steadfast Muslims who strive so patiently
Differ from those who just do what's obligatory.
Their tests are not the same, their patience level varies,
And those who favor Jannah avoid much luxury.
They're Allah's allies who  get enriched through piety.

📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, 'Our Rabb (Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala) descends to the lowest Heaven in the last third of every night, and He Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala says: "Who is calling upon Me, so that I may answer him? Who is asking from Me, so that I may give him? Who is seeking My forgiveness, so that I may forgive him?"'
