๐ It's a mistake to assume that self-assured ladies
Are the ones who flaunt their beauty and upload selfies,
When in reality posting selfies frequently
Indicates narcissism, clearly low self-esteem,
And eagerness to be loved through superficial means.

When you spot females flaunting their insecurities
Through photos of themselves with filters, corny techniques,
And fake eyelashes, don't be triggered by jealousy.
Instead, feel pity and sorry that they have the need
To seek people's approval by posing cheesily.

Behind each selfie may be a plea to "look at me,
Though sad inside, I can smile. Please tell me I'm pretty.
I put effort into modeling so you can see
I have what it takes to act like a celebrity.
Without my fans' likes and comments I'd be incomplete."

Truly confident Muslimahs with inner beauty
Don't impose on themselves to post cringeworthy selfies.
They don't care about fitting in with lost crowds, firstly,
And their prime goal in life is to please Allah Only,
Through good deeds, a clean heart, and valuing modesty.

Women with strong faith/Imaan and personality,
Who thrive by loving Allah more than anybody,
And fulfilling their duties as Muslims patiently,
Don't insult themselves by behaving indecently.
Selfie-addiction suits the unhappy inwardly.

๐ Abu Udhaynah RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "The best of your women are loving, fertile, suitable, and comforting, if they fear Allah. The worst of your women unveil their beauty, take pride in their appearance, and they are hypocrites. None of them will enter Paradise except as rarely as you see a red-beaked crow."
