Tips: Never Compare Your Lifestyle And Current Situation To People's Controlled Online Content

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Never compare your life story to someone's controlled online posts, photos carefully edited to impress others and number of likes they receive on their Facebook timeline. An album of a friend's recent trip to an exotic country abroad shouldn't make you feel like you're lacking something. A stranger's video uploaded on YouTube showcasing their grand, extravagant and fabulous wedding held at a luxury hotel mustn't cause you to forget the memorable occasion when you and your husband got married by Allah's Will in the Islamic way that pleases Him. A woman's beautiful facial features and perfectly slim figure do not cancel out the fact that you also look good, since Allah the Almighty created you beautifully to appear unique and distinguished from the rest of His creation. A user receiving more likes on most of their status updates or they have more subscribers on their YouTube channel than you doesn't mean you lack significant value. What people choose to do and display on the internet should never threaten your self-esteem nor decrease your contentment, level of faith/Imaan and gratitude. Stay grateful to Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala for the gifts which He wisely selected for you. Even the most happiest or wealthiest group of individuals on earth have their own set of dilemma, struggles and worries. Nobody in this temporal dunya has everything going on smoothly 24/7. While a Facebook user or YouTuber may seem like they're living a perfect life, offline they could be struggling with different problems and a mountain load of stress, trying their best to survive and maintain forced smiles at times.
Being Muslim Alhamdulillah should suffice you to recall that perfection, eternal bliss and actual happiness can only be achieved in Jannah Paradise.
📖 Abdullah Ibn Amr RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated that Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu alaihi wa sallam said, "He has succeeded who embraces Islam, whose provision is sufficient, and who is content with what Allah has given him."
