Tips: Five Toxic Habits To Avoid As They Could Trigger Stress Or Worsen Your Mood

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

🗒️ Five toxic habits to avoid, as much as possible, as they could trigger stress or worsen your mood:
1] Purposely neglecting your duties to Allah the Almighty while striving to constantly meet the demands and expectations of Allah's servants. Regularly not praying the obligatory prayers on time without a valid excuse yet ironically ensuring that you attend every faculty meeting, wedding and appointment punctually.
✅ Solution: Always live your life to please Only Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala without being affected by how Allah's slaves perceive you.
2] Aimlessly browsing around random posts on social media and resentfully stalking the accounts of people whom you dislike due to envy, or frequently watching vlogs which provoke unpleasant feelings of jealousy and discontentment with Allah's Qadr/Decree.
✅ Solution: If you don't feel comfortable at all around a particular individual online or offline, simply do not disrespect yourself by begrudgingly paying attention to their statements and actions which fail to inspire you to become a more productive Muslim. If you're crossing a bridge and heading towards a specific destination, you wouldn't allow yourself to be distracted by insignificant cracks and icky molds on the bridge - instead, you'd concentrate on your actual goal and continue walking.
3] Expecting everybody who notices you to treat you like a "celebrity" or VIP ("very important person") and feeling unreasonably offended when you're not receiving special treatment 24/7.
✅ Solution: Understand that the whole universe and people's lives do not revolve around you. Since all human beings have their own set of struggles, worries, trials, fears and problems to solve, not every individual who knows your name can come to your assistance or behave the way you'd want them to all the time. Let all disappointments and rejections train you to excel at being patient for Allah's sake and more forgiving towards your loved ones.
4] Forcing yourself to persist in doing something which you clearly cannot do, while the intention behind agreeing to such task is not to serve Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala but to actually appease His creation.
✅ Solution: Always rectify your niyyah/intention when doing anything. Do all good deeds as much as you can only to please Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala with absolute Ikhlaas (sincerity)
so you still earn rewards
Inn-sha-Allah for your sincere attempts. With wisdom know when to accept requests, when to comply with a person's commands, when to delegate, when to relax, and when to decline invitations.
5] Acting as if this ephemeral dunya is everlasting while remaining distant from Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala.
✅ Solution: Do not ignore the fact that this world is temporary. By behaving as though you'll "undoubtedly" exist on earth eternally, you may be a lot more prone to depression and making a big deal out of every single predicament than those who believe that each challenge or difficulty eventually has an ending.
Every day and night look forward to strengthening your connection with our Creator Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala.
Never quit learning more about Islam and benefitting from what can enhance self-development.

Note: Nine Things Which Don't Impress Me As An INTJ

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
❎ Nine things which don't impress me as an INTJ personality type:
1] A person's tallness, being above average in height. (Yeah you're so tall, but adult giraffes are even taller.)
2] The country in which a person was born.
3] The ethnicity or nationality of one's spouse.
4] The variety of dialects and languages which a person is fluent in.
5] The number of countries that a person visited.
6] The fancy outfits and branded clothes which an individual often flaunts.
7] How popular an individual is on social media or how seemingly charismatic a person is.
8] The various awards, certificates and college degrees which a person has earned.
9] How well a person cooks and how frequently they get to dine out with some loved ones.

✅ What I perceive as actually impressive:
1] Trustworthiness, loyalty, dependability, straightforwardness, dedication, sincerity, authenticity, reliability and steadfastness which are very rare in general.
2] Inability or refusal to act upon insecure feelings of jealousy. Despising and avoiding aimless gossip as much as possible.
3] Assertiveness and having the courage to take initiative to do the right thing when necessary, regardless of critics' opinions.

📖 Anas Ibn Malik RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "The believer is one who is trusted by the people. The Muslim is one from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe (not guilty of backbiting, telling lies, and deliberately committing injustice). The emigrant (muhaajir) is one who emigrates away from evil. By the One (Allah the Almighty) in Whose Hand is my soul, a servant will not enter Paradise if his neighbor is not secure from his harm."

