7] Strong communicator, has good communication skills

8] Knows when and how to delegate, maximizing productivity and team performance

9] Decisive, strives to avoid ambiguity and uncertainty 

10] Skilled and resourceful in finding solutions to problems 

11] Fair, faithfully refrains from favoritism, injustice and prejudice 

12] Inquisitive, genuinely curious, willing to learn and discover new things 

13] Inspired, self-motivated, inspirational, motivational, encouraging

14] Humble

15] Can sympathize, has care or concern for others 

16] Self-disciplined, knows how to set a good example

17] Emotionally intelligent

18] Passionate, determined

20] Responsible, dutiful and takes accountability for one's actions

📖 Abdullah Ibn Umar RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Every one of you is a shepherd and is responsible for his flock. The leader of people is a guardian and is responsible for his subjects. A man is the guardian of his family and he is responsible for them. A woman is the guardian of her husband's home and his children and she is responsible for them. The servant of a man is a guardian of the property of his master and he is responsible for it. No doubt, every one of you is a shepherd and is responsible for his flock."

💌 If a sister, who normally shakes hand with you upon meeting, enters a lecture hall and didn't give you a handshake when she saw you, don't feel bad and instantly assume she was ignoring you. She was probably in a hurry looking for a vacant seat and couldn't shake your hand because if she had to offer a handshake, she'd feel obliged to shake the hands of the other sisters around you, which would take a while, and she didn't want to distract the attendees from the Islamic class.

If you found out that a Muslimah wasn't fasting on Yawm 'Arafah while she regularly reminded other Muslims online to fast on the first days of Dhul-Hijjah, don't be quick to accuse her of hypocrisy. Perhaps she wasn't feeling well, or she woke up after Salat Al-Fajr without Suhoor or the niyyah (intention) to fast, or she was having her monthly period.

If you see a friend at a mall being overly friendly with an older strange guy whom you've never been introduced to before, don't have negative thoughts of them assuming they're a couple guilty of a haraam relationship. The man could be your friend's elder brother, uncle, nephew, foster brother or half-brother, who are all mahrams to her whom she can't marry yet they're allowed to accompany her on long journeys like Hajj or exchange handshakes.

If you notice an ustadh coming out of a building or office and right behind him is one of the sisters in Islam that you know, do not immediately guess they were doing something haraam/forbidden. It just so happened that they left the place at almost the exact same time.

From now on Inn-sha-Allah let us train ourselves to always give another Muslim an excuse to his/her actions, rather than falling into the sin of false accusation, incorrect assumption or unjust suspicion. Only Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala has every right to judge His servants as He knows about everyone's actual conditions, situations and intentions. 

📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Beware of suspicion, for suspicion is the most false of tales. Do not seek out faults, do not spy on each other, do not contend with each other, do not envy each other, do not hate each other, and do not turn away from each other. Rather, be servants of Allah as brothers."
