Note: On How To Deal With Suicidal Thoughts

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Due to the gradual increase of trials and tests before the occurrence of the Day of Judgment, many people may occasionally have suicidal thoughts, assuming that purposely ending their life would permanently terminate all the difficulties they are facing. Whether a Muslim feels saddened or depressed by how they're not receiving enough love and support from loved ones, or their business isn't as successful as they hoped it'd be, or they've recently lost somebody close to them either by death or their choice to no longer communicate, or they're financially struggling, or the false rumors that have been spread about them cause suicide to be tempting, or they can't stand being in love with someone whom they can't have so being heartbroken is not anymore tolerable, or basically their current mood can't be described as "happy" nor "contented" especially during these trying times, a Muslim should remember the fact that deliberately committing suicide is a major sin which Allah the Most Merciful and His noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam warned us against. The similitude of a person killing themselves due to being unsatisfied with life is that of a student who rebelliously throws his examination papers in the dustbin and storms out of the exam room, not caring what the examiners will do.
🔸Tips on how to deal with suicidal thoughts:
1] Constantly remind yourself that the main purpose Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala created us is to sincerely worship Him, not to please His servants nor build a personalized "dreamland of perfect bliss" on earth.
2] True happiness and eternal peace can only be found in Jannah Paradise, not in this world that was designed to be full of temporary tests. Continue doing your best to serve Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala to be worthy of His Love and entry to Jannatul Ferdaus.
3] Count the numerous blessings and gifts that Allah the Most Wise chose to give you. Among the things which Allah generously granted you include His Guidance to become a striving Muslim, access to learning more about Islam, the ability to read and understand the languages you speak, a simple or cozy home instead of wandering in the streets, and the electronic gadget you're using now to network with others many of whom may have gone through the same emotions you've experienced.
4] No matter how bad your present situation seems to be, there will always be several others around the world whose sufferings are more complicated than yours. A lot of them are able to survive with steadfast trust in Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala while maintaining rewarding patience, gratitude and contentment with Allah's Destiny.
5] While your Qadr/Decree has already been written, you can
Inn-sha-Allah change it positively by saying Du'a, particularly increasing your supplications while you're fasting, when praying Tahajjud / Qiyaam Al-Layl, or on every Friday.
6] Detach yourself from whatever and whoever triggers negative energy. Don't feel guilty about unfriending or unfollowing users whose updates frequently make you doubt yourself. Unapologetically avoid those who gossip and who distract you from trying to become a better Muslim.
7] Do Tawbah and repent from all the wrongdoings that bring your soul down. Sorrow, worries and depression are meant to expiate your sins so you're admitted to Jannah Paradise while sinless. When you reform and strive to obey Allah's Commands, and abandon what Allah and His noble Prophet Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam forbade, you can feel happier and your heart can be more at ease, free from guilt and dark spots which prevent spiritual light from entering.
8] Temporary feelings of sadness and worry can be more manageable when you recall how dunya and its joys as well as sorrows won't last long. Eventually we must meet Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala and pray we are among those destined to reach Paradise. Ameen.
9] Be calm knowing that encountering hardships is one of the probable signs that Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala loves you. By having an imperfect life in this world, you are motivated to work harder for Jannatul Ferdaus, understanding that the pleasures of dunya are unreal and not worth crying over.
Furthermore attain inner tranquility by maintaining a strong connection with Allah the Most Kind. Say more Adhkaar, Du'as and read from the Noble Qur'an as regularly as you can to comfort your heart and heal emotional wounds.
Allah's Prophets 'alaihim as-salaam, including the beloved Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam, all went through a variety of challenging circumstances in their lives, opposition from some people and being falsely accused or viewed negatively. What makes you think that you deserve a 100% idealistic or satisfactory life in which every single plan goes well and you're adored by everybody?

Note: Prioritize Seeking Islamic Knowledge

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Whatever major or college course that a Muslim took lacks barakah (blessings) if it distances them from Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala and causes them to be preoccupied with dunya's temporary pleasures. If you majored in accountancy or took up a course in business administration, there is no barakah in what you have studied if you still deal with ribaa/usury or behave deceitfully with your clients. If you graduated with a master's or doctorate degree on a certain field, the money spent on your tuition and whatnot may be devoid of blessings if your fancy titles and impressive awards distract you from striving to please Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala.
Hanging up tarpaulins with an enlarged photo of oneself, spreading one's graduation photos as though graduating from a university is the main definition of "success", and scornfully looking down on those who can't afford formal education are trivial matters which don't lead to Allah the Almighty being pleased with a Muslim, particularly if that supposedly "educated" and "sophisticated" person shows no interest in trying to learn more about Islam.
A Muslim's experiences in college can Inn-sha-Allah be blessed if they at least make regular effort to study about Islam, whether by reading Islamic books, listening to Islamic lectures or attending weekly Islamic classes and religious gatherings.
All the graduation caps that one has worn, medals won and certificates received will be completely useless in one's grave and the Day of Resurrection. On Judgment Day we won't be asked about our IQ levels, how advanced our vocabulary was, what kind of intelligence we had, how much income we made from the professions we chose, and how many selfies were uploaded.
Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala will judge us based on what He sees in our hearts, our sincerity, actions that we did and if we remained steadfast, patiently adhering to the Sunnah of the beloved Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam.

Hadith: Virtues Of Saying Du'a / Supplication

📖 Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, “There is no Muslim who calls upon Allah, without sin or cutting family ties, but that Allah will give him one of three answers: He (Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala) will quickly fulfill his supplication, He will store it for him in the Hereafter, or He will divert an evil from him similar to it.” They said, “In that case we will ask for more.” The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Allah has even more."

