Note: AI Generated "Letters To Myself" - Just For Fun

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

💡 Interesting prompt. Ask ChatGPT to make two letters, one starts with "Dear me" and the other begins with "To myself as I grow older". Analyze the outcomes based on past questions you typed with the same account using ChatGPT (Note: Not a must to take it seriously, but much of the results seem to carry some significant advice):

1. “Dear Me” — present, grounded, and determined

Dear Me,

You have never been particularly concerned with whether people think you are unusual. You do not embarrass easily, and you have never needed a crowd to validate your decisions. You would rather quietly do what you believe is right than perform for people who may forget you tomorrow.

Keep that.

You are an INTJ-A 1w9: independent in thought, demanding of yourself, principled, analytical, and naturally inclined to improve whatever you believe can be improved. But remember that being strong does not mean you must carry everything alone.

You are married to an ESFJ 3w2—a man whose strengths are very different from yours. He may care deeply about people, relationships, recognition, achievement, and making others feel valued, while you may be more comfortable with independence, privacy, systems, and long-term plans. Do not waste your marriage wishing that he had your personality. Learn to appreciate what his differences bring into your life, just as you hope he appreciates what yours brings into his.

And as for money: do not be ashamed of wanting more halal income.

You do not want wealth merely to display it.

You want the freedom to help.

You want to reach a point where giving zakah is something you can do with gratitude rather than something you merely hope to be able to afford. You want to contribute to Islamic causes, assist people in need, support worthwhile projects, give sadaqah, and quietly solve problems when Allah gives you the means.

So take the side hustles seriously.

Learn. Improve. Offer useful services. Work online. Build skills. Accept small beginnings. A modest income earned honestly is still honorable, and a small amount consistently given for Allah's sake can become enormous in reward.

Do not despise ₱3,000 simply because it is not ₱30,000.

Today it may be a side hustle.

Tomorrow it may become another skill.

Eventually, Allah may open doors you cannot currently see.

You do not need to become obsessed with money. You need to become capable of using money well.

Keep your standards.

Keep your modesty.

Keep your independence.

Keep your sense of humor.

Keep your ability to walk away from pointless drama.

But also keep your heart soft.

Do not allow disappointment with people to make you stingy with goodness. Do not allow difficult people to convince you that generosity is foolish. Give because Allah sees it—not because people deserve your gratitude in return.

Build quietly.

Earn halal.

Save wisely.

Give generously.

And never forget why you wanted the money in the first place.

Not to impress people.

To have more to give for Allah's sake.

Love,
Me

2. “To Myself as I Grow Older” — looking toward the woman you want to become

To Myself as I Grow Older,

I hope that by the time you read this, you have become the kind of woman you once prayed to become—not necessarily richer, more impressive, or more admired, but more useful.

I hope you built something.

Perhaps several things.

I hope you experimented with side hustles, learned skills you once thought were beyond you, worked with people from different backgrounds, and discovered that your ability to analyze, organize, communicate, and solve problems could become a means of earning halal rizq.

I hope you never felt embarrassed about starting small.

You were never easily embarrassed anyway.

You have always been quite capable of looking at something unconventional and simply thinking, “Does it work? Is it halal? Is it beneficial?” If the answer was yes, you could get on with it regardless of what people thought.

I hope you retained that courage.

I hope you also became financially capable enough to experience the beautiful responsibility of giving.

Perhaps there was a time when you dreamed about joining those who could comfortably calculate their zakah, pay it, and then continue looking for opportunities to give sadaqah.

I hope that dream became reality.

And when it did, I hope you remembered the smaller beginnings.

Remember the little jobs.

Remember the modest payments.

Remember every time you wondered whether your effort was worth it.

Remember that Allah can place barakah in something that looks insignificant to people.

I hope you became a woman who does not merely ask, “How much can I earn?”

I hope you learned to ask:

“How much good can Allah allow me to accomplish with what He gives me?”

I hope your marriage also grew wiser with age.

Your husband is an ESFJ 3w2, and you are an INTJ-A 1w9. You were never going to approach life exactly the same way. Perhaps you learned to laugh about those differences instead of analyzing every one of them.

I hope you learned when to offer a solution and when to simply listen.

I hope you learned that affection does not always arrive in the form you would naturally give it.

And I hope you never underestimated the value of having someone beside you whose strengths complement your own.

