May Allah the Almighty grant us more beneficial knowledge, accept our good deeds, forgive our mistakes, protect us from fitna, and join us with the righteous believers in Jannatul Ferdaus. Ameen.

Poem: What To Avoid In Order To Be Happy And Contented

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

💌 If you wish to be happy, don't do the following:

Don't think Allah hates you when "friends" start disappearing.

Allah may have answered some of your supplications

By keeping you away from those with bad intentions,

Who sabotage themselves through lying and gossiping.

~*~

Don't prefer love music to daily Qur'an reading.

To strengthen your faith/Imaan, read the Qur'an often.

Don't admire dancers who are talented at dancing.

Look up to the pious who obtain peace through praying,

As their souls rest through frequent Qur'an recitation.

~*~

Don't wish you could afford luxurious cars and mansions,

Frequently traveling and dining at restaurants.

Not being so wealthy is actually a blessing,

When you recall that worldly joys aren't permanent,

And the poor enter Jannah before the rich Muslims.

~*~

Don't compare your current gifts to someone's achievements.

Don't assume you're the only soul prone to suffering.

Don't forget refugees worldwide, the orphaned children,

Men with mountains of debts, and women who lost husbands.

Don't guess life is useless due to stress or depression.

~*~

To be happy on the inside, embrace contentment.

Always thank Allah that He chose you to be Muslim.

Be grateful and patient with what Allah has destined,

Aware that Allah knows what's best for your well-being.

Patiently never quit till you reach Jannah's entrance.

📖 Fadalah Ibn ‘Ubayd RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Blessed is one who is guided to Islam, whose livelihood is sufficient, and who is content."
