Poem: Authentic Love For Allah's Sake Doesn't Know How To Give Up

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 The likeness of a wife who has always been in love
With the man whom Allah destined as her other half
And with much stubbornness she refuses to give up
Is that of diamonds that can't easily be cut.
~•~
Her loyalty continues shining despite loud storms,
Like roses that mesmerize in spite of their sharp thorns.
Her strength to keep on loving comes from Allah Alone,
And deep love for Allah's sake is what keeps the bond strong.
~•~
Visualize a scene in which her husband cannot read,
While she teaches him literacy so patiently,
Eager to see him progress and improve gradually,
Readily forgiving his flaws and deficiencies.
~•~
She's his friend who hesitates to disturb his sound sleep,
Yet when it's time to pray, she'll wake him up lovingly.
Her tongue never tires pronouncing his name frequently
In sweet Du'as and her heart chimes in with harmony.
~•~
Her love is deeper than physical, it's loyalty
Mixed with plentiful hope, and patience with empathy -
The kind that whispers, "Dear husband, I won't leave, sorry,
Until Allah decrees that you reach Jannah with me."

📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "If a woman prays her five prayers, fasts her month of Ramadan, guards her chastity, and obeys her husband, she will enter Paradise from any gate she wishes."

Ali Al-Qari said, "That she prostrates to her husband is due to the number of his rights over her and her difficulty in maintaining gratitude for them. This rhetorical point conveys the obligation of the wife to obey her husband in his rights. Indeed, prostration is not lawful to anyone other than Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala."

Note: Avoid Unnecessarily Chatting With Non-Mahram Males

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 As I quickly scroll through my inbox trying to decide which messages need to be answered first, I find out that a guy whom I've known through our parents back in Saudi Arabia sent a salaam which had me wondering, "Should I respond to his greeting and continue our conversation? What if our dialogue isn't that important and it leads to some sort of fitna? Alhamdulillah I'm contentedly married and he's married with kids too. Maybe there's nothing wrong with a casual chit-chat if we see each other like brothers and sisters? Nah that whole friendzoning and 'I see you like a brother' thing aren't applicable in Islam since non-mahrams of different genders can't be "just friends". So I left his message on seen mode, just as I've chosen not to answer the dozens of salaams and misspellings from other guys many of whom may be searching for soulmates in the wrong place.
I pray that he and the others will understand the importance of lowering their gaze, minding their business, networking with male students of knowledge if they have questions about Islam, focusing on improving the love they have for their own women or asking Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala for loyal, supportive and pious Muslim wives in the future.
Alhamdulillah it's better to be an unintentional heartbreaker whom Allah the Most Loving still loves than to be someone who doesn't take their Deen seriously and shows inability to keep desires under control.
Friendly conversations among unrelated men and women may seem harmless at the beginning, but situations can gradually get out of hand when the conniving shaytan comes in between them.

Poem: The Obligation To Worship Allah And Taking One's Prayers Seriously

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

💌 Strange how many feel a void, a sense of emptiness

In their hearts, often go through existential crisis,

Or doubt themselves when they're accused of being useless,

While they, due to pride, ignorance or forgetfulness,

Can't fulfill the purpose of why we were created.

~•~

Allah the Almighty made us so He is worshipped,

Designed our bodies not to dance but for His service,

Gave us orders to avoid what He prohibited,

And sent divine messages through His signs and Prophets

Who did their best to spread the truth, lead and admonish.

~•~

To exist just to enjoy makes one's life meaningless.

Simply eating, drinking and behaving like wild beasts

That do what they can to survive in the wilderness

Can later cause one to feel bored, empty or depressed,

When the heart isn't filled with faith and prayer's solace.

~•~

Glad tidings of Allah's Love to faithful believers

Who, when callers call "Come to prayer, come to success,"

Pause worldly tasks to fulfill our life's actual purpose.

Regardless of frequent stress, tiredness, or busyness,

Praying on time keeps them feeling whole and accomplished.

~•~

One sign you're a true Muslim is when you get upset

That you'd have to pray Fajr late as you overslept,

Then once you've prayed and have Salat Ad-Duha added,

Hoping for Allah's Mercy, your heart can calmly rest.

Praying to Allah is important to pass His tests.

~•~

📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "The first action for which a servant of Allah will be held accountable on the Day of Resurrection will be his prayers. If they are in order, he will have prospered and succeeded. If they are lacking, he will have failed and lost. If there is something defective in his obligatory prayers, then Allah the Almighty will say: 'See if My servant has any voluntary (Sunnah) prayers that can complete what is insufficient in his obligatory prayers.' The rest of his deeds will be judged the same way."

Poem: What To Avoid In Order To Be Happy And Contented

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

💌 If you wish to be happy, don't do the following:

Don't think Allah hates you when "friends" start disappearing.

Allah may have answered some of your supplications

By keeping you away from those with bad intentions,

Who sabotage themselves through lying and gossiping.

~*~

Don't prefer love music to daily Qur'an reading.

To strengthen your faith/Imaan, read the Qur'an often.

Don't admire dancers who are talented at dancing.

Look up to the pious who obtain peace through praying,

As their souls rest through frequent Qur'an recitation.

~*~

Don't wish you could afford luxurious cars and mansions,

Frequently traveling and dining at restaurants.

Not being so wealthy is actually a blessing,

When you recall that worldly joys aren't permanent,

And the poor enter Jannah before the rich Muslims.

~*~

Don't compare your current gifts to someone's achievements.

Don't assume you're the only soul prone to suffering.

Don't forget refugees worldwide, the orphaned children,

Men with mountains of debts, and women who lost husbands.

Don't guess life is useless due to stress or depression.

~*~

To be happy on the inside, embrace contentment.

Always thank Allah that He chose you to be Muslim.

Be grateful and patient with what Allah has destined,

Aware that Allah knows what's best for your well-being.

Patiently never quit till you reach Jannah's entrance.

~*~

Poem: Do Your Best To Be Ready To Meet Allah Smiling And Saying Allah's Name

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

💌 Contemplate and reflect on how many people died

Unexpectedly, most of whom wished for longer lives.

How many passed away before trying marriage life,

Before completing their studies, or while still a child?

~•~

How many women were widowed while they never tried

Making love or traveling with their spouse far and wide?

How many took their last breath whilst in their beds at night,

And news of their sudden death brought loved ones much surprise?

~•~

How many friends got into arguments due to pride,

Unaware that one of them after some days would die?

How many relatives went without formal goodbyes,

With wills they did not write and huge fortune left behind?

~•~

How many tourists were excited for some fun times

Only to be taken by Allah during their flight?

How many died in car accidents, physical fights,

Earthquakes, floods, or by lightning, with Allah's Will and Might?

~•~

Note to self, and dear human: Death can come anytime.

So prepare yourself to meet Allah each day and night,

With good deeds for Allah and trusting Him as you strive

To do sincere Tawbah before your destined demise.

~•~

Don't wait for clear signs or for Ramadan to arrive

To be inspired to pack your luggage for the next life.

Delete your selfies, albums of songs, indecent files,

And have the guts to detach from forbidden desires.

~•~

For Allah's sake purify your heart. Keep this in mind:

"I've forgiven all Muslims, even those I dislike."

Day and night say Dhikr, and Surah Al-Mulk recite.

Please Allah to be from those who smile when death arrives.
