Poem: Always Purify Your Heart And Forgive Muslims For Allah's Sake Especially Before Ramadan

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Before Ramadan arrives in a few days from now,
I wish to tell loved ones, haters reading these somehow,
And all Muslims whom I've hurt that I'm sorry for how
I may have bothered you through acting overly proud,
If I said hurtful words or failed to often reach out.
~•~
I'm sorry, I apologize, forgive my mistakes,
Pardon those times when I misconstrued or misbehaved,
Those moments when I upset you by letting you wait,
Instances when it seemed I didn't appreciate
You enough, and when you'd get confused about my state.
~•~
To those who tolerate my strange habits with patience,
Frequent distance or avoidance for self-protection
From gossiping, bad influence and vile temptations,
And who endure my awkward style of interacting,
Thank you, I'm grateful for your patient understanding.
~•~
Please note, I've forgiven for Allah's sake each Muslim
Who gossiped about me, granted downright rejection,
Doubted me, accused me of having wrong intentions,
And who maltreated, acting on jealous resentment.
Note: Forgiving doesn't always mean reconciling.
~•~
To forgive is to forgo wanting to get even.
Instead of plotting revenge and retaliating,
You let go of grudge, surpass critics at forgiving,
And you hope by not unfairly despising Muslims,
Allah forgives and accepts our Tawbah/repentance.

📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "The gates of Paradise are opened on Monday and Thursday. Allah forgives every servant who does not associate anything with Him, except a man with enmity between himself and his brother. It will be said: 'Delay these two until they reconcile, delay these two until they reconcile, delay these two until they reconcile.'"

📖 Anas Ibn Malik RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: The Messenger of Allah SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said to me, "Young man, if you are able every morning and evening to remove any malice (hatred, grudge, spite) in your heart towards anyone, then do so." Then, the Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said to me, "Young man, that is my Sunnah. Whoever revives my Sunnah has loved me, and whoever loves me will be with me in Paradise."
