Hadith: Virtues Of The Miswaak And Regularly Brushing One's Teeth Before Praying

📖 Aisha RadhiAllahu 'anha narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "The siwaak (miswaak /siwak / toothbrush) is cleansing for the mouth and pleasing to the Rabb (Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala)."

📖 Umm Habibah RadhiAllahu 'anha narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Were it not hardship for my nation, I would have commanded them to use the siwaak (miswaak /siwak / toothbrush) with every prayer as they perform ablution."

Poem: Three Negative Traits Common Among Insecure People To Avoid

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Three toxic thoughts of insecure people to dismiss,
Whose insecurities can spoil potential friendships:
"I'm not good enough", "Let me prove to them I'm perfect",
And "They're arrogant" when one suspects people's motives.
~•~
The insecure have a bad habit of comparing
Constantly their lives to others' examinations,
Stalking the posts of those they envy with resentment
Not to be inspired nor support but spot malfunctions.
~•~
Their negative mindset inspires them to speculate,
"How come they're happy? Why won't I have what they display?
It's unfair they're successful while I'm not." Then complain
Inwardly about the wisdom in what Allah gave.
~•~
Insecure people who feel small try to make it clear
They're bigger or invincible by instilling fear,
Being rude, alienating those who try to come near,
Or doing what they can to flaunt their life is ideal.
~•~
They tend to get jealous when they meet or encounter
Someone who's confident or whose manners surpass theirs.
If you exude good vibes, to them you're a "self-lover",
"Narcissist" or "prideful soul" who should be quieter.
~•~
Those secure with themselves don't get threatened nor falter
When they witness others being winners and leaders.
Free from insecure envy, they'll cheer for achievers,
Specially since Muslims are mirrors to each other.
~•~
To not be labeled as "insecure", avoid these three:
Envying others and rejecting Allah's Decree,
Letting pride stop you from learning from anybody,
And misjudging people when their hearts you haven't seen.
~•~
📖 Anas Ibn Malik RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "None of you will have faith until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself."
In another narration, the Prophet Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Until he loves for his neighbor what he loves for himself."

📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "The strong believer is more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, but there is goodness in both of them. Be eager for what benefits you, seek help from Allah, and do not be frustrated. If something befalls you, then do not say: 'If only I had done something else.' Rather say: "Allah has decreed what He wills." Verily, the phrase ‘if only’ opens the way for the work of shaytan."

📖 Isma’il Abn Nujayd reported: Abu Al-Khayr, may Allah have mercy on him, said, “Hearts are containers. A heart filled with faith has signs of compassion for all Muslims, concern for their concerns, and is cooperative in their welfare. A heart filled with hypocrisy has signs of malice, rancor, dishonesty, and envy.”

Poem: Tips To Not Feel Intimidated By Arrogant People

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Tips on dealing with those who make you feel inferior,
Who inflate themselves with extra ego and kibr,
Pridefully behaving as though they're so much better
Because the men in their fam are datus or leaders,
Or they're richer, more good-looking, or simply taller:
~•~
If the arrogant hear your salaams and don't answer,
Stand firm and await Allah's rewards for your Sabr.
If they react to your simple lifestyle with laughter
And scorn, respond with contentment with Allah's Qadr,
Say "Alhamdulillah. I prefer the Hereafter.".
~•~
If they describe you as "destitute" or "poor miser",
Or mock you can't afford the best of dunya's pleasures,
Show them you're contented with what Allah has offered,
You're not competing regarding who is wealthier,
And Jannah's bliss, not this brief world, is what you're after.
~•~
If fashionistas snub you because you can't master
The art of make-up, and you're a "frugal", "cheap" shopper,
Say "Alhamdulillah. My means are part of Qadr.
I accept what Allah gave from His destined favors.
Our hearts and faith, not worldly gains, are what more matter.
~•~
If tall snobs look down on you as you're a lot shorter,
Say "Allahu Akbar. Allah is so much Greater.
Regardless of their stature, mountains remain bigger
Than their height and load of pride combined altogether.
Allah designed us; we're His slaves. What's with the kibr?"
~•~
Feel sorry for the arrogant who are insecure,
Who live like they can't sweat and their bodies are gold pure,
Who pretend to be fully perfect and reassure
Their threatened pride through impolite and rude behavior.
To not copy their haughtiness they're a reminder.
~•~
May Allah the Almighty grant us good character,
Guide them too and all Muslims to abstain from kibr
Which stops one from welcoming advice and reminders.
Ameen. The first to compare and claim "I am better."
Was shaytan who loves it when servants act superior.

Poem: What It Means To Be Muslim And Sunni Salafi

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 What does it mean to be a Muslim who's Salafi?
It is to identify oneself with clarity
As one who strives to adhere to the Sunnah truly
Of the Messenger Muhammad (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) with sincerity,
Supporting the salaf and sahabas correctly.
~•~
From those who strove to follow the Sunnah carefully
Are Imam Abu Hanifa, Imam Shaafi'ee,
Imam Maalik, Imam Ahmed, sheikh Al-Albani,
Sheikh Saleh Al-Fawzaan, sheikh Rabee' Al-Madkhali,
And Muhammad who compiled Sahih Al-Bukhari.
~•~
To be Salafi is to understand pure Tawheed,
To believe in the Oneness of Allah Almighty,
To stay away from shirk and acts of bid'ah fully,
Such as worshipping graves, dancing and chanting wrongly,
Drawing people, erecting statues, and sorcery.
~•~
Salafis avoid misguided ideologies
Among which are wearing amulets to feel "lucky",
Believing that stars and birds can control destiny,
Placing pebbles in front while praying incorrectly,
And relying on salt to deter witches' misdeeds.
~•~
To be Salafi too is to treat mercifully
Allah's creation with manners and integrity,
To respond to salaams, to do Da'wah cheerfully,
To be kind to the young and respect the elderly,
And to abstain from injustice and hypocrisy.
~•~
A Salafi trusts Allah's Speech most importantly,
Values the words of Prophet Muhammad (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) readily,
Seeks authentic knowledge of Islam consistently,
Enjoins good deeds, forbids evil, reminds helpfully,
And ensures one's heart is clean, free from doubts and envy.
~•~
Salafis are humans who err occasionally.
So if you've met a Salafi who seems unfriendly,
Take note that's their mistake. They don't represent our Deen.
We're still learning Islam, yearning for Allah's Mercy.
To see Allah and His Prophet (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) is our goal and dream.
~•~
📖 Malik RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "I have left you with two matters which will never lead you astray, as long as you hold on to them: The Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Prophet (Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam)."

📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: The Messenger of Allah SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam came to a graveyard and he said, “Peace be upon you, the abode of a people who had faith. We, if Allah wills, will join you. I love to see our brothers.” They said, “Are we not your brothers, O Messenger of Allah?” The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, “You are my companions, but our brothers are those who have yet to come (in the future, those who steadfastly support the beloved Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam without seeing him yet).” They said, “O Messenger of Allah, how will you recognize those people from your nation who have not yet been born?” The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Suppose a man had horses with white blazes on their foreheads and legs, among horses that are all black. Tell me, would he not recognize his own horses?" They said, “Of course.” The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "They will come with radiant faces, arms, and legs due to the traces of ablution. I will arrive at the fountain (Al-Kawthar) before them. Some people will be driven away from my fountain, just as a stray camel is driven away. I will call out: 'Come! Come!' But then it will be said to me: 'These people changed themselves (went astray committing acts of bid'ah) after you', and I will say: 'Be off! Be off!'"

Notes (Islamic Webinar January 2021)

In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
Lecture one:
1) There are two types of shirk: Major shirk/ polytheism which is to associate partners with or instead of Allah the Almighty in worship. And minor shirk which is riyaa or ostentation, to do righteous deeds not intending them to please Allah the Almighty but to impress His servants or show off to the people.
2) It is important to have Ikhlaas / sincerity and to do good deeds sincerely for Allah's sake.
3) Our main purpose in life is to worship our Creator Allah the Almighty, to strive to obey Allah's Commands to our best ability and to avoid what Allah the Most Wise made haraam / forbidden.
4) Another way to ensure the validity and acceptance of our good deeds is to make sure they are in proper accordance to the Sunnah of the beloved Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam.
5) As Muslims whose main goal in life is to worship only Allah the Almighty, we must abstain from acting as slaves to dinaar or wealth and evil desires. We must always prefer Jannah's eternal joys to this world's temporary pleasures.
Lecture two:
1) Allahu A'lam. Surah Al-Ikhlaas was revealed to the noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam when some people inquired and asked him to describe Allah the Almighty.
2) Allahu A'lam. One of Allah's Magnificent Names "As-Samad" means "The Self-Sufficient Master Who does not need anybody for assistance and Who has no partner nor child."
3) The rewards of reciting Surah Al-Ikhlaas is equivalent to reciting or reading one-third of the Noble Qur'an.
4) It is Sunnah or recommended to regularly recite Surah Al-Ikhlaas in the second Rak'ah of the two Rak'ahs Sunnah prayers before Fajr prayer and the two Rak'ahs Sunnah prayers after Maghreb prayer.
5) No one and nothing in the universe can ever be compared to Allah the Almighty Who is Above everyone and Above all things.
Lecture three:
1) Part of being sincere to Allah the Almighty and His noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam as Muslims is to be sincere and truthful also to the leaders of the Muslims.
2) It is better and safer to advise the leaders of Muslims privately or in a one-on-one manner instead of publicly scolding and humiliating them which could lead to fitna or chaos in the communities.
3) The Best of speeches is Allah's Word namely the Noble Qur'an and the best of guidance is that of the noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam.
4) Importance of consistently striving to read, study and implement the teachings learned from the Noble Qur'an which is a healing and source of mercy and guidance for the believers.
5) Reminder to enjoin right and good deeds for Allah's sake and to prohibit evil acts, and to remind one another to fear Allah the Almighty as mirrors to each other. If a Muslim can't prohibit or stop evil by his hand or physically, he should speak out against it and verbally warn those wrongdoers, and if he is unable to admonish with his voice or writing abilities then he or she must at least hate the wrongdoing from his heart.
Lecture four:
1) When Allah the Almighty wants goodness for some people, He Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala grants them understanding of the Deen and religion.
2) Importance of being sincere and truthful when seeking authentic knowledge of Islam.
3) Sincerely seeking authentic Islamic knowledge leads one closer to Allah's Love and the pathway to Jannah Paradise becomes easier since one is aware of one's responsibilities and duties to Allah the Almighty, what good deeds to do and what evil deeds to stay away from.
4) The term "Fiqh" in Arabic language means understanding or comprehending.
5) Importance of sincerely applying the lessons and knowledge that one has learned and sought for Allah's sake. Learning Islam isn't enough. We should also strive to practice what we preach for Allah's sake and put into action what we have learned.
Lecture five:
1) From being sincere to Allah the Almighty and His noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam is to know more about His beloved Prophet Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam and to derive lessons from the life of the noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam.
2) Importance of sincerely adhering to the Sunnah of the beloved Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam and to stay away from innovated religious matters or bid'ah and misguidance.
3) The reason why shaytan likes it when Muslims commit acts of bid'ah is that they can easily do Tawbah and repent from sinning while they insist on committing misguided acts of bid'ah assuming they are good actions when in reality they go against Allah's Commands and conflict with the beautiful Sunnah of the noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam.
4) Awareness and acknowledgment of the fact that the noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam is the leader of all Prophets 'alaihim as-salaam.
5) Success in both worlds and salvation can be obtained by striving to obey Allah and His noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam.
Lecture six:
1) One of the matters which lead to the hardening of one's heart is deliberate heedlessness or being purposely negligent of one's duties to Allah the Almighty. It is important to strive to maintain strong connection with Allah the Most Merciful through constant Dhikr, Du'as and studying of one's Deen Islam.
