Note: How Do Some Introverted Muslims Choose Their Close Friends?

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
📜 Question: Regardless of your MBTI personality type, how do you choose your friends, or when would you consider somebody as a "good friend"?
📝 Answer: As an introvert (INTJ) I generally don't walk around actively or desperately searching for friends. I believe that it's possible
Inn-sha-Allah to thrive in both worlds without numerous long-lasting friendships, particularly if not every individual whom you're destined to meet can be regarded as completely honest and reliable. I also don't wait nor yearn for anybody to interact with me several times until they reach the point when we both consider each other as "friends".
Alhamdulillah I'd say that while I have a lot of acquaintances of various tribes and nationalities, only a small number of them are individuals whose personal lives I genuinely care about for Allah's sake and out of that select few there could be less than a handful whom I'd regard as actual friends even if they probably perceive me as merely an acquaintance.
How do I select my friends? Definitely not at random and not according to similarity. Just because someone is around my age, wears the niqaab when outdoors, can speak English fluently, was born in Saudi Arabia like I was or they enjoy writing poetry occasionally, it doesn't mean that I'll automatically become enthusiastic about befriending them, as if my main mission in life is to gather as many clones or carbon copies as I can to form some kind of battalion.
What I'd usually do if I must categorize people is I would disqualify a person from being a "potential friend" once they've done any of these:
1] if they deliberately lied to me more than once.
2] if they caused me to waste time doing something pointless, absurd or unproductive more than once. And if they ignorantly insist that I indulge in bid'ah or polytheistic acts.
3] if they're boring conversationalists online and offline, if they don't know how to have deep conversations, if you feel as though you're tediously interviewing or investigating them whenever you attempt to have a meaningful dialogue.
4] if I overheard them cowardly backbiting about me or criticizing any of my loved ones, especially my dear husband.
5] if we've known each other's names for more than five years but so far neither of us have taken the initiative to spend time together outdoors at least twice.
6] if they regularly show signs of nervousness or discomfort whenever they speak with me, as though they're guilty of something and trying to conceal it.
7] if they have a tendency to act overly emotional and passive-aggressive, if they've complained to any of my relatives about me instead of discussing the problem with me directly - I'd regard the snitch as someone whom I can't trust anymore because any information I try to share with them could be misconstrued.
I'd consider someone as a friend if:
1] I openly make effort to support their halal business or hobbies whenever I can online and/or offline.
2] I don't feel bored asking them questions about themselves and their interests etc.
3] I oftentimes go out of my way to visit them (at least once a year), send them a message (at least once every three months or so) or ask for their advice.
Trying to maintain connection with lots of people can drain your energy if you're an introvert. So don't be surprised if some introverts aren't very likable or approachable, specifically if amassing fans or supporters isn't one of our primary goals.

Tips: 5 Things To Avoid When You Discover That Some Jealous People Backbite About You Regularly

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
🌺 Five things to avoid doing when you discover that several jealous and insecure individuals gossip about you regularly:
1] Do not doubt nor question your self-worth. Never believe a single word, no matter how slightly true or awfully nonsensical it is, which those gossipmongers maliciously say about you, particularly if they don't really know your life story and complete background.
2] Don't bother investigating how the silly gossip started, and don't interrogate those gossipers about their actual intent behind the ridiculous jokes and rumors they spread about you. You don't want to waste your time listening to more nonsensical lies which they cowardly invent to relieve their self-hatred, envy and boredom.
3] Never stalk their online posts. Block those toxic users for Allah's sake on social media if necessary. Don't be curious to know what other statements those miserable gossipers have circulated about you.
Focus on doing whatever you must do to please Only Allah the Almighty Who can avenge you at His own timing.
4] Don't imitate their stupidity by similarly spreading rumors about them or disclosing the secrets which they've told you in the past. Catching a sad clown inventing rumors about you isn't an invitation for you to play the role of an oppressed stand-up comedian in front of naive fans and you begin entertaining them by criticizing the clown who's already overwhelmed by intense jealousy and severe misery.
5] Don't assemble your team or circle of trusted friends to behave like obnoxious bullies towards those morally inept gossipmongers, attempting to start your own world war or battle of idiocy.
Simply abstain from having unnecessary conversations with those badly brought up species, as much as possible, and take them as ideal examples of the kind of person you would never want to admire, become and copy.

Poem: To Every Muslimah Who's Envied By Insecure Gossipmongers

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

💌 Dear Muslimah, the subject of most jealous ladies
Who are experts at gossiping when they feel empty -
Don't worry. Don't doubt your worth. By their stupidity
And immature acts triggered by intense jealousy
Don't be affected. Simply pity their misery.
~•~
Most baby donkeys on earth behave more maturely
Than these gossipmongers who if you were to place near
Chimpanzees, most monkeys surpass their maturity.
These gossipers who pat their own backs with such ugly
Words backbite about you due to their grief and envy.
~•~
They can't control their mouths because they're morally weak,
Overcome by envy each time they see you succeed
At showing better manners with grace and dignity.
Your countless achievements disturb their ego while peace
Is something they lack inwardly due to jealousy.
~•~
There's no need to confront them on their buffoonery,
Since they'll probably add more lies to their baloney,
Bunch of nonsense to soothe emotional injury.
Avoid them for Allah's sake. Shun their idiocy.
Feel sorry they loathe themselves for their low self-esteem.
~•~
Maybe they resent the fact that you're clearly pretty,
So blessed in many ways by Allah the Almighty,
And your confidence intimidates them massively.
Rumors are nothing. Jokes can't define reality.
Rise above sad clowns with more patience and piety.

