Note: Permissibility To Fast Sunnah Fasts On Friday As Long As One Fasts A Day Before And/Or After It
π In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
It is allowed and permissible to fast Sunnah fasting on a Friday as long as one fasts a day before and/or after it, such as fasting on the 13th, 14th (today Friday February 26 2021, Rajab 14, 1442) and 15th (the three white days / ayyaam al-beedh of each month) and fasting to compensate for missed obligatory fasts.
π Narrated Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: My friend (the Prophet Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) advised me to observe three things: To fast three days of each month; to pray two rak'aat of Duha prayer (forenoon prayer); and to pray Salat Al-Witr before sleeping."

π Sahl ibn Sa’d RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Verily, there is a gate in Paradise called Ar-Rayyaan, through which only those who fasted will enter on the Day of Resurrection. No one else will enter it along with them. It will be said: 'Where are those who fasted, so that they may enter?' When the last of them enter, it will be closed and no one else will go through it."
