Poem: Unfollow Those Whose Online Presence Is A Distraction Not Blessing

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
📝 The kind of content you expose yourself to daily,
The notes you notice shared by some users frequently,
And status updates you choose to read regularly
Can impact your current mood, mindset and self-esteem.
For Allah's sake, what you absorb - select carefully.
~•~
If you wish to keep the man you agreed to marry,
Avoid users who endorse divorce illogically
Or whose posts could trigger you to feel some jealousy.
Unfollow those who assume it's "unwise" or "silly"
To have Sabr with one's spouse and show humility.
~•~
If you intend to maintain positive well-being,
As well as contentment with Allah's countless blessings,
Refrain from browsing around questionable writings,
And don't entertain users who are discouraging.
Don't pay attention to losers if you aim to win.
~•~
To remain confident for Allah while trusting Him,
Don't surround yourself with clowns who enjoy complaining,
Gossiping and ridiculing people's shortcomings.
When washing clothes, you wouldn't mix mud with detergents
Nor would you stand near workers drilling when unwinding.
~•~
Respect yourself. Be careful with your choice of close friends,
And don't bother tolerating negative content.
Don't mingle with strangers who share fake news and nonsense,
Whose presence can distract you from what's more important.
Learn from the right sources. Skip baseless information.
