Tips: Some Advice To Minimize Feeling Under Lots Of Pressure

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

📜 Question: What tips can you give us Muslim students and those working in the field of education to minimize feeling under a lot of pressure?
📝 Answer: 1. Always remind yourself that the main reason why Allah the Almighty created us is to worship and serve Him Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala Only, not to impress any of His servants nor live up to people's expectations. So it's not a big deal if you couldn't earn a perfect score on an academic exam etc. as long as you strive to pray the obligatory prayers at their proper designated times for Allah's sake while you consistently keep learning more about Islam through reliable sources.
2. Never compare your current state with anybody else's journey and past or present achievements. Focus on completing your own racetrack and don't allow social comparison to prevent you from staying contented with the unique gifts and blessings which Allah the Most Wise destined for you.
3. Be grateful Alhamdulillah to know that at least you're doing your best without attempting to achieve absolute "perfection" which is impossible to obtain in this temporary dunya. Slow or small but steady (consistent) steps towards any worthwhile goal for Allah's sake is
Inn-sha-Allah better than no progress or no effort at all.
4. Understand that occasionally making mistakes, worrying and feeling some anxiety indicate that you're a human being. While it's normal to feel worried or stressed out at times, do not let irrational fears and any unreasonable feeling of insecurity stop you from persistently developing as a Muslim and striving to reach Jannah Paradise. Trust Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala at all times and say Du'a whenever you can.
5. Stubbornly remain cautious, wise and picky regarding your choice of close friends and the sort of content which you directly and indirectly absorb online and offline. Don't bother being curious about meaningless things and individuals whose presence won't add any value and benefit to your overall emotional well-being and faith Imaan. Be aware of what and who deserves your attention and which ones need to be abandoned or ignored for Allah's sake.
6. De-stress or enhance inner peace by regularly reading from the Noble Qur'an and listening to some tranquil Qur'an recitations while reading from the Tafseer or translation of the Surahs which you frequently read to understand more of Allah's Magnificent Messages.
7. Look forward to earning rewards from Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala for trying to practice both Sabr (patience) and Shukr (gratitude with contentment) for Allah's sake, while constantly aspiring to join those whom Allah the Most Forgiving will grant entry to Jannatul Ferdaus.
8. On a regular basis enlighten yourself with authentic narrations and Ahadith of the noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam and educate yourself on how he SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam and his Muslim loved ones including the Sahaaba companions RadhiAllahu 'anhum persevered during difficult times. Also benefit from reading motivational articles and listening to some inspirational speeches which do not oppose our Islamic values.
9. Strengthen your intuition and faith Imaan by doing whatever you can to maintain Taqwa with Ikhlaas sincerity, including increasing doing Sunnah good deeds such as praying Tahajjud and Salat Ad-Duha often to become closer to Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala. The closer you are to Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala and the more sincere you are, with Allah's Will, the more you are shielded and well-guarded from shaytan's evil plots.

This is not the case for anyone but for the (true Muslim) believer. If he goes through ease (or happy moments), he thanks Allah (Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala) and it is good for him. If he goes through difficulty, he shows patience (for Allah's sake) and it is (also) good for him."

📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "The strong believer is more beloved to Allah (The Almighty) than the weak believer, but there is goodness in both of them. Be eager for what benefits you, seek help from Allah, and do not be frustrated. If something befalls you, then do not say: 'If only I had done something else.'
