Poem: Patience For Allah's Sake Can Inspire You To Accept Polygyny

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

💌 What kind of woman is willing to share her husband

And who's fine with her man marrying another one?

A brave and humble soul who knows she's Allah's servant,

Who sees polygyny as a chance for improvement

In training her to defeat her nafs and have patience -

~•~

Instead of reacting to this kind of permission

With impatience, impudence and dissatisfaction,

She submits to Allah with admirable patience -

Accepting Allah's decisions and what He destines,

Aware of the truth that this world isn't permanent.

~•~

Since Jannatul Ferdaus is this wife's destination,

And serving Allah, not her ego, is her concern,

She handles polygyny with determined patience -

Despite being tested with jealousy now and then,

She stands strong and won't surrender to her emotions.

~•~

Because she tries her best to be pious, obedient,

And sincere, Allah the Almighty grants her guidance,

Wisdom, understanding, inner strength, faith and patience -

Trust in Allah and contentment with what He destined

Inspire her to love her spouse with sweet dedication.

~•~

"It's his right to remarry," that's her way of thinking,

"Allah is testing me. I shouldn't be complaining.

Polygyny ain't a problem when it adds blessings

Through which I attain more of Allah's Love through patience -

Jannah is where we can enjoy bliss with perfection."

Poem: Wisdom Is In Knowing When To Speak And When To Stay Silent

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

💌 Nine instances when silence is safer than speaking:

One - when your words may only wound someone's well-being

And trying to advise them isn't your intention.

Two - when discussing politics or when complaining

About the government leads to more needless problems.

~•~

Three - when arguing with someone smug with ignorance

Simply drains energy and your wrath entertains them.

Four - when dealing with those known to enjoy backbiting.

Safeguard your thoughts and secrets if you can't avoid them.

~•~

Five - when self-expression can't benefit your audience,

When your aim is self-promotion, not motivation.

Six - when you're supposed to listen to those lecturing,

And you gain helpful info through careful attention.

~•~

Seven - when clever comebacks are not a requirement

Around those who act more immaturely than children.

Eight - when you're uncertain if certain information

Is incorrect, or true, or it can't be relied on.

~•~

Nine - when you love Allah and want your faith more strengthened,

Accustom yourself to actions that are rewarding

Like saying Du'a, Dhikr, training to have patience,

And shunning toxic speech for your soul's preservation.

Poem: Virtues Of Modesty And Wearing Hijab

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

💌 A woman's beauty designed and given by Allah

Isn't meant to be flaunted to bring about fitnah.

Her adornments are for her spouse when she's a zawjah,

Not to distract people from their duties and Salah.

~*~

The hijab is an order from Allah to women

Who want to be distinguished as obedient Muslims,

Striving to please Him and leave what He has forbidden,

Wanting to be loved for their faith, not mere appearance.

~*~

Freedom isn't in showing yourself like cheap items,

Not in buying branded cosmetics nor modeling.

Being free as Muslimahs means having confidence

To dress modestly, not being enslaved by fashion.

~*~

Instead of the likes of Kardashians, Nicki Minaj,

And other female celebs, you admire Khadijah,

'Aisha Bint Abu Bakr, Hafsa and Fatima,

And other Muslimahs destined to enter Jannah.

~*~

Rather than obsessing over long fake eyelashes,

Cool hair dyes, fancy highlights, colored contact lenses,

And taking hot selfies, make effort to be pious.

Allah will judge your heart and deeds, not your outer looks.

~*~

A fashion influencer's fans and secret admirers

Can't really benefit her soul in the Hereafter.

Better are Muslims who busy themselves with Dhikr,

Seeking knowledge, not eager to be liked by others.

~*~

A Muslimah's honor is not in a tiara

Nor in a sash award but in just pleasing Allah.

She glows with faith/Imaan, liberated from dunya,

Enjoying peace of mind while she strives to reach Jannah.

~*~

📖 Abu Udhaynah RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "The best of your women are loving, fertile, suitable, and comforting, if they fear Allah. The worst of your women unveil their beauty, take pride in their appearance, and they are hypocrites. None of them will enter Paradise except as rarely as you see a red-beaked crow."

Poem: Solve Problems In Life Through Du'a And Trusting Allah

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

💌 Wherever we go on earth, so long as we're alive,

We're given problems to solve every once in a while -

From monetary problems to tests in marriage life,

Social dilemmas, crisis where the strong ones survive,

And tough choices to make, to follow one's heart or mind.

~•~

"Can I reach out to them? Will they listen or backbite?"

"Should I strengthen this connection? Is this bond worthwhile?"

"Yes I've forgiven them, but I'm still hurting inside."

And "Who is worth trusting when all humans can tell lies?"

Are some of my worries that visit once in a while.

~•~

"The income I receive, is it halal or defiled?"

"The news I often read, which of it conceals a lie?"

"Souls destined for me to meet, on them can I rely?"

Distractions, temptations and other evil desires

Are from life's problems that can be difficult to fight.

~•~

Then again, "Allah is with us," ourselves let's remind.

We can talk to Allah anytime, when sad or tired,

When most of humanity would abandon our side.

Solutions to problems: Saying Du'a day and night,

Trusting Allah, Sabr, and awaiting Paradise.

~•~

📖 Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, “There is no Muslim who calls upon Allah, without sin or cutting family ties, but that Allah will give him one of three answers: He (Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala) will quickly fulfill his supplication, He will store it for him in the Hereafter, or He will divert an evil from him similar to it.” They said, “In that case we will ask for more.” The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Allah has even more."
