💌 It is unreasonable to claim that you love a person and expect them to love you back when you purposely do the opposite of what they like or you refuse to take their commands seriously. Placing hashtags with certain catchphrases in social media posts and boycotting products from a particular country where Islamophobic acts are widespread do not suffice as proofs of your love for the noble Prophet Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam.
Some testify they love the Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam yet when his blessed name is mentioned they don't bother demonstrating respect by saying "SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam" audibly. Others carry out actions which the Prophet Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam warned against or never introduced, such as:
🚫 Celebrating birthdays, announcing "Eid Milad" to make birthday celebrations sound "halal", intentionally delaying the obligatory prayers on a regular basis, decorating one's walls with gigantic portraits of people or owning furnishings with images of living beings, drinking and eating with one's left hand, neglecting the Sunnah etiquettes of entering the Masjid and not praying two Rak'ahs of Tahiyyat Al-Masjid before sitting, conducting extravagant weddings, forcing girls to marry whom they aren't interested in marrying and then preventing them from being wed to the pious Muslim they're in love with because of a "cultural" difference, feeling "shy" to wear Islamic clothes in front of non-Muslim acquaintances, partaking in sinful talks including backbiting, uploading selfies which gradually leads to toxic narcissism, ignoring salaams on purpose, and attending festivities of non-Muslims such as Halloween, V-day, and Xmas.
🌻 To be among those whom Allah the Almighty and His noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi love, try to make effort in copying the way he SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam lived his life - grateful to Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala so he remembered Allah a lot, patient during difficult moments, contented with a simple lifestyle, modest while generous whenever he could do charity, and treating people with a balanced combination of kindness and justice.

📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: The Messenger of Allah SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam came to a graveyard and he said, “Peace be upon you, the abode of a people who had faith. We, if Allah wills, will join you. I love to see our brothers.” They said, “Are we not your brothers, O Messenger of Allah?” The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, “You are my companions, but our brothers are those who have yet to come (in the future, those who steadfastly support the beloved Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam without seeing him yet).” They said, “O Messenger of Allah, how will you recognize those people from your nation who have not yet been born?” The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, “Suppose a man had horses with white blazes on their foreheads and legs, among horses that are all black. Tell me, would he not recognize his own horses?” They said, “Of course.” The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, “They will come with radiant faces, arms, and legs due to the traces of ablution. I will arrive at the fountain (Al-Kawthar) before them. Some people will be driven away from my fountain, just as a stray camel is driven away. I will call out: 'Come! Come!' But then it will be said to me: 'These people changed themselves (went astray committing acts of bid'ah) after you', and I will say: 'Be off! Be off!'”

Whoever lives after me will see many conflicts. You must adhere to my Sunnah and the Sunnah of the righteous, guided successors. Hold firmly to it as if biting with your molar teeth. Beware of (bid'ah) newly invented matters, for every newly invented matter is an innovation and every innovation is misguidance.”

If you ask me, why do I love him, the Prophet Muhammad May Peace be upon him -
I love him because he cared about us Muslims,
and loving him is a condition.

If you love Allah, then love the Prophet Muhammad (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) --
Allah loved him very much.
He was Allah's Final Messenger, and
The hearts of many did his mercy touch.

His beautiful character makes me admire him --
His trustworthiness and honesty --
Even before he became Allah's Prophet,
He was known by many disbelievers to be trustworthy.

I love the Prophet Muhammad (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) because
In good manners he set the best example.
I love how he was patient throughout his life,
And how his morals were never skeptical.

He (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) cared a lot about his nation, thus he taught us
What we should know about our religion.
When given the chance he'd always educate,
Blessing us with advice through his companions.

As a father and grandfather, the Prophet Muhammad (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) was kind and tender loving.
His mercy to the poor, widows and orphans --
His good treatment of Allah's servants is too astounding.

His tolerance, even to non-Muslim Neighbors, is also something to be admired.
His mercy too was further manifest
Through his kind treatment of the slaves he hired.

As a leader -- he was charismatic,
As a warrior -- marked with strength and bravery,
As a family man -- full of mercy,
And a husband who treated his wives fairly --

As a friend -- he (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) was accommodating --
Full of cheer, he brought smiles to people's faces --
Respectful to the old, and kind towards the young --
Mercy was the Prophet Muhammad's basis.

I love how he (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) was merciful -- and because
Of his mercy, he always tried to guide.
I love how he struggled to obey Allah,
And how he remained patient all through his life.

I love how he (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) was able to do so much --
So many good deeds, despite his simple life --
How he could survive on mere dates and water,
And yet stand for long hours when praying at night.

I love how he (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) was so thankful to Allah --
How he was always ready to sacrifice.
I love how his character was dignified --
How he (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) was strong and gentle at the same time.

I love the patience of Prophet Muhammad (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam)
-- In worshipping Allah, in fasting, and praying --
His patience in helping Muslims, and in hard times, And how he was merciful and forgiving.

