Poem: Be Your Husband's Grateful Wife, Loyal Friend And Soulmate, Not "Gold Digger"

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Affirmations to myself and wives who can relate,
To each loyal wife who loves her spouse for Allah's sake,
And whose husband financially struggles on some days,
When he oft explains, "my wages they had to delay,",
"That's all I can give for now," and "they reduced my pay.":
~•~
Remember, you remain married because you love him,
You love him for Allah, and want to see him thriving
In both worlds, as a patient and hardworking Muslim.
You didn't marry his money, job, and possessions.
His soul, so you both reach Jannah, is more important.
~•~
Understand that his career won't be easy always.
Don't be surprised when he comes home from work, tired and states,
"There were no customers/patients for several days,"
"Please accept what I can provide, while I try to save,"
And "It's not much, but at least halal income I make."
~•~
In tough times when you and your spouse receive small earnings,
Turn this trial into a blessing, practice patience,
Take such moments as chances to have your love proven,
Still loyal to your spouse despite financial problems,
And recall that Jannah is our real destination.
~•~
If you love your man, then you should be able to wait,
To await better days, while hands in Du'as are raised,
Patiently waiting for Allah to grant ease someday.
Your man's decreased or delayed salary doesn't change
The fact you love your soulmate truly for Allah's sake.

Ali Al-Qari said, "That she prostrates to her husband is due to the number of his rights over her and her difficulty in maintaining gratitude for them. This rhetorical point conveys the obligation of the wife to obey her husband in his rights. Indeed, prostration is not lawful to anyone other than Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala."

📖 Abu Dharr RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "O Abu Dharr, do you say an abundance of possessions is wealth?" I said 'yes.' The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Do you say a lack of possessions is poverty?" I said 'yes.' The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam repeated this three times, then he said, "Wealth is in the heart and poverty is in the heart. Whoever is wealthy in his heart will not be harmed no matter what happens in the world. Whoever is impoverished in his heart will not be satisfied no matter how much he has in the world. Verily, he will only be harmed by the greed of his own soul."

Tips: Trust Allah The Almighty And Do Not Worry About Matters Which We Can't Always Control

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
🗒️ Do not overthink about three things:
1] Do not overthink about poverty (or insufficient income), because doing so can increase your worries and sorrow, and it could lead to being overly obsessed with dunya/worldly matters.
2] Do not overthink about the injustices done by those who have oppressed you, as your heart may become hardened out of resentment, your grudge intensifies, emotional unrest or bitterness is prolonged.
3] And do not overthink about longevity or living a long life in this temporal world, as doing so can make a person love hoarding, waste most of one's lifetime pursuing unproductive interests, and procrastinate the more important duties and responsibilities related to thriving in the Hereafter.
At all times trust Allah the Almighty Who controls everything and do not worry about matters which we humans can't always control.
📖 Umar Ibn Al-Khattab RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "If you were to rely upon Allah with reliance due to Him, He (Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala) would provide for you just as He provides for the birds. They go out in the morning with empty stomachs and return full (satisfied)."

Hadith: Concerning The Three Masaajid / Mosques That We're Encouraged To Visit

📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Do not undertake a religious journey except to three mosques: The Sacred Mosque in Mecca (Makkah), the Mosque of the Messenger of Allah SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam (in Madinah), and the Farthest Mosque in Jerusalem (Masjid Al-Aqsa in Palestine)."

Poem: Three Tips To Patiently Cope With Feelings Of Regret

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Three tips to patiently cope with feelings of regret,
To stop dwelling on mistakes you ignorantly did,
To quit scolding yourself for past incorrect choices,
And to be able to move on, glad and contented,
As Muslims, accepting what Allah prevents and gives:
~•~
One: The stronger your faith in Allah, the easier
It becomes to accept Allah's Qadr with Sabr,
Aware that Allah has full control of all matters,
And when you're from Allah's allies, He only offers
What's best for your soul in this world and the Hereafter.
~•~
Two: You gain nothing from crying over what happened,
Opportunities missed, and perplexing incidents.
Since your deeds with their outcomes were by Allah destined,
One way to deal with problems is to practice patience.
Allah loves believers who for His sake stay patient.
~•~
Three: Each occurrence may carry important lessons,
Such as: Next time, slow down. Check your inbox more often.
Avoid rushing when you can. Don't trust the wrong persons.
If you feel reluctant, your secrets don't reveal them.
Choose your words carefully. You're safer when you're silent.
~•~
Say "Alhamdulillah" for every lesson you've learned.
The fact that we sometimes make errors and misjudgements
Reminds us we're Allah's servants; we're only humans.
This inspires us to ask Allah for further guidance,
And when we fail any test, we rush to repentance.
~•~
📖 Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated that some people from the Ansaar asked Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam, and he gave them. Then they asked for charity again and he gave them. Then they asked again and he gave them until all he had was gone. The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "If I had anything, I would not withhold it. Whoever refrains from asking others, then Allah will make him content. Whoever would be independent, then Allah will make him independent. Whoever would be patient, then Allah will make him patient. There is no gift that is better and more comprehensive than patience."

