Note: On Self-Discovery And MBTI Personality Theory

๐Ÿ’ In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
๐Ÿ’Œ Among the advantages of understanding someone's personality type as well as yours include having awareness of what causes them to behave the way they do, why they make decisions in a certain manner and whether or not you both can get along harmoniously.
Ways to decode or analyze a person's personality type if they're not interested in taking an MBTI test online:
๐Ÿ”ธYou know they're an extrovert (E) if:
1) They enjoy social gatherings and they're fine speaking to large groups of people.
2) The more people they speak to, the more energized and motivated they feel.
3) They get bored or lonesome easily if they go on weeks without human interaction.
๐Ÿ”ธYou know they're an introvert (I) if:
1) They are more comfortable talking to one person at a time or discussing issues with just a few close friends.
2) The more they socialize and engage with people, whether strangers or loved ones, the more their energy is drained so they require seclusion occasionally.
3) They're completely okay with not having many friends and they consider solitude as a chance to enjoy independence.
๐Ÿ”ธYou know they're sensors (S) if:
1) They perceive or judge things using their five senses.
2) They're more likely to say "I see", "I noticed", "I heard", "From my observation", "Obviously...", "I realize", and "It is what it is".
3) They're very specific and detailed, noticing even the smallest details easily.
๐Ÿ”ธYou know they're intuitives (N) if:
1) Their judgements and perceptions are mainly based on their gut instinct, intuition and how they feel. They have an ability to read into people's behavior and recognize patterns.
2) They're more likely to say "I feel that...", "I have a feeling that...", "Maybe...", "There are many possibilities...", "I can tell...", "What if...", and "I knew it."
3) They're more concerned with the big picture and overall summary. They oftentimes don't bother with unnecessary details.
๐Ÿ”ธYou know they're feeling types (F) if:
1) They hate conflict, confrontation and arguments. They don't always insist on being the right one.
2) They're sensitive and can quickly get hurt.
3) They try to avoid hurting people's feelings as much as possible.
๐Ÿ”ธYou know they're thinking types (T) if:
1) They are not afraid of confronting and debating with others.
2) They are generally thick-skinned and don't instantly get offended. Their decisions and actions are mostly based on logic and reason.
3) They don't hesitate to do something that could offend others if doing so is the more logical and reasonable decision.
๐Ÿ”ธThey are perceivers (P) if:
1) They find planning, organizing, arranging, categorizing, and making lists boring, debilitating or unnecessary.
2) They are spontaneous and are okay with unplanned outings.
3) They prefer to have more freedom and space rather than being obliged to follow strict rules.
๐Ÿ”ธThey are judgers (J) if:
1) They enjoy making plans and being well-organized.
2) They prefer to be prepared and they dislike surprises or unexpected changes without prior notification.
3) They would rather follow a set of rules and stick to a schedule than be told to do whatever they feel like doing.
The combination of four letters you end up with after trying to analyze a person's personality can be further explained in some of the articles that are available at these sites:

Although my husband's MBTI type (ESFJ) and mine (INTJ) are likely to clash with each other, since we view many things very differently, Alhamdulillah through marrying him I've learned to be more tolerant, patient and understanding.
Regardless of what our MBTI type is, what is important is we try our utmost to follow the beautiful character of the beloved Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam who encouraged us Muslims to maintain proper dealings and decent manners with others.
๐Ÿ“– Anas ibn Malik RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu alaihi wa sallam said, "Whoever abandons lies in support of falsehood, a house will be built for him in the surroundings of Paradise. Whoever abandons arguments even though he is right, a house will be built for him in its middle. Whoever makes his character excellent, a house will be built for him in its highest part."
