Note: What Muslimahs Can Do In The Last 10 Nights Of Ramadan

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Some of the good deeds which Muslimahs can do during the last ten nights of Ramadan, even if they may be having their monthly period:
1] Say a lot of Adhkaar (words of remembrance of Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala), Istighfaar and Du'a, especially "Allahumma Innaka 'Afuwwun Tuhebbul 'Afwa fa'fu 'annaa." O' Allah You Are Forgiving, You love forgiveness so please forgive us. Ameen.
2] Feed some fasting Muslims by voluteering in preparing their Suhoor or Iftaar meals. You can cook a special dish or buy some sweets which they can take for Iftaar or prepare dates and water for them when the Adhan of Salat Al-Maghreb is called.
3] Gather and apply authentic Islamic knowledge to strengthen your faith/Imaan. Read some Islamic books or articles, and listen to some Islamic lectures, podcasts or Facebook live videos where trustworthy users make sincere effort to generously contribute what they know about Islam with others to assist one another in being better Muslims for Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala.
4] Continue reading from the Noble Qur'an with a Tafseer book (with translations and explanations of the Surahs) or with a Qur'an application, as long as you are not in a state of janaaba / sexual impurity. If you are in junub, first perform ghusl bath then read from a Qur'an application, website with text from the Noble Qur'an (www.TheNobleQuran.com) or Tafseer. Other Muslims think that a woman in her menses must not go near the Qur'an at all until she is completely purified. However, some of us believe that it doesn't make sense for a Muslimah to deprive herself of the immense rewards of reciting from the Noble Qur'an for several days. Allahu A'lam. She can still recite from the Noble Qur'an either from her memory, from a Tafseer, Qur'an application or website, as long as she is not in janaaba.
5] Take care of the infants, children, the elderly, and those who are unwell while the Muslims are praying Taraweeh and Tahajjud / Qiyaam Al-Layl. So the kids do not disturb their parents, try to look after them and perhaps teach them to memorize a Surah from the Noble Qur'an that you have memorized.
6] Post some Islamic reminders on social media for Allah's sake as a sadaqah jaariyah, or write some lessons you've learned as a Muslim which you can share to motivate others to become more ambitious Muslims.
7] While saying Dhikr, even in your period, you can chat with some loved ones and sisters in Islam to advise them, uplift their moods, check how they're doing, cheer them up, and encourage them to not quit striving to please Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala. This can be helpful particularly when Muslims can't visit each other for several weeks until this lockdown is lifted.
Include the Muslim Ummah, including your dear parents, in your wholehearted Du'as, while aiming to do Tawbah and positively transform yourself for Allah's sake even after the blessed month of Ramadan.
