Poem: So You Divorced? You Can Remarry Twice If You Still Have Feelings For The Guy

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 To that woman who seems to take pride in giving up
Loving the spouse whom Allah chose for her from above,
Ungrateful, impatient, so love was easily dropped,
Like a child that discards an unfinished lollipop,
And she regards herself as "ideal"... Breaker of knots?
~•~
So you're an "ideal Muslimah" if you just give up?
If you demand divorce when the journey gets too tough?
If you stop loving your spouse because he loves his job?
Coz he's not rich enough? Or the in-laws are too much?
Coz he's not perfect? Not your clone? What, to be exact?
~•~
If you sought joy through marriage, you already messed up.
Marriage doesn't assure that in life there won't be probs.
In fact, when you marry, expect trials and mishaps.
Marriage is a gift with many tests you aim to pass,
Like swords need consistent care to ensure they don't rust.
~•~
FYI, once you're divorced, did you know this or not,
In Islam you can remarry twice, resume the pact,
Forgive each other for Allah's sake and start from scratch?
This shows the virtues of loyalty, not giving up,
Patience and contentment with the blessings that one has.
~•~
Not condoning abuse. Just warning against "fake love"
And informing you that love can't last if these you lack:
Sincere niyyah to marry and help your other half,
Sabr and empathy, specially when times are rough,
And awareness your husband ain't a bank nor robot.

Poem: On Giving More Importance To Learning Arabic Than Other Languages

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Isn't it strange how some people have the willingness,
Enthusiasm, perseverance, and eagerness
To learn a foreign language like Japanese, Turkish,
French or Korean, yet when it comes to Arabic,
They claim they're "too busy" or it's too "complicated".
~•~
Some watch French films or Korean drama with keenness,
And when they get invited to study Arabic,
They'd react with a "not now" or "I'll think about it".
Of access to Arabic classes take advantage,
Self-study and research, or learn from speakers native.
~•~
Studying foreign languages may be meaningless
If learning doesn't come with merit and good purpose,
And one's aim is to increase pride or social status,
Not to do Da'wah, communicate with relatives,
Or translate helpful books into a certain language.
~•~
From the reasons that encourage learning Arabic:
To understand Allah's Message, the Qur'an's verses,
To follow how Prophet Muhammad (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) supplicated,
To benefit from writings with authentic knowledge,
And know the meanings behind Adhkaar frequently said.
~•~
Learn other languages if you like, but don't neglect
Efforts to be near Allah through learning Arabic.
Watch useful videos, listen to lectures recorded,
Learn new words and implement the lessons you've studied,
With sincere motives to earn blessings throughout your quest.

Tips: Never Compare Your Lifestyle And Current Situation To People's Controlled Online Content

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Never compare your life story to someone's controlled online posts, photos carefully edited to impress others and number of likes they receive on their Facebook timeline. An album of a friend's recent trip to an exotic country abroad shouldn't make you feel like you're lacking something. A stranger's video uploaded on YouTube showcasing their grand, extravagant and fabulous wedding held at a luxury hotel mustn't cause you to forget the memorable occasion when you and your husband got married by Allah's Will in the Islamic way that pleases Him. A woman's beautiful facial features and perfectly slim figure do not cancel out the fact that you also look good, since Allah the Almighty created you beautifully to appear unique and distinguished from the rest of His creation. A user receiving more likes on most of their status updates or they have more subscribers on their YouTube channel than you doesn't mean you lack significant value. What people choose to do and display on the internet should never threaten your self-esteem nor decrease your contentment, level of faith/Imaan and gratitude. Stay grateful to Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala for the gifts which He wisely selected for you. Even the most happiest or wealthiest group of individuals on earth have their own set of dilemma, struggles and worries. Nobody in this temporal dunya has everything going on smoothly 24/7. While a Facebook user or YouTuber may seem like they're living a perfect life, offline they could be struggling with different problems and a mountain load of stress, trying their best to survive and maintain forced smiles at times.
Being Muslim Alhamdulillah should suffice you to recall that perfection, eternal bliss and actual happiness can only be achieved in Jannah Paradise.
📖 Abdullah Ibn Amr RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated that Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu alaihi wa sallam said, "He has succeeded who embraces Islam, whose provision is sufficient, and who is content with what Allah has given him."
