💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Ever wondered why, despite your efforts to stay kind,
The insecure or unconfident return your smiles
With indifference and sad scowls while rolling their eyes?
Likely they're intimidated, jealous from inside,
And their dismal selves cause them to fear your cheerful vibes.
~•~
Like drivers who get pulled over and they're filled with fright,
As though there's something disturbing they're trying to hide,
Those guilty of jealousy can't look you in the eye
Or they'd try their best to share their sorrow with you by
Acting obnoxious or denying to give your rights.
~•~
You know that you intimidate somebody each time
They ask a third party to forward their notes or lies
Instead of confronting you directly, and they strive
To spread rumors about you so your good moods subside.
Stand firm for Allah and don't let foes dim your soul's light.
~•~
You know why such types are scared, although you're not unkind,
Not a bully with manners that are uncivilized?
They're fearful that anytime you might steal their limelight,
That you'll catch them red-handed when they invent a lie,
Or they desire dunya whilst you pursue Paradise.
~•~
We can't force a turtle or snail to budge if it hides
In its shell whenever we're nearby, if our large size
Terrifies it, and our language it can't recognize.
Continue fearing no one but Allah the Most High.
By people's fears and feelings our worth is not defined.

📖 Abu Dharr RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Fear Allah wherever you are, follow a bad deed with a good deed and it will erase it, and behave well with good character towards the people."

📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "The strong believer is more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, but there is goodness in both of them. Be eager for what benefits you, seek help from Allah, and do not be frustrated. If something befalls you, then do not say: 'If only I had done something else.' Rather say: "Allah has decreed what He wills." Verily, the phrase ‘if only’ opens the way for the work of shaytan."
