Hadith: The Virtues Of Fasting A Lot Of Sunnah Fasts In Sha'baan / Sha'ban

📖 Usamah ibn Zayd RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: I said, “O Messenger of Allah, I do not see you fasting any month as much as you fast during Sha'ban.” The Prophet Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "It (Sha'baan) is a month which (a lot of) people neglect between the months of Rajab and Ramadan. It is a month in which the deeds are raised to the Rabb (Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala) of the worlds and I like for my deeds to be raised while I am fasting."

Note: Five Signs That You Are Contented With Being Your Husband's Loyal Wife

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
📑 Five signs that you're completely contented with your marriage and you don't regret marrying your husband at all:
1] It's easy to love your husband for Allah's sake sincerely and unconditionally. When he makes mistakes, you don't feel upset easily and whether he apologizes immediately or eventually, you forgive him to please Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala readily.
2] Seeing other couples portray their affection to one another, attending weddings and listening to a friend gush over how much she loves her husband regularly can't arouse jealousy but rather they inspire you to love your husband even more for Allah's sake with admirable loyalty.
3] You don't have a single crush on anybody besides the man whom Allah the Almighty wisely chose as your husband and soulmate. If ever you find some individuals attractive for their steadfast faith/Imaan, confident personality and integrity, you're capable of avoiding needless interactions with them faithfully.
4] You wholeheartedly believe that even if you couldn't spend time with your husband as often as you liked, as you're in a polygynous marriage or he works in a different city, he's the only guy on earth whom you'd stay married to for as long as he's alive. His frequent absence doesn't cause your love for him to decrease. Thanking Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala for having a lovable husband is something you do dedicatedly.
5] You can imagine unapologetically rejecting every marriage proposal from interested suitors if ever your spouse asked for divorce, and you'd await his request for a second or third wedding with him patiently.

Be eager for what benefits you, seek help from Allah, and do not be frustrated. If something befalls you, then do not say: 'If only I had done something else.' Rather say: "Allah has decreed what He wills." Verily, the phrase ‘if only’ opens the way for the work of shaytan."

Poem: Don't Marry This Kind Of Guy

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 To single Muslim females who sincerely aspire
To get married someday, become dedicated wives,
And aim to please Allah more through a blessed marriage life:
Don't accept marriage proposals from the kind of guys
Who desire you after liking your photos online.
~•~
Don't marry a guy who just likes you for looking fine,
Who enjoys staring at women with wandering eyes,
And who'd quickly desert you anytime he desires
When he finds another woman who looks more sublime,
Like a child who leaves unfinished meals for sweeter bites.
~•~
Most boys who prefer brief joys to beauty from inside
Wouldn't care about how you feel and what you require
If you gained weight or revealed blemishes for some time.
Why bother agreeing to be a devoted wife
Of one who demands perfection while he's flawed likewise?
~•~
The man whom you can marry for Allah the Most Wise
Should be one who strives to be pious and who acquires
Income through lawful means and he's sincere from inside,
Willing to take good care of you, and what caught his eye
Isn't your status but your striving for Paradise.
~•~
Marry a Muslim whose belief and manners are right,
Despite not being rich yet or he has a first wife,
As long as loving you is not something he would hide.
Pray Salat Al-Istikhaara before you decide,
And throughout life seek blessings from Allah day and night.

📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "If someone proposes marriage to you whose religion and character satisfies you, then you should accept it. If you do not do so, there will be trials (fitna / fitan) on the earth and the spread of corruption."

Note: Better To Be The Kind Person Giving Than The One Constantly Taking And Begging

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

💌 Giving charity for Allah's sake doesn't reduce your wealth, but it purifies it and blesses your earnings. Being generous is also one of the means to attain extra rewards. The more good deeds you sincerely do, the higher your level is in Jannah that has several levels the highest of which is Jannatul Ferdaus.
Some of the happiest people on earth aren't necessarily those who constantly receive gifts and freebies, but they're the ones who actively volunteer in charitable organizations, financially support widows and orphans, ensure the basic needs of the homeless or refugees are met, contribute to Islamic schools or madrasahs (madaaris) with whatever amount of money they can give, and provide the depressed or less fortunate with the available amenities they can offer (even if all they can share is a kind word or genuine smile), knowing that kindness keeps oneself relaxed and at peace from inside, while praying that their acts of sadaqah can guarantee them a special place in Paradise.
📖 Abdullah ibn Umar RadhiAllahu 'anhuma narrated that Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu alaihi wa sallam was upon the pulpit mentioning charity and abstaining from begging. The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "The upper hand is better than the lower hand. The upper hand is the one that gives and the lower hand is the one that takes."

Tips: Advice To Single Muslimahs On Dealing With Married Friends

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
🗒️ Question: What advice can you give to single Muslimahs in their late thirties on dealing with married friends who frequently brag about how special the husband is because he is ridiculously generous with his money, works in the medical field or comes from another country?
📝 Answer: 1] When you, as a Muslim, firmly believe that Allah the Almighty controls everything, that whatever He Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala chose to give you nobody can take from you, and the things which bring happiness to people in life were already decreed by Allah the All-Knowing even before they were born, you wouldn't be affected at all by jealousy.
2] Whatever makes a person supposedly happy in this world could be a test from Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aa, and every trial comes with its own set of defects, distractions or difficulties. Somebody's love story shared on social media which typically arouses envy may conceal many problems, misunderstandings and tears behind the scenes. If you were to go through their journey, you probably wouldn't be able to cope with the struggles which accompany it.
Maybe Allah the Most Wise didn't bestow on you such source of joy because He knows that you don't have the capability and suitable environment to deal with its disadvantages appropriately.
3] Imagine being a kindergarten teacher while the boastful braggarts are little children enthusiastically showcasing their colorful scribbles or jigsaw puzzles they've solved. Instead of scolding them for "showing off" or feeling irrationally jealous, you'd compassionately congratulate them or act like you're impressed, without any decrease in your confidence and contentment with Allah's Qadr/Destiny.
4] If you're an actual friend, you would resist the urge to act on despicable feelings of envy. True friends mutually want each other to thrive and succeed in both worlds, whereas fake "friends" easily get envious of one another openly or secretly.
5] Whether your friend's husband is from Saudi Arabia, Africa, Singapore, Mars or Jupiter, and whether he's a wealthy CEO or Lamborghini and Ferrari driver, what actually matters, to guarantee lots of blessings in marriage life (with Allah's Will), is the niyyah/intention of both the husband and wife. Muslim spouses who genuinely get married to please Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala are more likely to be happier inwardly than couples who accept a marriage proposal for money or to embellish their public image to pacify some insecurities.
Stay contented Alhamdulillah that you're not one of those insecure individuals who intentionally go out of their way to make others jealous because they themselves envy somebody else. Understand that Maryam 'alaihas salaam, the mother of Prophet 'Isa 'alaihis salaam, was never married yet she's one of the best women in Jannah Paradise.
Your unwavering belief in Allah the Most Loving together with your sincere good deeds, not your marital status, is what's essential to be worthy of Jannah's entrance.

📖 Abdullah Ibn Mas'ud RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "There is no envy but in two cases: A man whom Allah has given wealth and he spends it rightly (for Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala), and a man whom Allah has given wisdom (true guidance and authentic Islamic knowledge) and he judges and teaches with it."
