Note: Importance Of Avoiding Sins Publicly And Privately As Much As Possible

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Beware of appearing to be devout, righteous, and practicing through the Islamic posts you sometimes share, religious phrases you frequently utter, and modest clothing you wear yet when you think you're alone and no human is watching, you'd spoil yourself with certain sins which other Muslims may never imagine you'd be commiting. The following are some examples of wrongdoings which many may be guilty of, and they'd be doing themselves a huge favor if they hasten to Tawbah/repentance if they don't want their good deeds to be invalidated on the Day of Judgment:
1] Masturbation. If you can't afford to touch yourself indecently in front of your own parents, it is even more important that you avoid masturbating in front of Allah the Almighty and His noble Angels who are assigned to record your intentional actions and statements.
2] Listening to songs and watching music videos, when you've previously made it clear that listening to music as a recreational activity or hobby is haraam/forbidden.
3] Watching porn and inappropriate films while hypocritically commanding Muslims to refrain from watching movies.
4] Involving oneself in plagiarism, forgery and any form of deceit, while warning Muslims against betrayal and purposely telling lies.
5] Trying zina (fornication, adultery) with somebody of the opposite and/or the same gender through sexting, phone sex or clandestinely meeting up in a hotel, dormitory, or during sleepovers, then when you're in public together you act as though you have no feelings for each other.
6] Nosily interfering with others' private lives and spying without any legitimate reason. For example, when someone unfriends a Facebook user only for the latter to sign up for new accounts to be able to see their friends-only status updates. If a Muslim unfriended you on social media, patiently move on and stop worrying about what's going on in their current lives.
7] Drinking alcoholic beverages or knowingly consuming haraam foods when you consistently remind others to stick to what's halal.

May Allah the Most Merciful forgive all our sins and mistakes, and keep us away from hypocrisy/nifaaq. Ameen.

📖 Thawban RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated that Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "I certainly know people from my nation who will come on the Day of Resurrection with good deeds like the mountains of Tihamah, but Allah will scatter them like dust." Thawban RadhiAllahu 'anhu said, “O Messenger of Allah, describe them to us and tell us more, so that we will not become like them.” The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "They are your brothers and from your ehtnicity, taking up worship at night as you do, but they will be people who transgress the sacred limits of Allah when they are alone."
