Poem: On "Gheerah" / "Ghayrah" Protective Jealousy

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Three examples to clarify what a "dayyooth" is,
A cuckold or coward, who lacks actual manliness,
Devoid of protective jealousy,  not one bit strict,
Who's fine if his womenfolk are flirts or immodest,
Wanting their love or due to intentional neglect:
~•~
One - When a guy takes some photos with his wife and kids,
While his partner and daughters are not modestly dressed,
Not wearing hijab while revealing parts of their legs,
Then he shows the pics to his pals, and says, "Look at this,
My wife's a hottie, and my children are just perfect!"
~•~
Two - When a guy insists that his wife meets his colleagues,
Commands her to shake their hands and showcase her beauty.
Three - When a guy lets his sisters act flirtatiously,
Doesn't denounce their tight clothes or skirts up to their knees,
And his excuse is, "They're young. YOLO! Let them be free.".
~•~
Such traits don't suit Muslim men who are truly manly.
Real men strive to guide, shield, and safeguard their families,
Without being abusive, negligent and extreme.
From the many signs that a man loves you is when he
Ensures you wear hijab and serve Allah correctly.
~•~
Thus don't surmise that some females must be so happy
To have male relatives who aren't at all bossy,
Who can't lead women or teach them to like modesty.
Brave men value Allah's Rights, take duty seriously,
And know how to be leaders with justice and mercy.

📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Sa'd Ibn 'Ubadah RadhiAllahu 'anhu said, “O Messenger of Allah, if I find another (non-mahram) man with my wife, should I leave him alone until I bring four witnesses (to testify if zina was committed)?” The Messenger of Allah SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Yes." Sa'd RadhiAllahu 'anhu said, “Never! By the One (Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala) Who sent you with the truth, if that happened to me I would quickly grab the sword!” The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Listen to what your leader is saying. Verily, he (Sa'd RadhiAllahu 'anhu) has a sense of honor (ghayrah/gheerah), and I have a greater sense of honor than him, and Allah has a greater sense of honor than me."

📖 Abdullah Ibn Umar RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Every one of you is a shepherd and is responsible for his flock. The leader of the people is a guardian and is responsible for his subjects. A man is the guardian of his family and he is responsible for them. A woman is the guardian of her husband's home and his children, and she is responsible for them. The servant of a man is a guardian of the property of his master and he is responsible for it. No doubt, every one of you is a shepherd and is responsible for his flock."

📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Among protective jealousy is what Allah loves and hates. As for what Allah loves, it is jealousy when there is probable cause. As for what Allah hates, it is jealousy without probable cause (based on mere suspicion)."
