May Allah the Almighty grant us more beneficial knowledge, accept our good deeds, forgive our mistakes, protect us from fitna, and join us with the righteous believers in Jannatul Ferdaus. Ameen.

Poem: Advice To Patiently Deal With Insults, Cyber-bullying And People's Maltreatment

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 We can't stop people from talking badly about us.
They have mouths which they misuse to spread rumors, diss, cuss,
Tease, criticize and discuss our flaws behind our backs.
Most wouldn't even care if we were hurt when laughed at.
Ignore the insecure who are pros at verbal trash.
~•~
How people perceive us we can't control nor adjust,
Since their faculties are given by Allah above
And they're granted freewill to do what they think is just.
To deal with their vice, seek Allah's Help and say Du'as,
For Allah's sake train yourself to stay patient and tough.

Understand that many celebs too were often bashed.
Some websites, pages, channels and videos were set up
To ridicule their demerits, like they're laughingstocks,
And so they'd take their own lives if they have none to trust.
Strong faith/Imaan keeps us resistant to poor feedback.
~•~
As Muslims contented with Allah's Guidance and Love,
We mustn't be affected by people's shameful talks.
"Weirdo", "Lesbo", "the b-word", "selfish", "narcissist", "slut",
"Conceited", "filthy", "broke", "pretentious", "fat" and whatnot.
Their slurs signal they're jealous with hearts ugly and black.
~•~
About people's impressions of us no need to fuss,
When they're jokes which describe them well and they aren't facts,
When their injustice shall someday to themselves come back,
And when their acts will soon be judged by Allah, our Judge,
Who purifies and tests those whom He specially loves.

📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Stay away from the seven destructive sins." They said, “O Messenger of Allah, what are they?” The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Associating partners with Allah in worship (shirk/polytheism), sorcery (magic), killing a soul that Allah has sanctified except for a just cause, consuming usury, usurping the property of an orphan, fleeing the battlefield, and slandering chaste believing women."

Do not backbite the Muslims nor seek their faults. Whoever seeks their faults (searches for their mistakes or counts their flaws), Allah will seek his faults. And if Allah seeks his faults, He will expose him even in the privacy of his own house."

📖 Ibn Abbas RadhiAllahu 'anhuma narrated: The Messenger of Allah SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam passed by two graves and he said, "Both of them are being punished, but not by a major sin. As for this man, he did not prevent his urine from soiling him. And as for this man, he would spread gossip." The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam then asked for a green leaf from a date-palm. The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam split it into two pieces and planted one on each grave, and he said, "It is hoped that their punishment may be lessened until those two leaves become dry."