Note: Why I Don't Celebrate The So-called "mawlid" or "birthday" of the beloved Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

🗒️ Allah the Almighty knows best. Three reasons why we Muslims shouldn't celebrate the so-called "mawlid" or "birthday" of the beloved Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam:
1] There is no clear evidence in the Noble Qur'an, no obvious commandment from Allah the Almighty, nor mention of any authentic Hadith and direct instruction from the Prophet Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam stating that it is obligatory or highly encouraged to celebrate the day when the noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam was born. The exact date and precise timing when he SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam was born have not been clearly documented. So it is unreasonable to select a particular date of each year to commemorate his arrival or being brought into this fleeting earth.
2] Celebrating the so-called "birthday" or "mawlid an-Nabiyy" would be very similar to resembling or imitating some unbelievers who enthusiastically celebrate the birth of Prophet 'Isa / Jesus 'alaihis salaam. Striving to imitate the actions, customs, practices, mannerisms or conduct of a certain person or group of individuals is usually a sign that you loyally admire them.
3] There is no actual proof mentioning that those from the Sahabas and salaf / pious predecessors RadhiAllahu 'anhum who loved the noble Prophet Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam a lot more than many of us do actually celebrated the so-called "mawlidun-nabiyy" nor did any of them strongly asserted, with justifiable evidences, that the beloved Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam himself commanded every believer to celebrate the day when he was born.
If the CEO of a large company has been deceased for several years, it does not make sense for his associates and employees to dutifully set up a noisy party every year to show respect or adoration of him, while it is known that none of his relatives and closest friends would prepare extravagant parties for him and for themselves, particularly if the color scheme of such social events contains colors which he warned his loved ones against.
The beloved Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam warned us, his followers, against bid'ah and introducing religious acts in Islam which he SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam never introduced.

Note: INTJ Muslim Wife On Divorce, Fierce Loyalty And Remarrying

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

🗒️ Question: As a Muslimah whose MBTI personality type is INTJ, what would your actual reaction be if your husband informed you that he already signed some documents to agree on talaaq / divorce?
📝 Answer: 1] Firstly I'd patiently accept that his request for separation was willed and decreed by Allah the Almighty, and as a Muslim I should try my best to avoid questioning Allah's Destiny. I'd still let him know that if ever he wishes to reconcile so we can, with Allah's Will, have a second marriage (even until a third marriage) in the future then I would lovingly welcome him with open arms.
2] I'm definitely not one of those females who'd desperately search for another guy to marry when divorced. If ever my husband asked for a divorce, I would insist on finding ways to discuss the issue with him, solve the problem, and even encourage him to marry another woman without him needing to leave me.
3] I would assume or imagine that he is acting strange because he's under some kind of "spell", black magic or sorcery, or his odd conduct resulted from the negative influence of the evil eye / "ayn", or simply some awfully jealous individuals and nosy outsiders are the ones coercing him to declare that he has decided to divorce - maybe because they want him to marry somebody else or they assume that we are "incompatible" out of sheer envy.
4] If ever it was official that I'd be a divorcee, I would still have hope, unyielding determination, and firm trust in Allah the Most Wise, asking Him Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala to bring back to me the man whom He Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala wisely chose as my spouse and soulmate at the most ideal timing. I'd recall the special love stories of several Muslim couples, whom I am acquainted with personally, and admire how those wives remained loyal and remarried some time after a temporary split-up. I'd rather obstinately reject all the marriage proposals of willing suitors and faithfully wait for a remarriage with my first husband, even if Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala destines that our second marriage occurs in our fifties or seventies.
5] If I were a divorcee, particularly one who still won't give up on her ex-husband and who's eagerly praying for another wedding with him, I would actively, as much as possible, avoid mingling with females who are unduly proud of being either married or divorced, while unapologetically staying away from online content which advocate impatience and illogical divorce. A broken family isn't something to celebrate from my perspective, and, in my opinion, a woman never truly loved her husband if she won't fight at all for their love to continue until Jannah Paradise.

📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "A woman is married for four things, i.e. her wealth, her family status, her beauty, and her religion. So you should marry the religious (righteous Muslimah) woman (otherwise) you will be a loser."

The closest to him in rank are the greatest at causing tribulations (mischief, trouble). One of them says: 'I have done this and this.' shaytan says: 'you have done nothing.' Another one says: 'I did not leave this man alone until I separated him from his wife.' shaytan embraces him and he says: 'you have done well!'"
