Poem: I'm Not Like Those Females Who Popularize Divorce

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 To critics who despise my marriage and pacify
Their deluded egos: Please, don't claim I'm telling lies,
While you yourselves are guilty of fibs you try to hide.
Why would I lie about my husband's positive side?
If you've no clue what love is, why even give "advice"?
~•~
Realize I'm not like most females, and that's all right.
I'm not the kind of wife who insists that day and night
My husband must be beside me, nearby all the time.
I'm aware that he should work, relax once in a while,
And there'll be moments when he gets distressed, weak or tired.
~•~
Know I'm not like most women. When I see other wives
Seemingly enjoying themselves in their marriage lives,
I can't feel jealous or deficient, but I'm inspired
To love my spouse even more for Allah the Most Wise
Who chose him as my travel buddy to Paradise.
~•~
Take note, I'm not like most ladies who popularize
Divorce, who dislike how guys can be wed to four wives,
Who treat marriage as a toy to be thrown anytime,
And who stupidly guess that in this brief worldly life
There are no problems. Then what's the point of Paradise?
~•~
When I married my husband for Allah the Most Wise,
I knew that in this journey more trials would arise.
Boundless amounts of patience and strong faith are required,
Along with empathy and contentment from inside.
Faithfully trust Allah and pray this bond always thrives.

Poem: Leaving Unlawful Relationships Is Easy When Your Faith/Imaan Is Strong

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Somewhere on earth are God-fearing souls with unspoken
Feelings of attraction, deeply felt but kept hidden,
Mutual, shared between some souls whom Allah has destined
To meet and understand each other, to examine
If their belief is true or they're outwardly acting.
~•~
If they were near each other, without hesitation
Muslims whom Allah blessed with guidance, intuition
And awareness of which acts bring forth pleasant outcomes
Would be able to witness that while there's real tension,
Mutually they shun each other for their protection.
~•~
Glad tidings to those who'd rather serve Allah more than
The nafs and heart. This world's impermanent enjoyments
Don't appeal to these souls despite rising distractions.
With Allah's Will they're wise enough to pass His exams
Through Taqwa, Ikhlaas, Du'a, Dhikr and sweet patience.
~•~
Tougher than former addicts who quit drug addiction
And braver than rescuers saving lives in loud storms,
These warriors who strive to defeat sinful temptations
Can sacrifice brief pleasures so Allah's Love is earned.
Ditching zina is easy for those whose faith is strong.

Poem: Marriage Is A Test. Don't Let shaytan Make You Fail Through False Promises.

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 When the man whom I love for Allah's sake is upset,
Knowing it's a test, I make peace with my husband's stress,
Sympathizing with his needs and longing for some rest,
I'd leave him space as I run to Allah to confess:
~•~
Marriage is tough but for Allah's sake I'll try my best,
Pleasing Allah through this union that keeps me modest,
Away from all sorts of unlawful relationships,
Praying that Allah preserves this bond and keeps it blessed.
~•~
It's a test, I recall, when my husband makes a mess -
An emotional wreck to my thoughts each time he's missed,
When he takes too long to respond to my message texts,
And when most of my loved ones are my husband's critics.
~•~
It's just Allah's test, I tell myself, when some obsess
Over how I deserve somebody else more pious,
One who has more time for me so I'm not neglected,
Who is more romantic, and won't let me seem oppressed.
~•~
When Allah lets me meet souls with good vibes like magnets,
Controlling myself to avoid feeling attracted,
It's a test, I recall, so I have my feels shifted
Towards my soulmate whom Allah wisely selected.
~•~
For Allah I love my husband though he's imperfect,
This tie pushes me to be patient and devoted,
In spite of obstacles we pray we can go through this
Till we reach Jannah's Gates sighing, "Patience was worth it."
~•~
It's fine if I'm married to one who isn't flawless.
His human flaws like mine don't cause me to love him less.
My spouse is Allah's choice. Allah's Decree I accept,
Yearning to meet Allah in Jannah with eagerness.
~•~

Note: Loyalty For Allah's Sake Is More Delightful Than Divorce

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 If I'm not mistaken, I recall my dear mother (Allah yarhamha. Ameen.) advising me to do Ruqyah or increase the Adhkaar in case somebody may have cast a "love spell" on me. She was probably wondering why I seemed so stubbornly protective of my husband despite the many signs which indicated, from her and others' opinion, that I deserved someone with obviously more time for me. I also remember my father (Allah yarhamhu. Ameen.) on one occasion talking to me about how he wished that the kind of patience, tolerance and empathy I had with my husband would be shown similarly to others. Maybe he found it weird that it was so easy for me to stop communicating with certain individuals while I'd be a lot more understanding, lenient and easygoing when it came to loving the man whom Allah the Most Wise chose as my other half and soulmate.
✅ What inspires me to keep loving my husband for Allah's sake? Why am I capable of being more patient with him than with other individuals, when they're human beings as well prone to making mistakes?
1🔹 I consider this marriage which Allah the Most Loving decreed as a noble transaction and agreement with Him Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala. If a generous employer entrusted you with a special gadget which you should strive to maintain, and you attain some sort of rewards or benefits every time you ensure it's safe, you wouldn't throw it away for a new device simply because of a few glitches or temporary malfunction. If you truly appreciated and respected your boss, whom you can sense wants only what works for you, you'd cherish all the gifts he gives, make effort to find creative solutions to solve each problem cleverly, and if a puzzle is unsolvable, you'd try to have patience with it, knowing that Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala can see the actual wisdom and reasons behind its presence.
2🔹 While he may not be the most handsome and wealthiest guy on earth, I believe that he's incredibly special to me because he was carefully selected by Allah the All-Knowing to be the man whom I enjoy calling my husband. Alhamdulillah besides finding his ESFJ personality type very attractive and he's charming with kids, I like how he has played a big part in helping me, with Allah's Will, to recover from anorexia and bulimia.
3🔹 I despise the idea of asking for divorce because Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala dislikes it even though it's lawful, and it displays that a female never actually loved her ex from the beginning, as true love for Allah's sake doesn't quit that easily.
Inn-sha-Allah I long to see the fabulously perfect version of my beloved husband in Jannah Paradise, where the conniving shaytan won't be around to spoil our joys and blessings.