2) Stubbornly and pridefully committing sins knowingly can bring about the blackening or darkening of one's heart. The more sins one deliberately commits, the more dark stains or spots also known as the "raan" cover one's heart which could make it more difficult for the dark hearts to accept the truth, identify what's real, and welcome sincere advice.
3) Unnecessarily mingling with the wrong kind of friends or mixing with misguided or ignorant people can lead to hardening of one's heart. Also too much of enjoying the lawful things such as over indulging in permissible acts like eating and sleeping could lead to hardening of one's heart as they may imply that the person is more attached to this temporal dunya when they should give preference to striving to attain Jannah's entry.
4) There is a piece of flesh which if it is sound or good then the whole body becomes sound or good. It is the heart. When one's heart is pure and in good condition aiming to please Only Allah the Almighty, one's actions will reciprocally be busy in carrying out good deeds that can benefit one's soul in both worlds.
5) Importance of regularly remembering death and striving to be prepared to meet Allah the Almighty hoping for a good ending. May Allah the Most Merciful take us while He is Pleased with us and we've done enough good deeds that make us worthy of Jannatul Ferdaus. Ameen.
Lecture seven:
1) From being sincere to Allah the Almighty is to be sincere and truthful also to His servants and creation.
2) Importance of showing respect to the elderly, being merciful to the youngsters and striving to maintain good character for Allah's sake.
3) When you give advice or when a Muslim requests for advice, it is important that you give them honest, sincere and helpful advice while genuinely caring for their well-being.
4) Importance of trying one's utmost to fullfil the rights of Muslims one of which is to answer their salaams and respond to their invitations. If one is unable to attend an event or gathering, one should at least apologize and provide clarification regarding one's inability to be present.
5) A person's faith/Imaan is incomplete or deficient if they do not strive to love what is good for the believers. None of you truly believes until they love for his brother what they love for themselves. Allah the Almighty knows best.
Lecture eight:
1) Naseeha means "advice" or "sincerity" and to want what is best for the one you are advising or being sincere to.
2) Those in authority are the leaders and rightly guided scholars. It is important to be sincere and truthful to the Muslims and those in leadership positions, avoiding unjust rebellion and anything that could trigger fitna.
3) Safety and salvation in both worlds is also in trying one's best to obey Allah the Almighty and His noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam, and in avoiding rebelling against those with authority.
4) If an Imaam wants to advise the leaders of the Muslims, it is better that he gives sincere advice to the general rather than specifying and mentioning the leader's name thereby humiliating the leader and inviting fitna.
5) The saved sect or group or al-firqa an-naajiya are those sincere believers who strive to follow the Sunnah of the noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam.
Lecture nine:
1) If we truly love Allah the Almighty, then we must also love His noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam by following his Sunnah and beautiful character.
2) When 'Aisha RadhiAllahu 'anha was asked to describe the character of the beloved Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam, she RadhiAllahu 'anha said that his character SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam was the Noble Qur'an which means that his overall character was in perfect alignment with the commands mentioned in the Noble Qur'an and with the noteworthy qualities mentioned in the Noble Qur'an.
3) From having good character is to patiently mingle with the people and be understanding, forgiving and lenient with them for Allah's sake, while trying one's utmost to abstain from unnecessary anger.
4) Part of having genuine good character is to enjoin right and forbid what is wrong. Virtues of Surah Al-'Asr in which the true believers are those who encourage each other to be patient and who motivate one another to be upon the truth, which is inclusive of good character.
5) One of the means to attaining and maintaining good character is to carefully choose good Muslim friends who genuinely portray actual good character without any deceit and fakery. A pious friend who truly fears Allah the Almighty and who strives to treat Allah's servants well can be a positive influence to one's overall well-being, faith/Imaan and good character.

Poem: Warning To Fathers, Brothers And Uncles To Avoid Marrying Off Their Womenfolk Against Their Will

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 To fathers and brothers who care for their womenfolk,
Who threaten their daughters or sisters that if they don't
Marry the guy they chose, they'll be kicked out and disowned,
Against their will like they're commodities to be sold.
~•~
Why are you rushing in trying to get them disposed?
The mahr/dowry is for them, not for you to own.
Their willingness to marry only they can control.
No blessings can be gained in a marriage that is forced.
~•~
Have you forgotten what the Prophet Muhammad (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) told?
That the best of men are those kind to their womenfolk,
Their moms, sisters, daughters, nieces, females young and old.
Their right to decide if they should marry don't withhold.
~•~
To those who threaten with weapons feeling tough and bold,
What caused you to act in a way that's unkind and cold?
They're your sisters and daughters whose ties you must uphold.
Real men won't want their women to be hurt nor injured.
~•~
If you think you have a friend or colleague who is worth
Being your brother-in-law, then advise, don't enforce.
Encourage your sister or daughter and let her know
Of his merits, joy of marriage, and Sabr's rewards.
~•~
Remind her that it's after nikaah she'll learn to love,
She'll gradually get used to loving her other half,
Specially if righteous kids Allah wills them to have.
Inspire her to consider the man. Don't break her heart.
~•~
And if your efforts to motivate her didn't work,
As she's not ready or she hates how he looks or works,
Respect her choice. Console the guy. You're done with your part
Of striving, for Allah, to care for your womenfolk.
~•~
📖 Aisha RadhiAllahu 'anha narrated: I said, “O Messenger of Allah, should women be asked for their consent (permission) before marriage?” The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, “Yes.” I said, “Indeed, sometimes a virgin is too shy to speak when asked.” The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Her silence is her consent."