As you grow older, I hope you become increasingly difficult to disturb—not because you stopped caring, but because you finally learned what deserves your energy.

May petty criticism become background noise.

May unnecessary drama become beneath your attention.

May other people's opinions become lighter.

May your relationship with Allah become stronger.

May your love for reading from the Noble Qur'an become much closer to your heart.

May your wealth become a tool rather than an identity.

May your knowledge become beneficial.

May your work become a means of rizq.

May your rizq become a means of zakah and sadaqah.

And may you eventually look back and realize that the goal was never simply to become a successful woman.

It was to become a useful servant of Allah who happened to be given opportunities, skills, a marriage, income, intelligence, time, and resources—and tried to use them well.

Older me, if Allah has given you abundance, don't become attached to it.

Give.

If Allah has given you knowledge, teach.

If Allah has given you influence, use it responsibly.

If Allah has given you strength, protect those who need protection.

If Allah has given you little, give from the little.

And if Allah has given you much, remember that much means much responsibility.

You do not need to be remembered by everyone.

You only need your deeds to be accepted by Allah.

May the older version of you be wiser without becoming colder, wealthier without becoming attached to wealth, stronger without becoming harsh, and more generous without ever seeking applause.

Keep building. Keep giving. Keep your principles. Keep your heart soft.
(Inn-sha-Allah)
The woman who is becoming you"

Note: Financial Struggles Are Temporary Tests From Allah The Most Wise

In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

📝 Around 2000 pesos for one night was never used when I booked a room in a subdivision or condominium near SM Mall of Asia when we traveled to Manila several months ago. Another large amount of money was wasted when I booked for a hotel which had numerous branches around Manila (not mentioning its name so I wouldn't be a basher nor do I want to indirectly advertise it) and spent a considerable amount of money on a number of Grab cars because the first taxi went to the wrong branch and another sent us to another incorrect branch etc. so minus 200 and another 200 something etc. 300 or something pesos was lent to somebody who asked if they could borrow that amount but they only returned a tiny portion of it which triggered me to block them afterwards since they couldn't be trusted as they wouldn't return the amount they promised to send back despite my effort to help promote their pastils business.

Then this morning 200 pesos was sent to a person likely pretending to be a popular VA coach. It was my fault for not carefully analyzing their Facebook profile - after I sent them 200 via GCash I noticed they have less than 7 online friends and their English is terrible. A lot of virtual assistants and freelancers would avoid grammatical mistakes when speaking in English and this user didn't seem to be fluent in English at all. Whether they're a scammer or not, I've decided to avoid attending any more online workshops for VA training when there are loads of videos uploaded on YouTube for free with tips on how to utilize various websites and tools which many virtual assistants and freelancers utilize.

However, I still recommend the online courses of a Tausug VA coach brother Zoulkifli. Even if his training consisting of 12 sessions 3 times a week may cost 1500 pesos if one enrolls individually and 900 pesos for each trainee if one registers with a group of at least five members, his online workshop is worth the price, particularly it includes certification.

Those who are interested in enrolling can Inn-sha-Allah register through me so I can pay a portion of their registration fee (1449 instead of 1500 and 870 instead of 900 pesos) and they receive my sample answers to the module's activities to give them some ideas on how to answer the assignments.

📝Quick lessons learned to share (and these are probably so obvious to many):
1. Before sending any amount via GCash to any stranger, double check the number of the recipient and analyze the user's profile. Lack of online friends or low number of friends may generally indicate fake or dummy accounts.
2. To reduce the impact of disappointment or frustration whenever you're going through certain challenges in this temporary life, always remember that there are plenty of others who were also scammed and lost large amounts of money because of some greedy liars whom Allah the Most Wise will Inn-sha-Allah deal with justly at the most ideal timing in this world and the afterlife.
3. Wanting too much of something when you already have something similar to it could at times be detrimental or disastrous. We can Inn-sha-Allah apply gratitude and contentment instead of always wanting more - more online courses which aren't free, more attempts to buy products in other countries for reselling etc.

Note: Sometimes Allah the Most Merciful decrees some amount of money to disappear from our lives to check if we're attached to this temporal dunya or if we truly prefer Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala. May Allah the Almighty replace all the things we lost in the past and present with blessings of actual value, ease all our circumstances and grant us only what's best for us in both worlds. Ameen.

