Poem: Thank Allah For The Blessings He Chose To Give You And Don't Envy What He Gave Others

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 When I see ladies who are much prettier than me,
With straighter hair, lighter skin tone, and slender bodies,
I recall the obese, those who can't move easily,
And those who cope with physical disabilities,
So jealousy disappears and I save my good deeds.
~•~
When I meet women whose husbands are physically
Healthier, more in shape and taller than my hubby,
I know there are shorter guys, those who can't use their feet,
And singles who are fine without a man's company,
So jealousy disappears and I save my good deeds.
~•~
When I notice families who live in luxury,
Who own multiple cars, enjoy grand and lavish meals,
I recall the homeless, those who sleep in parks or streets,
The refugees and those behind bars for many years,
So jealousy disappears and I save my good deeds.
~•~
When I spot writers or speakers more able than me,
Who surpass me at giving speeches so fluently,
I know there are people worldwide who can't even read,
Who need special care and can't communicate clearly,
So jealousy disappears and I save my good deeds.
~•~
When I witness those engulfed in popularity,
And admit they've got more friends than those patient with me,
I recall orphans and elders without family,
And those in jails not free to chat with anybody,
So jealousy disappears and I save my good deeds.
~•~
When I perceive those who are happier outwardly,
From among YouTubers, vloggers and celebrities
Who without Islam still haven't achieved inner peace,
I remember to thank Allah that He guided me
To the right 'Aqeedah that leads to Jannah's entry.
~•~
For as long as a person is prone to jealousy,
Envious distress when others improve or succeed,
And discontentment with Allah's Qadr/Destiny,
That jealous person can never be truly happy.
So defeat jealousy. shaytan's nature don't copy.

Poem: Signs Of Immature "Adults" - What It Means To Be Immature

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Seven behavioral signs of immature "adults",
Who act like naughty kids, aren't conscious of their words,
Like young bullies who laugh when others fail or get hurt,
They're grown-ups yet they don't behave like proper adults:
~•~
One: They lack self-control. They speak all that comes to mind.
They loudly rant, whine, and diss anyone they dislike,
Backbite online and offline, proud of not being nice.
~•~
Two: They're passive-aggressive, can't handle conflict well.
When mad at you, they slam doors in dramatic turmoil,
Mimic your voice, ignore your text messages or calls,
And give the silent treatment yet giggle when you fall.
~•~
Three: Like spoiled children who can't share their toys, they're selfish.
Though they're rich or can drive, they won't provide rides unless
They like you or assisting you brings them some profit.
Adjectives that don't suit them: "helpful", "kind", "generous".
~•~
Four: They feel entitled without justification,
Demand people to treat them like they're so important,
Expect freebies and gifts as if they are deserving
Of your love. You give, they take. You share, they keep taking.
~•~
Five: Like little boys who show off with "look at our bikes"
Or small girls who brag saying "we have more dolls and kites",
They post status updates and photos not to inspire
But to flaunt linguistic skills or luxurious lifestyles.
~•~
Six: They can't take responsibility for their wrongs.
When you're no longer friends, they'll complain, "It's all your fault!",
When they've made a mistake, they'll blame, "You're the one who's wrong!"
And when you try to fix things, they'll wail, "Get lost! Be gone!"
~•~
Seven: They're awful listeners, like kids who ramble
And enjoy lecturing the most at dining tables.
Too busy to hear them? They'll feel oh so terrible.
Then when it's your turn to talk, they're unavailable.
~•~
Mature adults or those who don't want to seem shameful
Aim to improve themselves, make efforts to help people,
Attempt to understand others, know they're fallible,
And for Allah's sake they strive to maintain good morals.

📖 Abu Dharr RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Fear Allah wherever you are, follow a bad deed with a good deed and it will erase it, and behave well with good character towards the people."

📖 Abdullah bin Amr RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "The Muslim is the one from whose tongue and hands the Muslims are safe."

📖 Abu Bakrah RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said in the farewell sermon, "Verily, your lives, your property, and your honor (your reputation) have been made sacred to you, just as the sanctity of this day of yours, in this month of yours. Will not the witness from among you inform the absent?"

📖 Abu Nu’aym reported: Fudayl ibn ‘Iyad, may Allah have mercy on him, said, “If you mix with people, mix with those who have good character; it only invites to good. Do not mix with those who have bad character, for it only invites to evil.”

Note: Why Those Whom Allah Guided Do Not Celebrate Birthdays Nor The So-called "Mawlid An-Nabiy"

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
📜 Question: With regards to some people, there are also among them who organize their own celebration to commemorate their date of birth. What is the Islamic ruling on this?
📝 Answer: All of this is wrong and frowned upon, for a person to celebrate his birthday, his mother's, or his daughter's, or his son's etc. Such invented matters are a resemblance to the deeds of many Christians and Jews. There is no source or origin in Islam for it (to celebrate anyone's birthday). And there is no basis to support it - to celebrate "mother's day", or "father's day", or "uncle's day", or one's "birthday", or the "birthday" of one's child. All of these, birthday celebrations, are wrongdoings and innovated practices, all of them are an imitation of the enemies of Allah the Almighty. None of it is ever allowed to be put into practice.
So it is upon the Muslim to dutifully take precautions, close the doors that lead to bid'ah and be wary of newly invented matters in the religion. Nevertheless some of the people have an abundance of blessings, and they were able to accumulate a large amount of wealth (with Allah's Will) and a lot of them do not know how to spend them rightly. They did not receive guidance yet to make use of their income in obeying Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala, and in the construction of mosques/Masaajid, and in financially assisting the needy. Thus what they do instead is misusing their money on birthday celebrations and the like.
If the Muslim truly intends to revive the Sunnah of the beloved Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam, then the right way to do this isn't through celebrating birthdays but reviving his Sunnah can be done through conducting Islamic classes at schools and in the mosques, and conferences or seminars. This isn't bid'ah (innovation), but rather legislated, ordered and encouraged - to teach the Seerah (life history) of the noble Prophet Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam, and to clarify in schools or institutes whatever concerns the so-called "mawlid an-nabi" and conducting lectures or classes on why it (celebrating the "mawlid") is not from Islam.
As for specifying a particular date to celebrate certain festivals, such as in Rabee' Al-Awwal, providing special drinks and delicacies on such occasions and whatnot, then there is no basis for that, but it is rather from the innovated matters (acts of bid'ah established upon ignorance and misguidance) which we Muslims for Allah's sake must strive to avoid.