📖 Ibn 'Abbas RadhiAllahu 'anhuma narrated: I was riding behind the Messenger of Allah SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam when he said to me, "Young man, I will teach you some words. Be mindful of Allah and He will protect you. Be mindful of Allah and you will find Him before you. If you ask, ask from Allah. If you seek help, seek help from Allah. Know that if the nations were to gather together to benefit you, they will not benefit you unless Allah has decreed it for you. And if the nations gathered together to harm you, they will not harm you unless Allah has decreed it for you. The pens have been lifted and the pages have dried."

📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu ‘anhu narrated: Allah’s noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "The strong believer is more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, but there is goodness in both of them. Be eager for what benefits you, seek help from Allah, and do not be frustrated. If something befalls you, then do not say: 'If only I had done something else.’ Rather say: "Allah has decreed what He wills.” Verily, the phrase ‘if only’ opens the way for the work of shaytan."

Poem: Seven Signs That Indicate Jealousy In Friends Or Acquaintances

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 Seven warning signs or red flags your "friend" is jealous,
Things to watch out for to spot someone who's envious,
So you can take a step back, ensure you're protected
From confiding in disguised foes who conceal hatred
And who'd celebrate if your image is demolished:
~•~
One: With tips and compliments they're absurdly selfish.
Seeing you in a good mood makes them feel discouraged.
Two: They expect you to support their works and projects
Yet when it comes to your goals, they're so unsupportive.
Attempts to connect with them prove the bond's one-sided.
~•~
Three: When talking to them, the usual discussed topics
Involve their dear selves, their problems, plans and tasks they did.
When it's your turn to speak, they'd ditch you or go quiet.
Four: They joke at your expense, laugh when you're embarrassed,
And seldom defend you when you're hurt or insulted.
~•~
Five: To inflate their ego or sense they're accomplished,
They copy your style not so rapport is established
But to steal your joys through being too competitive.
Six: They sulk when by others you're congratulated.
Not once you got from them "Congrats!", "Mabrook!", "You've made it!"
~•~
Seven: Your kind heart, gifts or skills they can't acknowledge,
Yet when it comes to your mistakes, mishaps and defects,
They're excited to diss, throw shade, or micromanage.
Be patient with their jealousy - self-imposed distress.
Shun souls consumed by envy to save them from unrest.

📖 Abu Huraira RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Do not envy each other, do not outbid each other, do not hate each other, do not turn away from each other, and do not outsell each other. Rather, be servants of Allah as brothers. The Muslim is the brother of another Muslim. He does not wrong him, nor humiliate him, nor look down upon him. Righteousness is here," and he pointed to his chest three times. The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "It is enough evil for a man to look down upon his Muslim brother. The entirety of the Muslim is sacred to another Muslim: his life, his wealth, and his reputation."

📖 Wathilah Ibn al-Asqa’ RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "The Muslim is sacred to another Muslim: his life, his honor, and his wealth. The Muslim is the brother of another Muslim. He does not wrong him or betray him. Righteousness is here," and he pointed to his heart. The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "It is enough evil for a man to look down on his Muslim brother."

📖 Abdullah Ibn Amr RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: I said, “O Messenger of Allah, who are the best people?” The Messenger of Allah SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "One with a heart swept clean and truthful in speech." We said, “O Messenger of Allah, we know truthful in speech. What is a heart swept clean?” The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "One that is mindful of Allah and pure, in which there is no sin, nor aggression, nor envy." We said, “Who shows a sign of it?” The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "One who hates worldliness and loves the Hereafter." They said, “And who shows a sign of it?” The Prophet SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "A believer with good character."
