π In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
π Do you miss the times when there was no covid-nineteen,
Whether it's a pandemic or weird conspiracy,
A plot to ensure that the populace would decrease,
To restrict most from steady jobs or freedom of speech,
Or it's a true disease which spreads with Allah's Decree?
~•~
Do you miss going out to visit your family
And friends, even when there wasn't any special need?
When you could attend Islamic gatherings freely,
Go shopping without constantly showing your ID,
And hug your loved ones without guilt or hesitancy?
~•~
Do you long for those days to come back eventually,
When parents don't have to stress out with their kids' studies,
When students can take their assignments more seriously,
When most examinees won't be urged to lie and cheat,
And teachers can resume disciplining properly?
~•~
Are you tired of worrying if certain news are real,
If you should side with the majority that agrees
To get the vaccine eagerly and without worry,
Or if you must listen to those with a theory
That this crisis is some kind of trick or case study?
~•~
Despite challenges and trials you see frequently,
Always trust Allah and fear just Him the Almighty.
Know that earth and tests in this world are temporary.
To succeed in both worlds, win Allah's Love and Mercy,
Prepare to meet Allah, increase Du'a and good deeds.
