Note: Sharing A Valuable Lesson Learned From Today's Tutorial Class

 بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

📝 Alhamdulillah the tutorial / summer class today at the SarahTel hotel on the establishment with Mubaarak Fresh Food - MAIN located right beside RANIA Muslim Wear and a few walks away from Masjid and Ma'had Salmonan as well as Nor-ash Boutique went well even if I had only one patient student attending this afternoon Alhamdulillah.

May Allah the Almighty again bless the halal businesses of dear sister Juhainah Doñasales Javier and make all her travels and journeys easy and protect her and her Muslim loved ones at all times. Ameen.

One thing I'd like to share with those who offer tutorial classes from their homes, neighborhood or region with their own unique traits, personality and strength is:
Never be attached to any of your students or tutees. A student attending classes on some days for some time isn't a full guarantee that they'll continue with you until they receive their awards, gifts or certificates of participation and appreciation.
We've heard of such thing as "dropouts" who discontinued their studies each one with their own reasons for discontinuing.
Possible reasons why some students may stop attending your tutorial classes:
1. They probably realized the lessons were either too difficult or too easy and they believed they're not learning what they sought to learn or be educated about.
2. Their parents or guardians couldn't afford the tuition fees and transportation fees.
3. They found other tutors or classes and their timings conflicted with the timings of your sessions.
4. One of their parents or guardians possibly felt extremely insecure in your presence, maybe jealous of how you appeared more successful, productive or educated than them, or they resented how their child or kids talked about you positively often, so they decided to alleviate their emotional aches or insecurities by not supporting you because they can't stand seeing you doing so much better than them in many ways.
5. They had to relocate or move to a different city or village and they are not into online tutorial classes.

Always keep in mind that people, like feelings and emotions, are undeniably temporary. They come and go. This is why we shouldn't be attached to fellow human beings. For Allah's sake stay contented and continue doing what you hope can bring us much closer to Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala.

The sudden loss of interest from certain customers, clients or tutees and students doesn't necessarily imply you've done a terrible job at entertaining them but their departure from our life story signifies we should trust Only Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala rather than attempting to rely on fellow servants with loads of limitations, restrictions and tendency to make bad choices now and then.

Alhamdulillah 'ala kulli haal. If some exit or transfer etc. let them be that's their decision. We were not created for every single soul out there to be glued to us or to remain in our network and circle forever.

Allah's Love may oftentimes be shown in removing particular individuals from your proximities online and offline so that we recall to only depend on Him Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala and so we get used to not expecting too much from people.

Note: No class Inn-sha-Allah this Thursday but perhaps this Monday we can continue and next Saturday etc.
Feel free to DM to be added to the group chat if you're interested in some face to face classes here in Davao city or online classes for kids, teens and adults in English language ✨
