Poem: Maintain Noble Manners Even With Strangers And Former Friends

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 To check if you have actual good character or not,
Watch how you react when you walk by those who detached
From your circle and with whom you're no longer in touch.
Will you retain noble manners despite holding grudge?
~•~
If you see those with whom you're no longer in contact,
Who unfriended you online or whom you cannot trust,
At a mall, gathering, public place, or in a bus,
Will you greet them or perform a disappearing act?
~•~
Secrets and intimate details they shared in the past,
Will you spread them around so your ex-friends are laughed at?
Their weaknesses and problems, will you have them discussed
Behind their backs with the close friends you currently have?
~•~
Or can you be strong enough to let your ego drop,
And say salaam to ex-friends though your connections stopped?
When they sneeze, will you respond as pious Muslims must,
Or will you ignore them and be morally bankrupt?
~•~
While it's your right to select who to befriend and love,
Treating people fairly is something you mustn't stop.
Answer greetings, help when you can, have friendly smiles swapped,
So your good Akhlaaq joins you with those whom Allah loves.
~•~

Poem: Advice To Those Addicted To TikTok And Trending Videos

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

💌 TikTok... As time nowadays ticks away so quickly,

Many youngsters misuse their faculties and beauty,

Uploading videos of themselves behaving oddly,

Feeling as though the world revolves around them only.

~•~

Most of the video clips they upload indirectly

Train them to love and worship themselves addictively,

To inflate pride when they feel impeccably pretty,

And with increased selfies live their lives more selfishly.

~•~

It's fine if they share reminders occasionally,

Inspirational words and advice generously,

To uplift and support each other in piety,

But no, lots of TikTokers promote their looks mainly.

~•~

Most, if not all, TikTok addicts are quite unhappy,

Filled with self-hatred, self-doubt, susceptible largely

To competitions that commend intense jealousy,

Inducing trivial goals and decreasing self-esteem.

~•~

If they were at peace and happy from inside really,

They'd give some of their happiness with others kindly,

Reminding Muslims to learn Islam responsibly

And to serve Allah instead of lost societies.

~•~

If they had confidence and inner strength actually,

They'd use life lessons to help Muslim communities,

Defend the weak, inspire those struggling inwardly,

And invite others to Allah with uplifting speech.

~•~

TikTok... As time nowadays ticks away so quickly,

If you're a TikTok addict, can you bravely delete

All your video clips with music so Allah is Pleased

That you renounced what your nafs wants for Allah Only.

The worst of your women unveil their beauty, take pride in their appearance, and they are hypocrites. None of them will enter Paradise except as rarely as you see a red-beaked crow."

Poem: Be Humble Enough To Thank People For Allah's Sake

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

💌 From the traits of those whom Allah blessed with good manners

Is gratefulness or ability to thank others

For tips they offered, food shared, advice and kind gestures.

Pride is what prevents many from expressing Shukr.

~•~

Thank people whom Allah inspired to grant assistance.

Appreciate kindness even if what they've given

Is in small amounts or you think it's not important.

Acknowledgment and thanks are tough for the arrogant.

~•~

If you can't express sincere gratitude verbally

To those who did you favors and treated you kindly,

Then pray for them and mention them in Du'as at least.

Supplicate to Allah for their faith and well-being.

Poem: Authentic Love For Allah's Sake Doesn't Know How To Give Up

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 The likeness of a wife who has always been in love
With the man whom Allah destined as her other half
And with much stubbornness she refuses to give up
Is that of diamonds that can't easily be cut.
~•~
Her loyalty continues shining despite loud storms,
Like roses that mesmerize in spite of their sharp thorns.
Her strength to keep on loving comes from Allah Alone,
And deep love for Allah's sake is what keeps the bond strong.
~•~
Visualize a scene in which her husband cannot read,
While she teaches him literacy so patiently,
Eager to see him progress and improve gradually,
Readily forgiving his flaws and deficiencies.
~•~
She's his friend who hesitates to disturb his sound sleep,
Yet when it's time to pray, she'll wake him up lovingly.
Her tongue never tires pronouncing his name frequently
In sweet Du'as and her heart chimes in with harmony.
~•~
Her love is deeper than physical, it's loyalty
Mixed with plentiful hope, and patience with empathy -
The kind that whispers, "Dear husband, I won't leave, sorry,
Until Allah decrees that you reach Jannah with me."
~•~
📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "If a woman prays her five prayers, fasts her month of Ramadan, guards her chastity, and obeys her husband, she will enter Paradise from any gate she wishes."

Ali Al-Qari said, "That she prostrates to her husband is due to the number of his rights over her and her difficulty in maintaining gratitude for them. Note: Avoid Unnecessarily Chatting With Non-Mahram Males

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 As I quickly scroll through my inbox trying to decide which messages need to be answered first, I find out that a guy whom I've known through our parents back in Saudi Arabia sent a salaam which had me wondering, "Should I respond to his greeting and continue our conversation? What if our dialogue isn't that important and it leads to some sort of fitna? Alhamdulillah I'm contentedly married and he's married with kids too. Maybe there's nothing wrong with a casual chit-chat if we see each other like brothers and sisters? Nah that whole friendzoning and 'I see you like a brother' thing aren't applicable in Islam since non-mahrams of different genders can't be "just friends". So I left his message on seen mode, just as I've chosen not to answer the dozens of salaams and misspellings from other guys many of whom may be searching for soulmates in the wrong place.
I pray that he and the others will understand the importance of lowering their gaze, minding their business, networking with male students of knowledge if they have questions about Islam, focusing on improving the love they have for their own women or asking Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala for loyal, supportive and pious Muslim wives in the future.
Alhamdulillah it's better to be an unintentional heartbreaker whom Allah the Most Loving still loves than to be someone who doesn't take their Deen seriously and shows inability to keep desires under control.
Friendly conversations among unrelated men and women may seem harmless at the beginning, but situations can gradually get out of hand when the conniving shaytan comes in between them.
