💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Three ways to deal with people who are jealous of you,
Whose envy is confirmed each time they try to exclude
You from gatherings with mutual friends, when they are rude,
When they gossip, accuse, or deny your good value:
~•~
One: You can sympathize, stay connected, and pity,
Feel sorry they're sadly suffering from jealousy
That prevents them from inner joy and serenity.
Remind them you're imperfect too, so they feel relieved.
~•~
Two: Make friends out of them so they're not your enemies.
If you care enough, make the first move and be friendly.
Help them if they need assistance, cheer when they succeed,
And together to reach Jannah healthily compete.
~•~
Three: If befriending them is an impossible feat
And they ditch you because your joys bring them misery,
Then for Allah's sake leave their bad vibes confidently.
Connecting with them isn't part of Allah's Decree.
~•~
Like the sun that shines brightly when some despise its heat,
Let dark and ugly hearts detest your inner beauty,
While you keep on doing good for Allah sincerely.
As you level up in life, jealous critics increase.

📖 Abdullah Ibn Amr RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: I said, “O Messenger of Allah, who are the best people?” The Messenger of Allah SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, “One with a heart swept clean and truthful in speech.” We said, “O Messenger of Allah, we know truthful in speech. What is a heart swept clean?” The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, “One that is mindful of Allah and pure, in which there is no sin, nor aggression, nor envy.” We said, “Who shows a sign of it?” The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, “One who hates worldliness and loves the Hereafter.” They said, “And who shows a sign of it?” The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, “A believer with good character.”