Note: College Degrees Are Not Obligatory To Reach And Deserve Jannah Paradise

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Just sharing some links in response to those individuals who assume that my brothers and I completely dropped out of high school and don't hold any degree:
https://mjustsharingislam.blogspot.com/2024/04/note-my-educational-background-ma.html

https://www.arabnews.com/node/233528/1000

Something which a lot of people don't know is that our dear parents (Allah yarhamhuma. Ameen), with our dear mother being the first female at her university UP Diliman who attained a doctorate degree in education (based on a really old cut out piece of a newspaper or journal with a photo of my dear mother - Allah yarhamha. Ameen. and I'm not purposely making this up Alhamdulillah) while our dear father (Allah yarhamhu. Ameen) received his PhD degree in University of Westminster in London (United Kingdom) they managed an online university for some time associated with MSU working alongside Dr Norma Sharief (Allah yarhamha. Ameen) until they passed away and the online university couldn't be continued.

One of my dear mom's dreams is to establish an Islamic university in the Philippines, while another dream of hers was to provide authentic Islamic education for absolutely free. Her latter dream MashaAllah is amazing yes, but truthfully we can't offer completely free education because our teachers and faculty members need to earn as well. May Allah the Almighty have mercy on our dear parents, reunite us with them in Jannatul Ferdaus, decree that someday at the most ideal timing there would be some prestigious and recognized Islamic university in the Philippines offering online courses particularly for busy Muslims and increase us in wisdom. Ameen.

Honestly I also believe that one can be very successful in both worlds Inn-sha-Allah even if they don't hold any college degree. Actually I believe that even a Muslim who never went to high school but they sincerely memorized the whole of the Noble Qur'an, word for word, and they are dedicated in applying the beautiful teachings from the Noble Qur'an and Sunnah is more than a gazillion times better than me in many ways. The beloved Prophet and Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam didn't go to high school nor college yet undoubtedly he's the best of all human beings due to his strong admirable connection with our Only God and Creator Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala and his exemplary, noteworthy and dignified character.

Next time some jokers arrogantly laugh at you for trying to lead an organization or institute without holding any degree, confidently remain unaffected and refrain from giving them too much attention. In other words, don't take their fallacious criticism seriously nor stalk their online content to preserve our overall well-being. There are some instances though when we need to clarify ourselves because allowing arrogant people to remain deluded by their erroneous assumptions could carry more disadvantages than benefits, specifically if they can't stop spreading rumors that could lead to any sort of division, disunity or misunderstanding.

Poem: Dear Sisters In Islam, How Are You, Really?

