Poem: To The Suicidal Souls Wherever You Are

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 A letter to those thinking of committing suicide,
To the suicidal souls and those broken from inside,
Who soak their pillows with tears yet in daytime they smile,
And who feel like they can't handle a challenging life.
~•~
Realize that when Allah loves us, trials arise
To examine our faith and test in what ways we're wise,
To elevate our station in Jannah Paradise,
Where the patient can be grateful they chose to survive.
~•~
I understand that heartbreaks and worries aren't nice,
That it's not always easy to resist when enticed,
To forgo what our nafs likes, to combat vile desires,
To put ego under control and surrender pride.
~•~
Nonetheless we're here to serve Allah, keep that in mind.
Obeying Allah is what we must prioritize,
Praying to God Allah for as long as we're alive,
And doing what Allah ordered despite being tired.
~•~
Note: As Allah's slaves, it's our duty to sacrifice
And worship Allah, and to never think He's not Kind.
Allah has granted countless blessings to humankind.
It's shaytan who corrupts and causes some to defy.
~•~
Impatience, greed and envy are traits shaytan inspires,
Along with persistence upon rebellion and lies,
Advocating wrongs, forgetting one's mission in life,
And cancelling the exam to decline Allah's Rights.
~•~
So never contemplate suicide. It doesn't solve strife,
It can't fix the past nor can it make sorrow expire.
Wherever we go on earth all kinds of tests we'll find.
To pass them, be a Muslim and on Allah rely.
~•~
From being Muslim is to have patience when we're tried,
To seek Allah's Pardon when we do what He dislikes,
And pray to Allah Who is Above the mighty skies
Until we meet Allah the Most Loving and Most Kind.
~•~
Learn about Islam so your Imaan level stays high.
Talk to Allah. Say Dhikr and Du'a day and night.
Note: We're never lonely when Allah is by our side,
And sadness wipes out sins so we're pure for Paradise.

Poem: Be Contented Avoiding Toxic Friendships

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Respect yourself enough to avoid toxic friendships
With the rude and ignorant who shamefully gossip,
Who post status updates that are passive-aggressive,
And whose comments imply they're insecure or jealous.
~•~
You know they're not true friends if they aren't supportive,
If you gratefully express joy they become quiet,
If they laugh at you, and your invites are rejected.
Let go of them. Their negative vibes are not needed.
~•~
It feels free to disconnect from those hateful critics
Who don't add value to our lives so they're plain useless.
Their presence brings discomfort, their speech lacks benefit,
And dialogues with them are boring, lacking merit.
~•~
Stay away from them if these awful traits are spotted:
Tendency to lie, to spreading rumors addicted,
Confirming envy when they got you disrespected,
And taking advantage so the care is one-sided.
~•~
As we rise to Jannah and by Allah we're guided,
Vanishing of wrong kind of friends should be expected.
With Allah's Will someday they can be substituted
By like-minded souls who truly deserve our friendship.

The oppressed will each be given from his good deeds. If his good deeds run out before justice is fulfilled, then their sins will be cast upon him and he will be thrown into the Hellfire."

Poem: Our Main Goal In Life Is To Worship Allah.

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 If the dead were brought back to life, given chance to live,
Granted respite to have their accounts of actions fixed,
After witnessing what occurs once they are buried,
They'd do more good and lack interest in getting rich.
~•~
They'd probably do Tawbah and worship Allah more,
Be kinder and do charity if they can afford,
Share their gifts and blessings with others which they would hoard,
Forgive, help, let go of long-term grudges and discord.
~•~
They'd realize luxury mansions were of no use,
The feasts they enjoyed, branded clothes worn, cool gadgets used,
And pictures of their flawless faces and fancy food,
Could not save them from Allah's judgment He'd execute.
~•~
Understand our main goal is to serve Only Allah,
Not to be aimless on earth nor settle in dunya.
The means that Allah gave must be pathways to Jannah.
Wealth and lawful things shouldn't be sources of fitna.
~•~
Inner joy is attained when our purpose is fulfilled.
When we're loved by Allah, we feel complete, whole and healed.
It doesn't matter if some are wealthy, smart or skilled,
If the reason why they were born remains unfulfilled.
~•~
So concentrate on serving Allah and do your best,
Regardless of how many challenges cause distress.
Wherever we go in this world, expect various tests.
To pass them, have Taqwa. Trust Allah. Don't stay upset.
~•~
Instead of collecting credentials and worldly gains,
Strive to earn Allah's Love, increase good deeds for His sake.
Assist each other as Muslims in strengthening faith,
So we meet Allah and reunite near Jannah's gates.

Note: The Humble Are Willing To Learn From Others.

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 An example of false humility is to force yourself to be the most passive person in a group, behaving as though you're humble enough to listen to everyone yet deep inside you knowingly roll your eyes, cringing each time somebody confidently states a fact or shares an opinion. An actually arrogant person when told about some news or facts is likely to say "So what?", "What's your point?" and "Shut up. I already knew that", uninterested in whatever comes out of your mouth because to them they're the only ones who have every right to speak, deliver lectures and regulate.
Genuinely humble individuals are eager to learn from others. They're teachable, willing to be corrected, ready to progress in life for Allah's sake, prepared to be proven wrong if they're incorrect, and they never hesitate to admit they don't know something if they aren't familiar with that topic yet.
Acting like one has full knowledge of everything and refusing to receive information from other humans are among the indicators of actual arrogance.
Next time we come across a user's status update on social media, instead of instantly preparing ourselves for the perfect "eye-roll", we can make effort to analyze:
1] What hidden message is this user trying to state? Are they attempting to defend the truth? Motivate? Inspire others to do the same? Or are they posting it to release tension and relieve emotional wounds?
2] What can this user teach me so I can be a better Muslim and more developed human for Allah's sake?
3] Why should I resent this Muslim for being outspoken and communicative, when Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala is the One Who granted them the ability to express themselves freely, while they're accountable for their statements stated and actions done deliberately? It's not our place to judge somebody's intentions when we are unaware of their entire story.
📖 Haritha ibn Wahb RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "Shall I not tell you about the people of Paradise? They are every humble person considered weak, but if they gave an oath by Allah it would be fulfilled. Shall I not tell you about the people of Hellfire? They are every harsh, haughty, and arrogant person."

📖 Ibrahim ibn Al-Ash’at reported: I asked Al-Fudayl ibn ‘Iyad, may Allah have mercy on him, “What is humility?” Al-Fudayl said, “It is to humble yourself for the truth, to act in accordance with it, and to accept it even if you hear it from a child.” I asked, “What is patience with calamity?” Al-Fudayl said, “It is to not publicize your complaint.”