Poem: Think Well Of Allah And Practice Positive Self-Talk

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Don't just be kind to others but be nice to yourself.
Think well of Allah and positive thoughts that can help
You as a Muslim and in your emotional health.
With trust in Allah and good mindset, good moods are felt.
~•~
Instead of thinking, "I failed again. I'm a failure.
A loser." Believe that you're a winner with Sabr.
You thrive if you patiently accept Allah's Qadr,
Inspired to do better to win in the Hereafter.

Instead of thinking, "I'm crazy for falling in love
Irresistibly with someone whom I cannot have."
Believe you are being tested by Allah Above.
Pass tests with Taqwa and Du'as. Know you're strong enough.
~•~
Instead of thinking, "I'm useless, boring as can be.
I'm worthless." Recall your purpose and best qualities.
To be Allah's loyal slave is a noble duty.
By serving Allah rightly, you're special already.
~•~
Instead of thinking, "I'm lonely. Nobody loves me."
Be contented with Allah's Love, Guidance and Mercy,
Aware that Angels are nearby recording daily,
And what remain with you after death are your good deeds.
~•~
Instead of thinking, "I'm ugly. I hate my physique."
Remember Allah designed you so you look unique.
Adorn your heart with faith, accepting Allah's Decree,
And note your acts, not appearance, are what Allah sees.
~•~
Instead of thinking, "I'm so poor. I can't afford much."
Understand that your wealth come from Allah the Most Just.
Focus on what Allah chose for you, not what you lack.
Aim for Jannah's rewards, not dunya's joys that distract.
~•~
Instead of thinking, "I'm too tired. Stressed. Can't live this way."
Believe that when Allah loves you, trials escalate.
Whenever you slip, rise and stand wiser from mistakes.
To stop shaytan's plots for you to quit be unafraid.
~•~
Think well of Allah Almighty, the Most Kind and Just.
Practice positive self-talk. Pursue what Allah loves.
Acknowledge that hardships are there for sins to be washed
And Allah often tests us because by Him we're loved.

📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "Allah the Almighty says: 'I am as My servant expects Me and I am with him as he remembers Me. If he remembers Me in himself, then I will remember him in Myself. If he mentions Me in a gathering, then I will mention him in a larger gathering. When he draws near to Me by the span of his hand, I draw near him by the length of a cubit. When he draws near Me by the length of a cubit, I draw near him by the length of a fathom. Poem: Warning Against Dhulm / Oppression / Injustice

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 To the wrongdoers who doubt Allah's Might and Justice,
To those who indulge in gossip, dishonest business,
Who cause chaos, take advantage of people's kindness,
Who made fake profiles of others to spoil their image,
Who lie, oppress and sign up for mut'ah/brief marriage:
~•~
Are you so miserable that you feel obliged to spread
Your misery to others by being oppressive,
Troublesome, deceitful, mean and manipulative?
Allah never sleeps; He sees your acts, knows what you did,
And the Justice of Allah can never be doubted.
~•~
The unjust and troublemakers can laugh all they like,
Unaware they'll receive the rewards after some time.
What occurred to Fir'awn and Qarun are obvious signs
That Allah's Justice is real and cannot be denied.
Reform. Fix your wrongs before their outcomes must arrive.
~•~
Do you think Allah is Pleased with you when you've acquired
Unlawful wealth and spend stolen money with foul pride,
When some pray against you for fake accounts you designed,
For betraying them and oppressing numerous times?
Pure hearts can't relax if they've made Allah's allies cry.
~•~
Don't expect a good life if you're guilty of some crimes,
And if some whine to Allah about you day and night
For intentional misdeeds you didn't rectify.
When "HasbunAllah wa Ne'm Al-Wakeel" reach the skies,
Await Allah's Justice at the most befitting time.
~•~
📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Do not envy each other, do not outbid each other, do not hate each other, do not turn away from each other, and do not outsell each other. Rather, be servants of Allah as brothers. The Muslim is the brother of another Muslim. He does not wrong him, nor humiliate him, nor look down upon him. Righteousness is here," and he SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam pointed to his chest three times. The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "It is enough evil for a man to look down upon his Muslim brother. The entirety of the Muslim is sacred (inviolable) to another Muslim: His life, his wealth, and his reputation (his honor)."

If they accept that, then teach them that Allah has obligated five prayers in each day and night. If they accept that, then teach them that Allah has obligated charity to be taken from the rich and given to the poor. If they accept that, then beware not to take from the best of their wealth. My servant does not grow closer to Me with anything more beloved to Me than the obligatory duties that I have imposed upon him. My servant continues to grow closer to Me with extra good works (nawaafil deeds like praying Tahajjud and fasting Sunnah fasts) until I love him. When I love him, I am his hearing with which he hears, his seeing with which he sees, his hand with which he strikes, and his foot with which he walks. Were he to ask something from Me, I would surely give it to him. Were he to ask Me for refuge, I would surely grant it to him. Poem: Tribute To The Sahabi Julaybeeb RadhiAllahu 'Anhu

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Recall the story of the Sahabi Julaybeeb (RadhiAllahu 'anhu),
Whenever there are moments when you don't feel pretty,
When excluded from outings by friends or family,
When you feel ashamed of some facial deficiencies,
Or when forgotten or ignored by most easily.
~•~
He himself testified he didn't seem noteworthy
Because he wasn't very tall nor was he perceived
As a man who was rich nor handsome physically.
He even doubted if he can ever get married,
But the Prophet (Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) arranged for him a special lady.
~•~
With Allah's Will, Julaybeeb was able to marry
A good woman whose parents declined initially.
Though her folks disagreed, she accepted readily
The Prophet's offer that increased her in dignity,
Aware that whatever he (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) gives brings goodness only.
~•~
After some time Julaybeeb passed away notably
During a battle with the Prophet (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) as a shaheed.
Although he wasn't memorable to the army,
The Prophet (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) cared for him, his absence made him worry,
And the leader of all Prophets carried his body.
~•~
What an honorable state he was in - Julaybeeb,
To be hugged by the Prophet (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) before he was buried.
Loved by Allah and His Prophet (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) not for his beauty,
But for his firm faith/Imaan, astounding bravery,
Sincerity and keenness to gain Jannah's entry.
~•~
📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Verily, Allah does not look at your appearance or wealth, but rather He looks at your hearts and actions."