In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

A poem with some advice written at around three -
Three A.M. last third of the night, today June twenty,
With Allah's Will, not with AI nor dictionary,
Intended for every Muslim whether he or she
Is married, widowed, still single, or a divorcee:
~•~
May Allah's Peace be with you as well as His Mercy,
Dear Muslim, how are you, honestly and truthfully?
After yesterday and the earthquakes which recently
Occured with Allah's Absolute Wisdom and Decree?
After all the stress and frequent insufficient sleep?
~•~
To answer the question "how are you?", most would likely
Repeat "I'm fine, Alhamdulillah" while inwardly
They may feel tired - mentally or emotionally,
And physically. If I were to define "fatigue",
I'd say: "increase in overwhelm, decreased energy..."
~•~
"...Needing more naps, feeling like one's sleep is incomplete,
Forgetting certain facts at times, inability
To focus when one is praying due to frequently
Worrying, which results in lacking tranquility -
Stress is like a star gaining swift popularity...
~•~
Despite advanced technology, fatigue readily
Greets us now and then as if it's something humans need."
Indeed, it's something we require occasionally,
If through it supplications and Adhkaar are increased,
And each Muslim's level of faith Imaan is revealed.
~•~
Ever felt tired of dealing with people who deceive?
Tired of trusting some loved ones or colleagues who conceal
Bad intentions, assumptions and intense jealousy?
Tired of too many tasks and responsibilities,
Obstacles here and there, many inconsistencies?
~•~
Tired of waiting for clients to accept your CV,
Willing to work extra hours while many are asleep,
Eager to join those qualified to do charity?
Tired of dishes piling up, competing with laundry?
Tired of betrayal while you strive to be trustworthy?
~•~
Tired of trying to stay awake just to oversleep?
Tired of planning to lose weight only to overeat?
Tired of countless expectations from your family,
Growing number of events in your community,
Or rumors spread about you all because of envy?
~•~
Tired of teaching slow learners who disrespect or tease?
Tired of commuting almost daily on noisy streets?
Tired of multitasking while you babysit, breastfeed,
Or help kids do assignments which seem to never cease?
Tired of news of the oppressed while watching passively?
~•~
What kind of fatigue do you feel? Tell me, honestly.
Physical or mental? Not spiritual, hopefully?
The kind that makes you guess "maybe it's ADHD"?
Or some gave you the evil eye or did sorcery?
Regardless of what kind, fatigue is temporary.
~•~
We're human beings with limited capacity
To do each task and achieve every goal flawlessly.
In this imperfect dunya, expect difficulties,
Different setbacks, distractions and bold enemies.
Maintain strong connection with Allah to shun defeat.
~•~
From Surah Al-'Asr we learn that those who believe
In Allah the Almighty, steadfastly do good deeds,
And remain patient are the ones from humanity
Who in this world and the next attain true victory,
Calling all to the truth and patience similarly.
~•~
Recall that time when Fatima (RadhiAllahu 'anha) complained of fatigue
To her father Prophet Muhammad (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) and asked if she
Could have a helper of her own but she just received
Advice to thank Allah more, say Adhkaar frequently.
~•~
We can't always rely on people to fight fatigue,
As humans tend to get tired or sick eventually.
Their energy levels don't stay high eternally,
Often they may lose motivation or become weak -
So let's depend on Allah. Allah's Help we must seek.
~•~
Stress and tiredness are excellent opportunities
To read the Noble Qur'an, enjoying inner peace,
And to pray more Sunnah prayers with humility -
Pray Salat Ad-Duha and Tahajjud when many
Choose to sleep or busy themselves with matters worldly.
~•~
Trust me, the more we mention Allah's Names, the more we
Enjoy serenity mentally and faithfully.
The more we learn Islam and apply what we study,
The farther we are from fitna, spiritual defeat
And wrong choices. Seek authentic 'ilm relentlessly.
~•~
Try Qailoolah, to not be overcome by fatigue -
Take naps in the daytime - twenty minutes or thirty.
Also take good care of your mind - research more and read.
Be choosey with what you do online. Ditch useless reels
And vlogs with actors. Ignore the toxic and surreal.
~•~
While it's fine to feel tired at times, excessive fatigue
Could cause some to overthink with negativity -
Until some think of suicide, a major sin which we
Should avoid. Only Allah is the One Who decrees
Who from His slaves stay alive and who must leave early.
~•~
When Allah grants us brief trials, He certainly sees
How we have the ability to pass them with ease,
Or solve problems after analyzing carefully,
Or gain life lessons to share with others helpfully.
Dunya is imperfect, not heaven for you and me.
~•~
So once again, I shall ask you: "How are you, really?"
This time, say this "Alhamdulillah", confidently,
"Alhamdulillah for Allah's countless gifts, bounties,
And blessings in disguise such as stress or poverty.
I may not be wealthy, but there's lots of faith in me.
~•~
I may not be very healthy, but I guarantee
That real happiness and perfect bliss can only be
Found in Jannah Paradise far away from fatigue.
Though I lack quality sleep, I pray that I can reach
Jannatul Ferdaus where the pious souls can rest for eternity. Ameen.

Note: What To Say On Eid Al-Adha

 بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

🌻For Allah's sake regularly say "Allahu Akbar. (3 times)
Laa ilaaha ilAllah.
Allahu Akbar. Allahu Akbar.
Wa Lillahil Hamd."

Common categories of Muslims before Eid Al-Adha:
1. Those busy cleaning the house and preparing their residence to welcome guests
2. Those busy packing Eid gifts or goodie bags to distribute to the kids
3. Those who are still browsing on their gadgets for some reason not feeling sleepy
4. Those who are busy mincing spices and arranging the kitchen to prepare themselves for cooking large quantities of dishes
5. Those who slept early
6. Those who are praying Tahajjud late at night or saying Du'a
7. Those who are designing their virtual Eid Mubarak greetings and getting ready for their text to quickly copy and paste
8. Those who are planning which resorts, beaches, restaurants or parks to go to next day
9. Those who are eating late at night because they know they won't be able to eat before the Eid prayer until after the Eid Khutbah
