Note: Three Kinds Of Blessings

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
🗒️ "There are three kinds of blessings: blessings that are gained which the servant is aware of and acknowledges, anticipated blessings that are hoped for, and blessings which one has but which are not recognized yet."
Ibn Al-Qayyim (May Allah have mercy on him. Ameen.)
🌻 Some examples of:
...blessings that many recognize: receiving access to authentic Islamic knowledge and guidance from Allah the Almighty to the truth and correct belief/'Aqeedah, earning halal income with a decent job, and the ability to read, being able to distinguish between right and wrong.
...awaited blessings that are wished for: blessed marriage with a righteous spouse, pious children, and sufficient wealth so one finds it easy to do charity for Allah's sake.
...blessings that you have which only few tend to appreciate: being given plenty of chances by Allah the Most Wise to do Tawbah and being alive to do more good deeds, daylight in which you can admire Allah's beautiful creation in nature, quiet nights when your body can rest, furry animals like stray cats that often keep you company when you feel lonesome, and the many faculties which Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala gave you such as your sense of smell, sight and touch etc.
📖 Al-Mughirah Ibn Shu'bah RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: The Prophet Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam would pray until his feet were swollen. It was said to him, “Why do you do this when Allah has forgiven your past and future sins?” The Messenger SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Shall I not be a grateful servant?"

Note: Five Signs That Your Husband's Misconduct And Foul Acts Are Not From Himself, And Tips On How To Stay As His Patient And Loyal Wife

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Five signs that your husband's misconduct and confusing acts oftentimes are not from himself but they're a result of the negative impact of the evil eye ('ayn), sorcery (witchcraft, black magic), or he's being coerced by nosy outsiders (jealous friends, relatives who despise his wife, competitive colleagues etc.) to misbehave so he loses his loving marriage life:
1] While speaking to you or after talking to you, you notice many times that his eyes are teary or slightly reddish, as if he's filled with guilt or sadness concerning how he's being ordered to mistreat you.
2] You've observed that usually when you're out or indoors together, your husband frantically scans the surroundings or anxiously looks around as if he can sense that he's being monitored or stalked by a group of spies that commanded him to treat you badly.
3] You regularly see your husband or an image of him in vivid dreams where he's crying, shedding tears, apologizing to you, stretching out his arm to hold on to you, or enjoying romantic moments together which you can't always enjoy when you're not dreaming.
4] Several times when you've touched him, sat beside him, or displayed affection, you realize that he unnaturally gets nervous or trembly, unlike before in your first weeks of marriage it was obvious that he felt comfortable around you. He's probably shaking with anxiety as if he's afraid that whoever coerced him to neglect you would penalize him for not following their unjust demands, or he's trying his best to overcome the negative effects of evil eye ('ayn), sorcery (witchcraft, black magic).
5] The number of times he's been kind and loving to you outweigh the number of times he acted unreasonably or neglectfully. Maybe he's not being requested by anybody to be neglectful towards you but, he is in reality busy with his job, specially if he is employed in the medical field, or some of the bad choices he may sometimes make are due to severe depression or some sort of personality disorder which he has been struggling from.
🔹 What you can do as a caring, understanding, patient, supportive, and admirably loyal Muslim wife:
1 ] Continue trusting Allah the Almighty, saying lots of Du'a wholeheartedly, and praying that Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala always blesses your marriage life. If you genuinely love the man whom Allah the Most Wise chose as your soulmate from the very moment you were engaged to marry, you wouldn't easily give up on him like a kid that irresponsibly throws away an unfinished lollipop.
2 ] Lovingly include your husband in your frequent Du'as / supplications, particularly while fasting Sunnah fasts and when praying Tahajjud / Qiyaam Al-Layl.
3 ] Courageously give your husband the space that he requires once in a while (allow him to miss you. Don't be too annoyingly clingy), so he can relax, reflect, and analyze carefully to solve whatever challenges and problems he could be encountering.
4 ] Ask him kindly to do proper Ruqyah on himself or carry out Ruqyah on him while he's awake in a good mood or when he's peacefully sleeping. Encourage him to habitually say the morning and evening Adhkaar, and to recite as many Surahs and verses from the Noble Qur'an as he can. The stronger your faith/Imaan and Taqwa, and the more righteous deeds you do sincerely, the more formidable or effective is your shield (coming from Allah the Most Powerful) against any evil eye ('ayn), sorcery, and people's enmity.
5 ] Consistently remind yourself of why you accepted your husband's marriage proposal in the beginning. Imagine his moodiness, ignorance in certain circumstances, or occasional mistakes as branches of an imaginary wild tree that constantly tries to grab his body to cast him into a cage. If he gets locked in, will you cowardly leave your husband behind because you selfishly care more about your well-being than your spouse's needs and freedom? Or will you bravely stand by him, let him know that you remain by his side for Allah's sake, and patiently wait for his release or until you find a key to free him, as you're eager to pass this temporary test which Allah the Most Wise has sent to examine if your love is artificial or genuine.

