Note: One Righteous Muslim Friend Is Better Than Many Acquaintances Who Are A Bad Influence

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 It's better to have a pious friend who occasionally sends you links to reliable Islamic websites than hilarious friends who spoil you with laughter from the funny memes and jokes they share. A dependable companion who loves accompanying you to Islamic conferences and religious circles is worthier of keeping than a generous one who frequently treats you at buffet restaurants gaining sins as you ridicule others through backbiting.
🌸 Among the signs of righteous companions who are "friends for keeps" include:
• When you're with them, your Taqwa and faith/Imaan levels increase.
• When you're not around them, you can trust that they won't gossip about you, as they hate nonsensical talks, purposely telling lies, and obnoxiously indulging in immature gossiping.
• Beautified with steadfast faith/Imaan, sincerity, and decent manners, they're readily forgiving. So even if you don't talk to each other for several days or months, when you reunite for Allah's sake, such as in Eid gatherings or at a friend's wedding, there's no hatred nor awkward silence as you understand each other's busy schedule.
• Without hesitating to advise and correct you when you do something wrong, their counseling is typically done one-on-one because they never wish to see you in an embarrassing situation.
• Recalling that you're human just like them with several flaws and imperfections, they considerately give you lots of time for self-improvement. So they want you to join them in their journey to Jannah without feeling like you're being forced.
• When you share your joys and achievements with them, they don't misinterpret it as showing off nor do they feel envious at all. They enjoy discovering more about you, offer genuine support, and respect your unique qualities or interests.
• You both lovingly mention each other's names in your Du'as on a regular basis, whether while fasting a Sunnah fast every other Monday and Thursday, or in Sujood while praying Tahajjud when only few choose to stay awake.
If you have at least one pious friend, even if such friend happens to be one or both of your dear parents and / or your loving husband, then stay grateful to Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala for being blessed with a worthwhile companion. If it's challenging to find trustworthy people around your area, then remain contented with Allah's Love and eagerly anticipate meeting other good souls in the next life who, with Allah's Will, deserve entry to Jannah Heaven.

Poem: What Is It Like To Love Your Husband Truly For Allah's Sake?

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 "So what's it like to love your husband for Allah's sake?"
"How do you know your love is real and not one bit fake?"
"What makes you stay married though you don't see him always?"
"Of all the guys on earth, why choose him? What motivates
You to keep loving your spouse in spite of his mistakes?"
~•~
To put it simply, my loving him for Allah's sake
Is what keeps me motivated to patiently stay
Married in spite of the fact he's not around always.
Loving him for Allah is like designing a page
Sent from a trusted friend who knows you can decorate...
~•~
...and formulate fine pathways leading to Jannah's gates,
With Allah's Will, as you say Du'as each night and day.
Actual love for Allah's sake enables you to wait,
Disables you from wanting to needlessly complain,
Reminds you to forget flaws and recall his best traits.
~•~
This is what it's like to love my zawj for Allah's sake:
Think of a nerd who values subjects which most kids hate,
A diner who loves to wash their own dishes and plates
Seeking rewards while critics laugh at how they seem strange,
And a gem that still shines even when the skies are gray.
~•~
You maintain patience when your husband is far away,
Apply hope while beseeching Allah to keep him safe
And guided to remain steadfast upon Allah's Way,
When you appreciate your soulmate for Allah's sake.
Mutual love for Allah leads you both to Jannah's gates.

Ali Al-Qari said, "That she prostrates to her husband is due to the number of his rights over her and her difficulty in maintaining gratitude for them. This rhetorical point conveys the obligation of the wife to obey her husband in his rights. Indeed, prostration is not lawful to anyone other than Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala."