📖 Abu Barza RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated that Allah's Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam was in a battlefield that Allah conferred upon him the spoils of war. He SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said to his companions RadhiAllahu 'anhum: "Is anyone missing amongst you?" They said: 'Yes. So-and-so and so-and-so' He SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam again said: "Is there anyone missing amongst you?" They said: 'So-and-so and so-and-so.' He SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam again asked: "Is there anyone missing amongst you?" They said: 'No.' Thereupon he SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "But I am missing Julaibib." They (his companions) searched for him amongst those who had been killed and they found him by the side of seven (dead bodies) whom he had killed and he had been killed (by the opponents). Allah's Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam came there and stood (by his side) and said: "He killed seven (persons from the disbelievers). Then (his opponents) killed him. He is from me and I am from him." He SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam then placed him upon his hands and there was no one else to lift but Allah's Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Then the grave was dug for him and he was placed in the grave and no mention is made of a bath (because martyrs do not need to be washed before burial).

Poem: Advice To Patiently Deal With Insults, Cyber-bullying And People's Maltreatment

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 We can't stop people from talking badly about us.
They have mouths which they misuse to spread rumors, diss, cuss,
Tease, criticize and discuss our flaws behind our backs.
Most wouldn't even care if we were hurt when laughed at.
Ignore the insecure who are pros at verbal trash.
~•~
How people perceive us we can't control nor adjust,
Since their faculties are given by Allah above
And they're granted freewill to do what they think is just.
To deal with their vice, seek Allah's Help and say Du'as,
For Allah's sake train yourself to stay patient and tough.
~•~
Understand that many celebs too were often bashed.
Some websites, pages, channels and videos were set up
To ridicule their demerits, like they're laughingstocks,
And so they'd take their own lives if they have none to trust.
Strong faith/Imaan keeps us resistant to poor feedback.
~•~
As Muslims contented with Allah's Guidance and Love,
We mustn't be affected by people's shameful talks.
"Weirdo", "Lesbo", "the b-word", "selfish", "narcissist", "slut",
"Conceited", "filthy", "broke", "pretentious", "fat" and whatnot.
Their slurs signal they're jealous with hearts ugly and black.
~•~
About people's impressions of us no need to fuss,
When they're jokes which describe them well and they aren't facts,
When their injustice shall someday to themselves come back,
And when their acts will soon be judged by Allah, our Judge,
Who purifies and tests those whom He specially loves.
~•~

Poem: Advice To Those Who Went Through Verbal Abuse And Cyberbullying

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Words to comfort those who went through cyberbullying,
Who noticed fake accounts meant to impersonate them,
Or who witnessed toxic speech and offensive comments
Posted by users whom they thought were genuine friends:
~•~
Declare 'HasbunAllah wa Ne'm Al-Wakeel' often.
Insults from haters more often than not describe them.
Their obnoxious rudeness is an indirect statement
They're cowards who envy your good traits and achievements.
~•~
They can fabricate lies about you with resentment,
Sign up for fake accounts as if it enriches them,
And portray you with abominable descriptions,
And still to Allah you're one of His most loved servants.
~•~
Remember Aisha bint Abu Bakr (RadhiAllahu 'anha) years back then?
She too was gossiped about by some wretched humans,
And her feelings were hurt from the false accusations,
Yet Allah the Most Just later proved her innocence.
~•~
Let the insecure highlight their self-hate, ignorance,
And ethics' poor condition. Be glad you're not like them.
It sucks to be in their shoes, the villains envying
Others' lives because theirs are full of grief and nonsense.
~•~
No confident person would consider bullying
Nor attempting to trigger victims behind a screen.
When you spot bullies on cyberspace, know their actions
Imply they're jealous, or they had awful upbringing.
~•~
Don't brood over their injustice and childish dealings.
Trust Allah, move on, and pray their acts return to them
If not sooner on earth then on the Day of Judgment,
When no soul can flee from the outcomes of their doings.

Poem: Richness In Faith/Imaan And Manners Are More Valuable Than Worldly Riches

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 If you're among the wealthy, say Alhamdulillah,
Make sure your riches don't lead you away from Allah.
If you're with those who struggle, strive and say your Du'as.
Know the poor Muslims are the first to enter Jannah.
~•~
Don't feel ashamed if there are items you can't afford.
It's not a blessing to be deluded by this world,
Taking pride in how much wealth one's bank account can hold,
Looking down on the righteous and good deeds they uphold.
~•~
I'd rather seek the treasures of Islamic knowledge
Than chase after the dollars which the rich keep hoarded.
I admire those brave enough to wear clothes repeated
Than those who keep increasing the size of their closet.
~•~
Let the rich flaunt the fancy restaurants they went to,
Instead of envying, we increase in gratitude -
Grateful to Allah that we can taste different food,
Aware of refugees worldwide and what they go through.
~•~
Too much money in many cases may cause damage,
If surplus income keeps one away from what's Wajib,
Being distracted by being materialistic,
Preferring joyful travel to Islamic classes.
~•~
It's okay if we don't know the names of well-known brands,
From Gucci to Prada, Chanel, Armani and Vans.
What matters is Islam we study and understand,
Maintain good character so Jannah is where we land.
~•~
Simplicity which teaches patience and contentment
Is better than extravagant life with misguidance.
Regardless of savings, use only halal income,
And with them do good deeds to deserve Jannah's entrance.
~•~
📖 Al-Mustawrid RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated that Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "What is the example of this worldly life in comparison to the Hereafter other than one of you dipping his finger in the sea? Let him see what he brings forth."

