Poem: Advice To Those Who Regularly Pray Fajr Late

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Advice to those who regularly pray Fajr late,
Who, when the Adhaan is called, tell themselves "Later. Wait.
Some more minutes. Let me rest." and purposely delay
Praying to Allah - the purpose of why we were made:
~•~
How come when it comes to earning income, online games,
Weddings, gatherings, buying items that are on sale,
And obtaining freebies, your energy escalates,
Yet when it's time to pray, you often procrastinate?
~•~
Is people-pleasing more important than Allah's Grace?
You hate to disappoint people yet you're not afraid
Of showing up late for Allah Who sees you always?
Attain Allah's Love through Taqwa, Tawbah and strong faith.
~•~
Yes, your sleep and dreams are serene but they don't equate
With the solace gained in striving to seek Allah's Face.
Yes, your body is tired and you worked hard yesterday,
But Allah's Wrath is worse if His Laws are disobeyed.
~•~
Train yourself to sleep early or try to stay awake,
Have roosters as pets or appoint a loved one to wake,
Say the Adhkaar before sleeping, and anticipate
Praying Qiyaam Al-Layl and Fajr for Allah's sake.

📖 Jarir Ibn Abdullah RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: We were with the Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam and he looked at the full moon one night. The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Verily, you will see your Lord (Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala) just as you see this moon. There will be no crowd to cover your vision. Thus, If you are able not to miss the prayer before the rising of the sun and its setting, then do so." Then, the Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam recited the verse, 'Glorify your Rabb (Allah the Almighty) with praises before the rising of the sun and before its setting." (Surah Qaaf 50:39)

📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "shaytan (the devil) ties three knots on the back of your head while you are asleep. On every knot he puts the saying: 'The night is long, stay asleep.' When you wake up and remember Allah, one knot is undone. When you perform ablution, the second knot is undone. When you pray, the third knot is undone and you will wake up feeling energetic with a good heart; otherwise, you will wake up lazy with a mischievous heart."

📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "The first action for which a servant of Allah will be held accountable on the Day of Resurrection will be his prayers. If they are in order, he will have prospered and succeeded. If they are lacking, he will have failed and lost. If there is something defective (lacking) in his obligatory prayers, then Allah the Almighty will say: 'See if My servant has any voluntary prayers that can complete what is insufficient in his obligatory prayers." The rest of his deeds will be judged in the same way."