Poem: Increase In Income Doesn't Always Indicate Allah's Love, Specially If One's Wealth Isn't Spent In The Correct Way

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Dear self, and Muslims who try to earn halal income,
An increase in wealth isn't always indication
Of Allah's Love but it means more examinations,
Additional exams on how the money is spent,
How it's earned, and if it's given with right intention.
~•~
When you go out for grocery or window shopping,
What's your goal? To spoil yourself with worldly enjoyment?
Or to buy what you need and survive as a Muslim,
Purchasing necessities for cooking and sharing,
While fully aware that this world is not permanent?
~•~
When asked to purchase some products from friends or loved ones,
Whether you buy eagerly or with some reluctance,
What's your purpose in buying? To make it evident
That you're wealthy and kind, not a miserly person?
Or to help them for Allah's sake with good intention?
~•~
The money which you often spend? Where does it come from?
Through ribaa / usury / interest that's forbidden?
Through lottery, gambling, or was it somehow stolen?
Or through sincere efforts from a decent profession?
Work that involves haraam is devoid of real blessings.
~•~
You have debts (utang)? Are you indebted to someone?
Have you completed paying for your reserved items?
Businesses that you manage - are they lawfully run?
Or will they bring forth problems on the Day of Judgment?
Make sure your affluence is a blessing, not torment.

Tips: It's Hard To Feel Jealous When You're Contented With The Role And Blessings That Allah Chose For You

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 There are birds that can fly like geese, eagles and falcons. And there are birds that don't have flying capabilities, such as penguins, ostriches and chickens.
There are animals that travel on four legs like bears, pandas and cats. And there are creatures that transport themselves without legs like snails, snakes and slugs. Some animals can run really fast, like horses, jaguars and cheetahs. Others move about slowly like turtles, elephants and sloths.
There are trees that produce delicious fruits and beautiful flowers; and there are those that are useful for manufacturing paper and wooden furniture. Some plants require sand and sunlight, while aquatic plantations thrive better on water.
Some marriages were arranged by the couple's parents. Some love stories used to be haraam relationships which became halaal through lawful marriage. Other couples were wed when the marriage proposal was accepted.
Some wives are in monogamous marriages, while others are content accepting polygyny for Allah's sake patiently. Some women live with their husbands, while others continue loving the husband despite being employed in a different country.
A mother can be blessed with only one child, while another mom has many children, and another parent looks after twins. Some mothers gave birth through natural delivery, others C-section surgery, and other moms a mix of natural birth and cesarean.
There are a number of wives who are incapable of having kids due to infertility or health issues. There are also women who prefer to not get married, as they'd rather have a perfect spouse in Jannah Paradise. So they go through singlehood or spinsterhood with gratitude.
Some Muslims are talented at writing, others at delivering speeches or lectures eloquently. Some showcase intelligence by artistic and creative means, while others are experts in accountancy, solving math problems or simply controlling their temper to prevent themselves from getting into petty arguments.
Seeing how Allah the Almighty created His servants differently, each one with their own role, mission, gifts, tests and abilities, we mustn't feel inadequate, discontented, or dissatisfied whenever we're tempted to compare our life journey to others' lives.
We should be thankful to Allah the Most Wise, Alhamdulillah, for whatever blessing that He chose to bestow on us, avoid comparing our behind the scenes to what social media users frequently flaunt online, and focus on our own examinations, appreciating every gift which Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala gave without questioning 'how come?' or 'why?'.
It takes high levels of faith/Imaan and patience with Allah's Qadr/Decree to recognize the value of every gift that Allah granted us, while expressing our gratitude to Him by utilizing Allah's favors for a good purpose, without getting jealous of others' achievements. Envy can never disturb your heart when your soul is blessed with faith/Imaan, genuine compassion and grateful contentment.

Note: My Answer To "What Made You Accept Polygyny?"