Poem: Emotions Are Temporary Tests. Don't Be Controlled By Them.

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
📝 Emotions are like the storm or cold snowy weather.
Like this world, they're temporary. Most feelings later
Subside. Emotions are tests which don't last forever.
Remember that Allah's enemy, shaytan, whispers
Into people's hearts, hence don't obey shaytan's orders.
~•~
It's from the devil's tactics to promise there's pleasure
And so-called "success" in sinning, so we surrender
Our faith and connection with Allah the Creator.
Don't listen to what shaytan tells your heart; this liar
Seeks your failure so he gathers roommates in Hellfire.
~•~
Don't let grief lead to suicide nor cause you to injure
Yourself. Don't let envy urge you to mistreat others.
Don't let wrath bring forth injustice. Don't allow anger
And pride to prevent you from forgiving your mother,
Father and siblings so you treat them like mere strangers.
~•~
Don't let severe anxiety make you forgo Dhikr.
Fear Only Allah and trust Him Who has full power
To control everything on earth and what it covers.
Don't let unlawful lust compel you to dishonor
Your values due to someone's deceptive exterior.
~•~
Don't let joy make you selfish, greedy for life's "glitter"
And "treasures" which distract souls from more serious matter.
If ever you've acted on foul emotions, since you're
Just human, pray that Allah forgives all your errors.
From your mistakes learn to be more careful and wiser.
~•~
If emotions are like the storm, while the temperature
Outdoors can't be controlled, then take protective measures.
Shield yourself with firm Taqwa and consistent prayers.
Choose close friends cautiously. Never let your sight wander.
Safeguard your Imaan with true knowledge and reminders.
~•~
That your 'Aqeedah belief is right always ensure,
Because there's no use in controlling feelings if your
Actions contain bid'ah and of Tawheed you're unsure.
Learn more about Islam and stay sincere to secure
Your heart from the schemes of shaytan the cursed and impure.

Note: 11 Ways An INTJ Shows They Love You Without Declaring "I Love You"

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
📝 Eleven ways that a Muslim with the INTJ personality type shows they love you without saying the phrase "I love you (for Allah's sake, as a friend or loved one)":-
1] Regularly greeting you with the salaam while initiating a hug, offering a handshake, or gently patting you on your back or shoulder.
2] Sincerely complimenting you on your talents, good qualities they admire about you or your culinary skills even if they've said the same compliments multiple times.
3] Frequently supporting your halal business by being a loyal customer instead of consistently begging for freebies or special treatment, sharing some of your Facebook posts or pages, and/or giving words of encouragement often to motivate you to thrive as an entrepreneur.
4] Advising you one-on-one instead of scolding you in front of an audience when they notice you did something wrong.
5] Inquiring about your overall well-being online and/or face to face at least once every five months while going out of their way to prolong the conversation with you rather than being overly formal or awkwardly abrupt and indifferent.
6] Genuinely finding a lot of your jokes amusing and occasionally attempting to make you laugh with their strange sense of humor when possible, instead of appearing too serious or unimpressed around you 24/7.
7] Sharing with you links every now and then to websites, articles, videos or lectures which they hope can benefit you.
8] Allowing themselves to be emotionally transparent with you, which is something not all INTJs do so eagerly, and asking for your advice or feedback on an issue which matters to them a lot.
9] Defending you without reluctance when they catch somebody treating you unfairly or inappropriately, in both your presence and absence, instead of tolerating or ignoring that person's misbehavior.
10] Trying to share with you something they've cooked, prepared or designed, or purchasing items, edibles or drinks which they believe you'd like, without expecting you to return their favors.
11] Making sure that you receive their immediate thanks and expressions of gratitude whenever they find out you did them a favor.

Poem: When A Loyal Wife Talks To Allah The Almighty About Her Dear Husband

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Dear Allah the Almighty Who controls everything,
Dear Allah the All-Knowing Who hears and sees all things,
Dear Allah the Most Loving You know that I love him -
The man whom You chose as my spouse for my well-being
And I've stayed loyal to him since our first engagement.
~•~
Dear Allah the Most Kind, I ask You for Your Guidance,
To guide me and my soulmate on our way to Heaven,
Praying that when we reach Jannah with Your Permission
That You Allah would let my spouse watch a recording
Of all the moments when my loyalty was proven -
~•~
...Like when non-mahram males would walk by, I'd avoid them,
Lowering my gaze, shunning prolonged conversations,
And delete non-mahram males from lists of "online friends",
And when some critics try to defame my dear husband,
I behave like his lawyer with enthusiasm,
~•~
Defending him for Allah's sake, finding solutions,
Sweetly mentioning him in frequent supplications,
While remaining loyal in his presence and absence.
And although many may find this strange or disturbing,
I gladly distance myself from souls who despise him.
~•~
Why should I trust someone who disrespects my husband
Whom I believe Allah gave as a gift and blessing?
Dear Allah, please destine that every time my husband
And I are mentioned badly by jealous opponents,
You Allah grant them our sins and enhance our patience.
