๐ Nine signs that you and a person's soul peacefully align with each other, and there is potential for you to become close friends:
1] The very first time you met or stumbled across their Facebook profile, you felt at ease, calm, relaxed, interested, or eager to know more about them.
2] You realize it's easy to be genuinely happy for them, and their joys, pleasant qualities, and achievements can't really trigger jealousy.
3] Even if they reside in other city or their residence is far from yours, for some reason you can sense you're closely connected. Distance apart doesn't decrease your love for Allah's sake.
4] You truthfully enjoy interacting with them online and offline, no matter how random your conversations get sometimes. They're the kind of friend whom you're willing to chat with for several hours at night.
5] Awkward moments, uncomfortable silence, and tireless efforts to appear flawless don't occur between you two.
6] You feel safe around them. There's no requirement to impress them nor any need to ask a third party about what they said behind your back, as you can tell that they're not fans of backbiting and spreading false news.
7] You rarely doubt or suspect your friendship, wondering if they truly deserve your trust and loyalty, since spending time with them inspires your level of faith/Imaan to increase.
8] You're friendly and amicable with all of their family members. None of their relatives can compel you to back out of the association, as though Allah the Most Wise destined and planned your connection.
9] You find yourself lovingly mentioning their names in your Du'a/supplications and prayers on a regular basis. The more you care about some Muslims on a deeper level, the more you talk to Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala compassionately about them.
