Poem: Act Like You Trust People But Don't, As Allah Is The Only One Whom We Trust.

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Live life day and night as though you're always being watched,
As if the people you meet are spies with rehearsed acts
And beneath their outfits are spying gadgets attached,
So when they play games just to see how you would react,
You'd behave in a way that pleases Allah above.
~•~
Act as if you trust every person you encounter,
Maintaining manners with loved ones, neighbors and strangers,
Talk in a manner they think you like random chatter
And they guess you're an "open book", but that's an error,
They still don't know you well, as you've kept other matters.
~•~
Be friendly for Allah's sake with those whom you speak to,
Yet don't trust them at all, while you yourself remain true.
The words you utter and write very carefully choose.
Treat others according to their nature, not your mood.
And always fear Allah Who always hears and sees you.
~•~
Why people generally can't always be trusted:
Some try to connect for their selfish gains and motives.
Most tend to get jealous, passive and unsupportive.
All humans have mouths they can use for lies or gossip.
In trusting only our God Allah stay contented.

Note: Talking Does Not Invalidate Ablution And The Virtues Of Performing Wudhu

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
📜 Question: Is it correct that speaking during the performance of wudhu invalidates the ablution?
📝 Answer: No. It is incorrect. Talking while performing ablution does not invalidate the wudhu.
Alhamdulillah. If a person performs ablution while conversing to someone, the wudhu is still valid if they fulfilled all the conditions of performing wudhu.
If the person, while performing the wudhu, washed their mouth, rinsed their nose, washed their face, hands, arms, and wiped their head along with their ears, and washed their feet including their ankles, then their wudhu is correct even if they were speaking while doing ablution. There is nothing wrong with speech during the performance of wudhu.
From the Fataawa of sheikh AbdulAziz Ibn Baz (May Allah have mercy on him. Ameen.)

Poem: Avoid Displeasing Allah, As Sins May Darken The Heart And Make It Ugly

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Just because some wear branded clothes, pose well in photos,
Dine with style, decorate themselves with glitter or gold,
Adorn themselves with fab cosmetics they can afford,
And ensure their outfits are never unclean or torn,
Doesn't mean they all have pretty hearts and pleasant souls.
~•~
A person may have an ugly heart if they behave
Rudely and so disrespectfully to those whom they
Consider as "unfashionable" due to poor taste
In their fashion sense and decisions they choose to make
Regarding their weight and how they're outwardly displayed.
~•~
People who evaluate others based on their looks
Are likely to abandon you if you don't look good.
They typically gossip, criticize and ridicule
Anyone who, to them, is not "trendy" or heaps "cool".
Their proud contempt for "cheap people" makes their hearts impure.
~•~
Other deeds which people with ugly hearts often do
Include scamming, inventing stories that are untrue,
Bullying, mocking others for trials they go through,
Refusing to help or give support when insecure,
And doubting Muslims' niyyah, always prone to assume.
~•~
Those with ugly hearts gravitate to shameful matters,
Such as TikTok dancers, materialistic vloggers,
Fellow scammers or cheaters, lies, gossipy chatter,
And they flee from Muslims who prefer the Hereafter,
And to hear Islamic talks they're mostly not bothered.
~•~
Those with ugly hearts can spend hours putting on makeup,
Recording and editing self-serving YouTube vlogs,
And analyzing the products whenever they shop,
Yet when it comes to learning from an Islamic talk,
Or reading Islamic writings, they're quick to give up.
~•~
Ugly hearts don't do enough to receive Allah's Love.
They're attached to dunya, can't recognize shaytan's plots,
And envying others' lives it's hard for them to stop.
To cleanse and beautify your heart, do what Allah loves,
Occupying it with Adhkaar, Du'as, and kind thoughts.

📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Verily, when the servant commits a sin, a black mark (or dark spot) appears upon his heart. If he abandons the sin, seeks forgiveness, and repents, then his heart will be polished. If he returns to the sin, the blackness will be increased until it overcomes his heart. It is the covering that Allah has mentioned: 'No, rather a covering is over their hearts from what they have earned.' (The Noble Qur'an 83:14)"

Note: Reminder To Say "Bismillah" Before Eating And Drinking

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
📜 Question: Saying "Bismillah" every time one raises the right hand to one's mouth to eat or drink, and saying "Alhamdulillah" (after every bite and sip) each time one places down the glass or utensil, is there any basis for this?
📝 Answer: No. The Sunnah when eating (and drinking) is to say "Bismillah" from the very beginning and then say "Alhamdulillah" at the end of one's drink or meal.
Question: What about when raising the glass or cup while taking three separate sips?
Answer: The person should say "Bismillah" (before the whole process of eating and drinking) and upon completion one must say "Alhamdulillah."
What has been reported is to say "Bismillah" at the very start of the meal and "Alhamdulillah" at its end. And if the person decides to repeat then Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala may reward them with goodness (for saying additional Dhikr). However the actual Sunnah is that once is sufficient. You say "Bismillah" one time only before eating and drinking, then say "Alhamdulillah" one time after you're done with eating and drinking.
