Tips: Good Deeds Which Muslimahs In Their Monthly Period Can Do On Yawm 'Arafah

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
📋 Some good deeds which females in their monthly period (or nifaas / postpartum menstruation) can do on Yawm 'Arafah: 
1] Prepare the Suhoor and Iftaar meals to Muslims who are fasting. 
2] Regularly say as many Du'a and Adhkaar as you can, specially "Laa ilaaha ilAllah, Wahdahu laa shareeka Lah, Lahul Mulk, wa Lahul Hamd, wa Huwa 'ala kulli shai-in Qadeer.", Takbeer and Istighfaar. 
3] Read some verses from the Noble Qur'an through mobile application, website or Mushaf with thick clean gloves. 
4] Listen to Islamic lectures, browse through some Islamic articles, share helpful reminders and authentic knowledge of Islam on social media. 
5] Take care of the infants and young kids of the Muslims while they pray, say Du'a and have their Iftaar.

📖 'Amr Ibn Shu'ayb RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "The best supplication (Du'a) is that which is made on the day of Arafat (Yawm 'Arafah). The best of it is what was said by myself and the prophets before me: 'There is no God but Allah alone, without any partners, unto Him belong the dominion and all praise and He has power over all things.'"

📖 Abu Qatadah RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: The Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam was asked about fasting the day of Arafat (Yawm 'Arafah) and he SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "It will expiate the sins of the previous and upcoming year." Then, the Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam was asked about fasting the day of Ashura (10th of Muharram) and he SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "It will expiate the sins of the past year."

📖 Zayd Ibn Khalid RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "Whoever helps break the fast of a fasting person, he will have the same reward as him without decreasing anything from the reward of the fasting person."

📖 Aisha RadhiAllahu 'anha narrated: The Messenger of Allah SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said to me, "Bring me a mat from the mosque." I said, “I am menstruating.” The Prophet Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Your menses (menstruation) are not in your hand."
