๐ In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
๐ Signs of highly insecure people to clarify
What it means to feel so unconfident from inside,
Eager to please people more than Allah the Most High,
Acting in insulting ways so you're not undermined:
~•~
Most insecure folks tend to take a lot of selfies,
Upload loads of photos to be spoiled with flattery.
They're big on make-up and looking flawless physically,
And they judge others based on the shape of their bodies.
~•~
Confident people glow with faith and inner beauty.
They uplift others, defend those treated unjustly,
Use their voice to inspire and hands to do charity,
And they don't shy away from saying "Thanks" and "Sorry".
~•~
Most insecure folks feel obliged to flaunt they're wealthy.
So food and travel pictures they post regularly
Are meant to prove they can afford worldly luxury.
The truly rich and secure don't broadcast their money.
~•~
Most insecure people enjoy putting others down,
Behaving like bullies to soothe their interior scowls.
They're pros at spotting others' flaws, gossiping around,
And when someone rightly taunts them, they act like sad clowns.
~•~
The confident don't gossip. They've better things to do.
Cheap rumors they don't buy, specially if they're untrue.
To them, mocking others' faults and defects is no use
When they make mistakes at times, because they're human too.
~•~
Most insecure folks are clingy, get hurt easily,
And doubt themselves when they deal with people's enmity.
They likely stick to cliques despite their toxicity,
Fearful of rejection, unconcerned with quality.
~•~
Confident people who trust Allah the Almighty
Live life for Allah, not His servants submissively.
They do good patiently, regardless of mockery,
And when they're "alone", they're independent, not lonely.
~•~
To avoid feeling insecure, take note at all times,
We're here to serve Allah, not keep His slaves satisfied.
Why worry what people think when Allah the Most Wise
Is the One Whom we must submit to each day and night.

๐ Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Some people from the Ansaar asked the Messenger of Allah SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam and he gave them. Then they asked for charity again and he SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam gave them. Then they asked again and he SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam gave them until all he had was gone. The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "If I had anything, I would not withhold it. Whoever refrains from asking others, then Allah will make him content. Whoever would be independent, then Allah will make him independent. Whoever would be patient, then Allah will make him patient. There is no gift that is better and more comprehensive than patience."

๐ Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "The strong believer is more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, but there is goodness in both of them. Be eager for what benefits you, seek help from Allah, and do not be frustrated. If something befalls you, then do not say: 'If only I had done something else.' Rather say: "Allah has decreed what He wills." Verily, the phrase ‘if only’ opens the way for the work of shaytan."