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
📜 Question: What made you accept polygyny? How can a woman know that her husband loves her if he is married to multiple wives?
📝 Answer: Alhamdulillah I was aware of the concept of polygyny since I was a teenager and my late grandfather (Allah yarhamhu. Ameen.) was married to three wives. I've always admired big families, especially those that are so supportive of one another regarding both Dunya and Deen related matters. My husband himself grew up in a large household consisting of twelve siblings, raised well by his mother who gave birth to seven sons and five daughters. Alhamdulillah another benefit of marrying my cousin, after all the marriage proposals that I previously rejected, is being more understanding, patient and tolerant towards individuals with special needs or disabilities, since one of his brothers shows signs of autistic behavior.
When my husband expressed to me his desire to have more children, I apologized to him explaining why I couldn't fulfill what he wanted due to some complications and health issues. Afterwards I informed him about polygyny and how I'm okay if he remarried. Upon asking me if a man is obliged to ask for his wife's permission if he can remarry, I told him it's a man's right in Islam to have up to four wives even if one of the wives disagrees or threatens him with separation. Around the year 2012, when I was about 26 years old, I found out he had a second wife (a Visayan) with a son named Yusuf. He told me he chose 'Yusuf' because he remembered how I liked that name. Alhamdulillah to be honest I wasn't shocked to know that my husband married again as I was expecting he'd go for it, since I mentioned to him about how men are allowed to have up to four wives in Islam, so long as they're financially and religiously capable to do so.
I like the idea of polygyny because of the following advantages and reasons:
1) Increase in family size and the number of Muslims who follow the Noble Qur'an and Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad SallAllahu alaihi wa sallam.
The more kids that a man and his wives have, the more children can support their halal businesses or Da'wah work for Allah's sake in the future. If a man's first wife is infertile and incapable of having babies, he has a right to have a second, third and fourth wife if he wishes to raise righteous Muslim children without divorcing the first wife.
2) Opportunity for the wife to have a close friend within the family. Rather than considering her co-wife as an enemy or a threat to her marriage life, she can learn to love her as a friend for Allah's sake. Both can help one another and exchange helpful advice to thrive as pious wives. Loving the same handsome, funny and hardworking man is one of the things they have in common to be more compatible and relatable.
3) Chance for the first wife to rest when her husband is with the other wife. Instead of being too preoccupied with the duties of a busy housewife night and day, making sure the house is spotlessly clean every second and ensuring your lover always enjoys a fabulous evening with you despite feeling exhausted or not in the mood at times (particularly if you're having your period), you get to relax for a few days and enjoy the kind of independence you felt when you were single. Polygyny is suitable for those type of lovers who dislike being too clingy or excessively attached to their partners.
4) Polygyny can educate the children to appreciate unity in spite of diversity, if their father is married to wives from different tribes or countries. It also allows people from various clans and continents to avoid racism, tribalism and nationalism. Imagine a Saudi Muslim guy married to four wives, an Egyptian, a Filipino, an Indian, and a half-British half-Pakistani. Their multiracial kids, along with their cousins and relatives, wouldn't hate on other nationalities because they have a number of family members who come from that country.
5) Welcoming polygyny for Allah's sake can Inn-sha-Allah elevate a woman's rank or status in Jannah for patiently accepting what Allah the Most Wise made permissible for men yet difficult for the majority of women. While staying in a polygynous marriage and wearing the niqab are very hard for many Muslimahs to do, those who are able to see their virtues, wisdom and value can willingly embrace them with rewarding patience and gratitude.
6) If you pass away, the other wives of your husband can look after your children instead of leaving your kids with a widowed father who may marry a woman that could turn out to be an unpleasant stepmother.
7) You sense how your love for your husband is true when you can continue loving him even if he's away for several days or he's with his other lawful wives. For him to be married lawfully to multiple wives is a lot better than to be his only wife while he could be dating some 'secret mistresses'.
~*~
Some of the signs that your husband loves you, when he has multiple wives all of whom he loves so dearly:
1) Allowing you to touch him, massage or hold his hand. Men in general hate being touched by those they're not close to.
2) Answering your text messages and calls, even if they're delayed or brief. If a guy doesn't like you at all, he wouldn't bother checking your message to read.
3) Frequently trying to joke with you and make you laugh, especially when he notices that you're stressed, sad or angry.
4) Being patient enough to listen to you talk or tolerate your weirdness when you behave childishly and playfully.
5) Encouraging you to learn more about Islam, giving you permission to spend time with religious sisters and correcting your mistakes when it's your turn to be advised.
6) Demonstrating random acts of love or surprising you with romantic gestures from time to time, like feeding you from the meal or snack he's eating, offering you a back-rub, massaging your hands, squeezing your nose or cheeks lovingly (facial cheeks and bottom cheeks included), drinking from the same glass or cup you drank from, waking you up for Salah, encouraging you to not be lazy as though he's your coach, advising you to forgive others, appreciating the food you give him or not complaining about your experimental cooking etc.
7) Preferring to see your natural beauty than with cosmetics on or not reacting negatively when he finds you without make-up.
Alhamdulillah those are just some things that indicate your hubby loves you even if you're in a polygynous marriage.
