๐ For some time now I've noticed that among certain groups
Are insecure females who display bad attitude,
Acting rude and ignoring salaams once they assume
You're not like them in following the belief that's true,
While they have lots of learning and researching to do.
~•~
Many of them who claim to be Salafi are new
To Islam yet they act as though they're "better" than you
Regarding their decision to embrace the real truth.
Don't they know that Allah the Most Wise is the One Who
Led them to the right 'Aqeedah with the guided few?
~•~
Why do they act like they're "flawless" as they ridicule
Individuals whom trusted scholars often refute,
And those who are not their equals are quickly eschewed?
Don't they know: Just as Allah guided them to the truth,
Allah can let them go astray or keep them confused.
~•~
To the pretentious snobs from them: Why forsake those who
Don't appear "Salafi enough" according to you?
Ever heard of Da'wah? Invite others to the truth,
With wisdom and sincerity, not vile attitude.
Reminders benefit us believers - old and new.
~•~
The Prophet Muhammad (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) showed patience and gratitude,
And was never a liar who's obnoxious and rude.
With beautiful character, call others to the truth,
While studying more about Islam and the virtues
Of good manners which prevent aimless fueds and disputes.
~•~
Reminding myself too, check your niyyah before you
Ban someone from forums or delete some from chat groups.
Why do you act aloof as if unkindness is cool?
Arrogance usually suits those who are immature
And jealous of those whom they act unpleasantly to.
~•~
Respond to the salaams of a Muslim who greets you.
Seriously, what makes you one hundred percent so sure
That so-and-so is not upon the belief that's true?
Even non-Muslims in Islam shouldn't be abused.
Be kind/fair. Don't let kibr spoil your faith and values.

๐ Abdullah Ibn Amr RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: I said, “O Messenger of Allah, who are the best people?” The Messenger of Allah SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, “One with a heart swept clean and truthful in speech.” We said, “O Messenger of Allah, we know truthful in speech. What is a heart swept clean?” The Prophet Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "One that is mindful of Allah (The Almighty) and pure, in which there is no sin, nor aggression, nor envy." We said, “Who shows a sign of it?” The Prophet Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "One who hates worldliness and loves the Hereafter." They said, “And who shows a sign of it?” The Prophet Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "A believer with good character."

๐ Abdullah Ibn Mas'ud RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "No one who has the weight of a seed of arrogance in his heart will enter Paradise." Someone said, "But a man loves to have beautiful clothes and shoes." The Prophet Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Verily, Allah (The Almighty) is Beautiful and He (Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala) loves beauty. Arrogance (kibr) means rejecting the truth and looking down on the people."
In another narration, the beloved Prophet Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "No one who has the weight of a seed of faith (Imaan) in his heart will enter Hellfire."
