💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

💌 Eleven actions that instantly uplift your mood:

One: Reading the Noble Qur'an so your heart is soothed.

Two: Listening to Qur'an recitations as you

Reflect on Allah's Magnificence with gratitude.

Three: Seeking Islamic knowledge through the right sources,

Learning something new from podcasts or online classes.

Four: Spending quality time with kids, nephews, nieces,

Taking care of babies or visiting relatives.

~•~

Five: Counting Allah's gifts that are too many to count,

Among which are Islam and peaceful things that surround

You like cloudy skies, greenery, cats roaming around,

Sound of rainfall, stars, and simple comforts in your house.

~•~

Six: Talking to Allah, relief through supplications,

Adhkaar, tranquil naps, and relaxing meditation.

Seven: Regularly checking on a pious friend

And advising so both your faith/Imaan is strengthened.

~•~

Eight: When you can, doing charity for Allah's sake,

Tipping, sharing food, kind words to brighten someone's day.

Nine: Istighfaar and Tawbah, repenting from mistakes,

And striving to improve so you positively change.

~•~

Ten: Doing Da'wah, writing to share about Islam,

And volunteering to teach so loved ones understand.

Eleven: Remembering as often as you can,

Not the past, but future. Pray Jannah is where we'll land.

~•~

Through good deeds that please Allah, you'll be much happier.

Glue oneself to dunya or let one's soul surrender

To sins like music or drugs, and sinners just suffer.

Worship Allah with Ikhlaas, watch your mood get better.

📖 Suhayb RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Amazing is the affair of the believer, as there is good for him in every matter. This is not the case for anyone but for the believer. If he goes through ease (or happy moments), he thanks Allah and it is good for him. If he goes through difficulty, he shows patience and it is good for him."

"A righteous companion is better than loneliness, and loneliness is better than an evil companion.

A good writer is better than one silent, and one silent is better than an evil writer."

Poem: How To React When Some Users Unfriend You

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

💌 What should your reaction be when someone "unfriends" you,

When they blocked your account or become one you once knew?

Avoid self-doubt. Don't wonder "Oh no, what did I do?

Was it something I shared? Are they gone in real life too?"

~•~

Maybe their act of "unfriending" was an accident,

Done by someone else using their phone when it was lent,

Or they left when most of your posts make them feel threatened,

They're jealous, disturbed, or unpleasantly different.

~•~

No worries. It's not a tragedy if you're eschewed

By users who think you're "toxic" or your thoughts confuse.

Empathize. Try to visualize being in their shoes,

You'd hate seeing others thrive if you were insecure.

~•~

Reduction in the number of "fans" or "online friends"

Isn't solid evidence you're an awful person.

Often you grow stronger with someone's disappearance,

Far from their lies, bad vibes and negative influence.

~•~

By people's opposition your worth isn't reduced.

When some flee or search for shade, the sun's rays continue.

Whether "too much" or "not good enough", let them assume.

For Allah Only, not His slaves, is your servitude.

Sahih Muslim 2638

📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu ‘anhu narrated: Allah’s noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "The strong believer is more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, but there is goodness in both of them. Be eager for what benefits you, seek help from Allah, and do not be frustrated. If something befalls you, then do not say: 'If only I had done something else.’ Rather say: "Allah has decreed what He wills." Verily, the phrase 'if only' opens the way for the work of shaytan."