The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam repeated this three times, then he said, "Wealth is in the heart and poverty is in the heart. Whoever is wealthy in his heart will not be harmed no matter what happens in the world. Whoever is impoverished in his heart will not be satisfied no matter how much he has in the world. Verily, he will only be harmed by the greed of his own soul."

Poem: Three Tricks Of shaytan To Interfere With Your Friendships

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Three tricks of shaytan to interfere with your friendships:
One - instilling pride in your heart so you can't forgive,
Spoiling you with unjust thoughts so you tend to suspect,
Driving you to feel insecure so you get jealous,
And confusing you so real friends cannot be trusted.
~•~
Suspicion, one of shaytan's tools, can produce hatred,
Misleading you to questioning honest friends' motives,
Getting disappointed when some of their acts upset,
Whilst they were busy or struggling with their own tests.
Pious friends breaking up can breed sorrow and unrest.
~•~
Two - shaytan's other trick is playing with people's hearts,
Ruining innocence and designing messed up art.
When he spots souls who love for Allah, this foe can start
Intense feelings of attraction wherein fitna sparks,
So a more rebellious form of zina is embarked.
~•~
The deceitful devil can distort sisterly love
And switch admiration into an addicting crush,
So when they're behind closed doors, they're lured into vile acts,
Assuming since they can't get pregnant, they won't get caught -
They just "care about each other". Yeah, a bit too much.
~•~
Three - Another trap of shaytan to break connections
Between striving Muslims is excessive attachment,
Clinging to Allah's servants with high expectations,
And when one moves away or they're no longer living,
The other considers suicide from deep depression.
~•~
Loving people more than Allah is a huge problem.
Gradually it may resemble polytheism,
If instead of trusting Allah, you prefer your friends,
With prayers delayed due to fruitless interactions,
And pursuit of Allah's Love becomes a mere option.
~•~
So shaytan can't get in the way of worthwhile friendships,
Love purely for Allah to keep the bond protected,
Be each other's mirrors, exchange Islamic knowledge,
And pray for one another in Du'as wholehearted
Till you reach Jannah where hearts don't need to be tested.
~•~

Poem: Advice To Those Who Regularly Pray Fajr Late

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Advice to those who regularly pray Fajr late,
Who, when the Adhaan is called, tell themselves "Later. Wait.
Some more minutes. Let me rest." and purposely delay
Praying to Allah - the purpose of why we were made:
~•~
How come when it comes to earning income, online games,
Weddings, gatherings, buying items that are on sale,
And obtaining freebies, your energy escalates,
Yet when it's time to pray, you often procrastinate?
~•~
Is people-pleasing more important than Allah's Grace?
You hate to disappoint people yet you're not afraid
Of showing up late for Allah Who sees you always?
Attain Allah's Love through Taqwa, Tawbah and strong faith.
~•~
Yes, your sleep and dreams are serene but they don't equate
With the solace gained in striving to seek Allah's Face.
Yes, your body is tired and you worked hard yesterday,
But Allah's Wrath is worse if His Laws are disobeyed.
~•~
Train yourself to sleep early or try to stay awake,
Have roosters as pets or appoint a loved one to wake,
Say the Adhkaar before sleeping, and anticipate
Praying Qiyaam Al-Layl and Fajr for Allah's sake.
~•~
📖 Jarir Ibn Abdullah RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: We were with the Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam and he looked at the full moon one night. The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Verily, you will see your Lord (Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala) just as you see this moon. There will be no crowd to cover your vision. Poem: Three Tips To Preserve Your Marriage And Protect It From shaytan's False Promises

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Three tips for wives to ensure their love stays forever,
To each wife who aspires to reach Jannah together
With the man whom Allah chose as her spouse and partner,
Whether she's his first, second, third, fourth, or sole lover:
~•~
First tip: Aside from loving your man for Allah's sake,
Befriend grateful wives who don't broadcast their men's mistakes,
Study writings on loyalty, posts that motivate,
And unfollow users who debase their husbands' names.
~•~
Don't absorb the vibes of whiners who keep complaining
About their husbands without thinking of solutions.
If your advice, help and suggestions aren't welcomed,
Lessen talks with them to avoid their bad influence.
~•~
Second tip: Rewind and reflect on cherished moments.
Your husband's wrongs mustn't make his merits forgotten.
Don't let pride force you to demand swift separation
After arguments that are meant to boost your patience.
~•~
Your soulmate failed to do what you ordered? Forgive him.
He's human, like you, prone to erring and forgetting.
He keeps disappointing you? Advise until he learns.
Keep guiding, and don't quit if your love is genuine.
~•~
Third tip: Imagine all the outcomes of your actions.
Will divorce guarantee freedom and joy that's lasting?
Or will it bring remorse and awkward situations,
When you cross paths and see his fam every now and then?
~•~
Of the reasons for marrying him recall often,
Prior to deciding always seek Allah's Guidance.
Soulmates who married for Allah thrive with inner strength
To withstand trials and defeat shaytan's whisperings.