Because of my love for the Prophet Muhammad (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam),
I try to follow him -- and say "you should too"
-- If you truly love Allah, then love Muhammad (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) --
Let your adherence to his Sunnah prove that your love is true.

O' Allah, help us obey You, and help us Follow Muhammad (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) --
in this world and to Jannah/Heaven --
Grant us his companionship in Paradise,
And allow us to drink from Al-Kawthar - his blessed fountain. Ameen.

You're grateful to Allah, patient with His Destiny,
Eager to learn Islam so your faith levels increase,

Happy for others' joys, not tarnished by jealousy.

Tips: On Dealing With Adult Bullying

 💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

💌 Intentional harassment or bullying doesn't only occur in school, but it can also take place among "adults", particularly in the workplace. Adult bullying is usually done by insecure individuals, who act like childish fifth-graders persistently messing with another student whom they regard as prettier, wealthier or more intellectually accomplished than them. 

🔹 Three examples of bullying behavior found in some "adults":

1] They deliberately try to make you feel excluded. Imagine talking to a group of five friends, discussing where your next outing will be. After you all agreed to a specific date and location, you later discover on social media that they already had their gathering without you. Upon confronting them about it, you're informed that they wanted the hangout much earlier and "forgot" to invite you. This awkward misunderstanding doesn't happen just once, but numerous times.

2] A co-worker or acquaintance behaves like an obnoxious bully when they have an awful habit of distributing items to everyone in a room while purposely ignoring you.

3] When they're in a bunch with bystanders around, they treat you with fake niceness, yet when nobody close to you is watching they emphasize their insecurities through immature gossip, direct as well as passive-aggresive maltreatment, injustice and disrespect.

🔹 Ways to cope with adult bullying:

1] Maintain strong connection with Allah the Almighty and keep trusting Him Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala. The stronger your faith/Imaan is, the less prone you are to becoming emotionally affected by people's unfair dealings with you.

2] Understand that whoever tries to hurt you on purpose is likely hurting inside. Their self-hatred, struggles with inferiority complex, ignorance of good morals, miserable upbringing or intense jealousy towards you could explain why they treat you poorly.

3] Be grateful Alhamdulillah that you're not the one oppressing others and taking people's sins. It is better to be the innocent subject being gossiped about than be the insecure gossiper whose unkindness causes their despicable envy to become clearly evident.

4] Avoid and minimize your interactions with toxic people. Unfriend, unfollow and never bother checking the timelines of those whose companionship can't add any positive value to your overall well-being. Gladly walk away from adult bullies and learn not to copy their terrible traditions.

5] Focus on developing your connections with those who genuinely care about you for Allah's sake. Find new companions who can inspire you to become a better Muslim and whose actions aren't manipulated by selfishness, egoistic pride, insecurity, greed or self-hate. 

Oftentimes it's your inner beauty, abilities, firm faith/Imaan, confidence and other gifts from Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala which intimidate certain individuals. Don't let their misery and criticism stop you from being the best version of yourself.

📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "The strong believer is more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, but there is goodness in both of them. Be eager for what benefits you, seek help from Allah, and do not be frustrated. If something befalls you, then do not say: 'If only I had done something else.' Rather say: 'Allah has decreed what He wills.' Verily, the phrase ‘if only’ opens the way for the work of shaytan."

Poem: I Can't Get Jealous Over Worldly Matters

 💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

💌 Since I believe that Allah blessed everyone fairly,

And as a Muslim I must accept Allah's Decree,

I can't get jealous of others' joys which are worldly

Nor envy people for what they got and have received.

Even if I meet ladies much prettier than me,

Or see celebrities enjoy lives of luxury,

Or have friends who are more successful financially,

I still can't afford to make my heart carry envy.

~*~

She can own all the make-up products and clothes she likes,

Collect many costly shoes and always be in style,

Earn a PhD degree and be highly admired,

And still I can't make myself envy that kind of life.

~*~

This guy and that one too can claim I'm poor if they like,

While those women can snub me, backbite or criticize,

And still I won't be fazed by their shallowness and lies;

Since my goal isn't this world, but Jannah Paradise.

Honestly, I can't bring myself to envy others

For what they've been given by Allah our Creator,

Who justly distributed His gifts and His favors,

And Who loves those who patiently accept His Qadr.

~*~

Should there be souls whom I admire, then strong believers

Whose hearts prefer Paradise to temporal pleasures,

Who memorized the Qur'an, obey Allah's Orders,

And who find peace in Allah's Love, Du'as and Dhikr.

~*~

Sincere souls who love Allah are those I look up to,

With hearts free from hate, jealousy and ingratitude.

No reason for me to resent what Allah gave you.

All blessings are meant to test our faith and gratitude.

📖 Abdullah Ibn Mas’ud RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "There is no envy but in two cases: A man whom Allah has given wealth and he spends it rightly in Allah's Way, and a man whom Allah has given wisdom and he acts upon it and teaches with it."