Note: What's It Like To Be INTJ?

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Some of my traits and things I've dealt with which explain my INTJ personality (if you can relate to most or all of these, you may be an INTJ too):
1] Inability to get bored researching and exploring different websites and articles online.
2] Extreme curiosity in issues that are important or relevant to what I'm going through. When I am interested in a subject or wish to be more acquainted with a person, I have a tendency to ask a lot of questions.
3] Usually the odd one out in a group just smiling or not laughing when the others are joking or teasing each other boisterously. Goofing around and acting childish don't come naturally to me.
4] Intensely disliking gossip and avoiding people who seem to enjoy backbiting about others.
5] Being asked to apologize to several individuals or somehow making up to them for unknowingly or unintentionally offending them in the past. INTJs typically communicate in a straightforward manner and efficiently state facts without having to spare emotions.
6] Not being disappointed when a person broke a promise, ignored a salaam, left a text message unanswered, or didn't invite me to a meeting or gathering where other mutual friends were invited, since I don't get emotionally attached to people and can't trust anybody easily. Alhamdulillah as an INTJ, it's not difficult for me to move on from those who are incompatible and who can't reciprocate my loyalty.
7] Appearing like an "arrogant snob" to those who instantly make judgements based on what they see while they don't even know me fully. To strangers and outsiders I may seem distant, aloof and too strict. However with loved ones and the few whom I consider as friends, I try to be helpful, protective and compassionately patient with them.
8] Not being an overly emotional or sensitive type has helped me find polygyny manageable Alhamdulillah as my husband's first wife. INTJs generally finalize decisions using logic and envisioned future possibilities instead of relying on current feelings.
9] Disliking socializing with too many people for prolonged periods. After chatting with a few individuals or answering questions, I often withdraw to re-energize. This is why I'm terrible at responding to inbox messages on time no matter how much I want to answer each one of them.
The more you are familiar with your MBTI personality, likes and dislikes, the more you can better understand why you can't vibe and click with every person you meet in life. It's okay to not be friends with everybody you encounter, on condition you strive for Allah's sake to be fair and honest with everyone, maintaining good morals and character regardless of how others think of you.
📖 Anas ibn Malik RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Whoever abandons lies in support of falsehood, a house will be built for him in the surroundings of Paradise. Whoever abandons arguments even though he is right, a house will be built for him in its middle. Whoever makes his character excellent, a house will be built for him in its highest part."

Note: On Self-Discovery And MBTI Personality Theory

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Among the advantages of understanding someone's personality type as well as yours include having awareness of what causes them to behave the way they do, why they make decisions in a certain manner and whether or not you both can get along harmoniously.
Ways to decode or analyze a person's personality type if they're not interested in taking an MBTI test online:
🔸You know they're an extrovert (E) if:
1) They enjoy social gatherings and they're fine speaking to large groups of people.
2) The more people they speak to, the more energized and motivated they feel.
3) They get bored or lonesome easily if they go on weeks without human interaction.
🔸You know they're an introvert (I) if:
1) They are more comfortable talking to one person at a time or discussing issues with just a few close friends.
2) The more they socialize and engage with people, whether strangers or loved ones, the more their energy is drained so they require seclusion occasionally.
3) They're completely okay with not having many friends and they consider solitude as a chance to enjoy independence.
🔸You know they're sensors (S) if:
1) They perceive or judge things using their five senses.
2) They're more likely to say "I see", "I noticed", "I heard", "From my observation", "Obviously...", "I realize", and "It is what it is".
3) They're very specific and detailed, noticing even the smallest details easily.
🔸You know they're intuitives (N) if:
1) Their judgements and perceptions are mainly based on their gut instinct, intuition and how they feel. They have an ability to read into people's behavior and recognize patterns.
2) They're more likely to say "I feel that...", "I have a feeling that...", "Maybe...", "There are many possibilities...", "I can tell...", "What if...", and "I knew it."
3) They're more concerned with the big picture and overall summary. They oftentimes don't bother with unnecessary details.
🔸You know they're feeling types (F) if:
1) They hate conflict, confrontation and arguments. They don't always insist on being the right one.
2) They're sensitive and can quickly get hurt.
3) They try to avoid hurting people's feelings as much as possible.
🔸You know they're thinking types (T) if:
1) They are not afraid of confronting and debating with others.
2) They are generally thick-skinned and don't instantly get offended. Their decisions and actions are mostly based on logic and reason.
3) They don't hesitate to do something that could offend others if doing so is the more logical and reasonable decision.
🔸They are perceivers (P) if:
1) They find planning, organizing, arranging, categorizing, and making lists boring, debilitating or unnecessary.
2) They are spontaneous and are okay with unplanned outings.
3) They prefer to have more freedom and space rather than being obliged to follow strict rules.
🔸They are judgers (J) if:
1) They enjoy making plans and being well-organized.
2) They prefer to be prepared and they dislike surprises or unexpected changes without prior notification.
3) They would rather follow a set of rules and stick to a schedule than be told to do whatever they feel like doing.
The combination of four letters you end up with after trying to analyze a person's personality can be further explained in some of the articles that are available at these sites:

Although my husband's MBTI type (ESFJ) and mine (INTJ) are likely to clash with each other, since we view many things very differently, Alhamdulillah through marrying him I've learned to be more tolerant, patient and understanding.
Regardless of what our MBTI type is, what is important is we try our utmost to follow the beautiful character of the beloved Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam who encouraged us Muslims to maintain proper dealings and decent manners with others.