Poem: Don't Be Afraid Of Dying When Death Must Happen Before We Reach Jannah Paradise

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Our fear of Allah should be much greater than dying.
Why be afraid of death when every living being
Is meant to depart this life at destined appointments?
Allah willed His servants will someday return to Him.
~•~
Don't be too scared to die, since death is bound to happen.
If you're close to Allah and you're a striving Muslim,
See death as a gateway that leads to Jannah/Heaven,
A path you must pass through to flee from dunya's problems.
~•~
It's better to die sooner than on days preceding
Dajjal's appearance prior to the Day of Judgment
When the trials by that time are much more unpleasant,
And the deviants outnumber those upon true guidance.
~•~
Day and night look forward to dying any moment,
Ready to meet Allah and answer all His questions.
Righteous deeds done for Allah with sincere intention
And records of Istighfaar can assure salvation.
~•~
Another deed that benefits in preparation
Is reciting Ayatul Kursi after praying.
Strive to please Allah and don't be afraid to meet Him.
No way can a soul reach Jannah without first dying.
~•~
May Allah the Most Merciful take us while He is Pleased with us, after we've said the Shahaada, and only when we've done enough good deeds that make us worthy of Jannatul Ferdaus. Ameen.
📖 Abu Umamah RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Whoever recites the ‘Verse of the Throne’ (Ayat Al-Kursi) after every prescribed prayer, there will be nothing standing between him and his entry into Paradise but death."

Poem: Reminder To Myself And Others To Do All Good Deeds For Allah's Sake With Ikhlaas

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Questions to ask ourselves before we post a message,
Matters to reflect on so efforts are not wasted:
Is that for Allah? Are you trying to encourage
Other Muslims to do good so Allah is worshipped,
To help and uplift their moods as an act of kindness?
~•~
Or do you aim to prove you're proficient at English,
Portraying artistic skills in order to impress
Stalkers, proving you're talented or educated,
Or are your posts intended as indirect gossip,
To entertain your army of resentful critics?
~•~
To invite others to Allah should be the purpose
Of posting your status updates, spreading helpful tips,
Recording Islamic lectures, sharing useful clips,
And typing a verse from the Qur'an or a Hadith,
Not to show off your knowledge or display you're righteous.
~•~
Nothing notable can be gained if your main motive
For inspiring is to have your ego augmented.
Do Da'wah for Allah in ways that are creative,
Impart wisdom to touch hearts and comfort those depressed,
And utilize the tools Allah gave to pass His tests.
~•~
So your service and contributions are accepted,
Make sure they're for Allah, not to make His slaves jealous,
Not for riyaa nor to build a distinguished image,
But solely for Allah, while sincere and wholehearted,
To support Allah and join His allies and Prophets.
~•~
📖 Mahmud Ibn Labid RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Verily, my greater fear for you is the lesser idolatry (minor shirk/polytheism)." They said, “What is the lesser idolatry, O Messenger of Allah?” The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "It is (riyaa) ostentation. Allah the Almighty will say to them on the Day of Resurrection, when people are being recompensed for their deeds: 'Go to those for whom you made a show in the world and look, do you find any reward with them?'"

He will be brought, the blessings of Allah will be made known and he will acknowledge them. Allah will say: 'What did you do about them?' The man will say: 'I fought in Your Cause until I was martyred.' Allah will say: 'You have lied, for you fought only that it would be said you were brave, and thus it was said.' Then, Allah will order him to be dragged upon his face until he is cast into Hellfire. Another man studied religious knowledge, taught others, and recited the Qur'an. He will be brought, the blessings of Allah will be made known and he will acknowledge them. Allah will say: 'What did you do about them?' The man will say: I learned religious knowledge, taught others, and I recited the Qur'an for Your sake. Allah will say: 'You have lied, for you studied only that it would be said you are a scholar and you recited the Qur'an only that it would be said you are a reciter, and thus it was said.' Then, Allah will order him to be dragged upon his face until he is cast into Hellfire. Another man was given an abundance of blessings from Allah and every kind of wealth. He will be brought, the blessings of Allah will be made known and he will acknowledge them. Allah will say: 'What did you do about them?' The man will say: 'I did not leave any good cause beloved to You but that I spent on it for Your sake.' Allah will say: 'You have lied, for you spent only that it would be said you are generous, and thus it was said.' Poem: True Love For Allah's Sake And Patience Are Essential For Long-Standing Friendships

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 If you want a friendship to last longer than three years,
Avoid all of these so the love doesn't disappear:
Pride, selfishness, wanting to be the only one heard,
Impatience, ditching when you think their goals are too weird,
Envy, and leaving quarrels or mixed signals unclear.
~•~
If you're serious about staying friends with special souls:
Make sure you don't get carried away by huge ego,
Advise and forgive when they unknowingly insult,
Sympathize when they decline invites to stay at home,
And don't overreact when their replies are too slow.
~•~
When you recognize the value of genuine friends,
You'd do your best to ensure the friendship doesn't end.
Real love for Allah's sake, despite frequent arguments,
Prevents friends from drifting apart, holding resentment,
And succumbing to mistrust or unjust assumptions.
~•~
A friend's silence doesn't always mean they do not care.
Perhaps they're dealing with problems they're afraid to share,
Maybe they're busy, or temporarily in despair,
Or of your longing to hear from them they're unaware.
Patience that promises lasting bonds is truly rare.
~•~
Those deserving of our Sabr so the bond stays strong
Are Muslims who long for Jannah as their final home,
Who strive to please Allah, who don't seek this world's comfort,
Who inspire us to improve through their pure deeds and words.
Loving them for Allah is a blessing to uphold.

Poem: Love Your Husband For Allah's Sake For Who He Is From Inside

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 It is possible to fall in love with your husband
Even if he's not very tall, wealthy or handsome,
When his heart, faith and persona caught your attention,
And through your bond with him, you've learned many life lessons.
~•~
Despite his acne, scars and any disfigurement,
And though he's not as muscular as other buff men,
It's feasible to stay loyal to your dear husband
When his efforts make him worthy of your affection.
~•~
Although he lacks six-pack abs or impressive talents,
Become mesmerized by how he's tough and hardworking,
Dedicated to winning, caring towards loved ones,
Funny, kind, understanding, and charming with children.
~•~
A loving spouse, in spite of his outward appearance,
Can be so captivating if he shines from within,
With trust in Allah, striving to be a good Muslim,
And supporting his family with halal income.
~•~
Who cares if your man doesn't look like K-Pop icons,
Or if his vigor doesn't match giants and lions.
So long as his commitment attracts sweet sentiments,
And loving him brings you near Allah, he's a blessing.
~•~
He's a keeper. He deserves you. At least he's trying.
Know he's doing his best. If only you could see him
When he's on duty, when he misses you, when driving,
And when he softly mentions your name while he's praying.
~•~
Remember he's human, not an ATM machine.
He's not your servant either. Support him like a team
Serving Allah together to fulfill all your dreams,
To reach Jannah, glad you didn't quit so you both win.
~•~

Poem: Advice To The Heartbroken And Those Who Think They're "Still In Love"

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Note to those who think they've moved on but "love" still lingers
In their hearts for certain souls who, like magnets, captured
Their attention and who can't be with their admirers:
Embrace the truth. You weren't meant to be together.
~•~
Whether you're both single, or you're both blessed with partners,
Or one is wed to a guy who doesn't deserve her,
Push yourself to move on and detach from each other.
Expect initial distance to taste sour and bitter.
~•~
Have nearly the same stamina as tough weightlifters
Who stick to strict diets and work out to grow stronger,
Or female athletes who aspire to become slimmer,
Avoiding specific foods despite frequent hunger.
~•~
Habitually fast Sunnah fasts to enhance Sabr.
Train yourself to patiently accept Allah's Qadr.
Control your nafs for Allah's sake, obey His Orders,
And know the outcomes of zina should make you shudder.
~•~
Visualize zina as wild dragons emitting fire,
A golden closet inside of which are sharp daggers,
Man-eating sharks eager to swallow naive swimmers,
Or con-artists who trick you with nothing to offer.
~•~
It's shaytan who decorates sin - that cunning trickster,
Who adorns abhorrent acts with fake vows and glitter.
With strong faith and Taqwa, you can conquer his whispers,
Substitute them with thoughts of death, Du'as and Dhikr.
~•~
If after all those battles, your "feelings" still linger,
And you're "still crushing hard" though you don't see each other,
Still be Allah's warrior, earn rewards for your Sabr,
Till you enter Jannah where hearts can never suffer.

Tips: Signs Of Intuitive People Whose Intuition Comes From Allah The Almighty

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

💌 Seven signs of intuitive people and their intuition (not suspicion nor delusional guesses) is a gift from Allah the Almighty:

1] Numerous times you were able to determine correctly that an event would be cancelled or someone who agreed to meet you at a specific time will most likely cancel their decision. You weren't surprised with the cancellation as though you anticipated it because the people you dealt with have proven themselves to be untrustworthy, or you were able to spot patterns indicating low chances of the meeting occuring.

2] Many of your lucid dreams are so memorable and carry warnings or signs from Allah the Most Wise, some of which later come true. For instance, while I was in Saudi Arabia trying to have my visa renewed, and my husband remained in the Philippines, I saw him in a dream with a strange woman and a baby boy. I woke up feeling anxious about it only to discover after some months or so that I became my husband's first wife and he did have a son with her. Alhamdulillah I'm still very accepting of polygyny.

3] You typically feel as if you're being watched (Of course Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala closely observes us at all times and some of His Angels are assigned to record our actions), as though there are surveillance cameras around, and if somebody tries to display any form of disrespect, you imagine yourself being in a prank show which inspires you to react in a way that you believe is most fair, logical or sensible.

4] Whether you classify yourself as an empath or not, you can easily tell if a person is envious of you, making obnoxious effort to make you feel jealous of them, or deceitfully acting in a manner to provoke you. This causes you to be significantly selective regarding who you socialize with and confide in.

5] You have the ability to sense people's vibes and identify if their soul's energy is compatible with yours. If you're one of those souls who are ambitiously enthusiastic about attaining Allah's Love and you intensely despise negative qualities such as the tendency to falsely accuse others or envy, you gravitate towards the sincerely pious and authentically confident Muslims that are a minority.

6] Oftentimes you can accurately guess the reasons for some individuals' behavior and misconduct. So-and-so didn't answer your salaam despite you greeting them in an audible voice because their insecure mother ordered them to act like they're ignoring you, a taxi driver without passengers didn't pull over as he already had an appointment or he wasn't entirely sure if you needed transportation, a friend didn't invite you to a gathering with mutual friends either to get back at you for not inviting them to an outing you set up in the past or they assumed you were too busy with other tasks.

7] When you've decided to do something or dismiss a plan because of your gut instinct or intuition which Allah the Most Merciful granted, you have no doubts at all, zero feelings of remorse and guilt afterwards. Hence if you unfriended some users because you could sense they were intentionally disrespectful towards you, you don't bother looking back to reflect, "maybe it's a mistake to disconnect from them". You know with absolute certainty from inside that your choice was the right one, specifically if doing so leads you closer to Allah's Love and your faith/Imaan being strengthened.

📖 Shidad Ibn Al-Had RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: The Messenger of Allah SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam came out to us for one of the evening prayers and he was carrying his grandson Hasan, or Husayn. The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam came forward and put him down, then began the prayer with exaltation and prayed. He prostrated at the end of his prayer for a long time. I raised my head and the child was upon the Prophet's back while he was prostrating, so I returned to my prostration. When the Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam finished the prayer, people said, “O Messenger of Allah, you prostrated at the end of your prayer for a long time, until we thought that something happened or you received a revelation.” The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "None of that that happened. Rather, my grandson was riding on my back and I disliked to rush him before he met his needs."
