Poem: To Critics Who Blurt "Insults" So My "Feelings" Get "Hurt"

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
🗒️ Quick note to critics who want my "feelings" to get hurt,
Who think they look "cool" when they describe me with "insults"
Like "you're nasty", "ugly", "you're so poor you can't afford
Branded clothes", "stinky weirdo" and other absurd words,
While I believe they want me "hurt" so they feel less worse:
~•~
Admit it. You only want my "feelings" to get hurt
Because you're the one who's emotionally disturbed,
You're the one who's suffering, you've probably been hurt
By someone or sad bashers in the past so you blurt
Out rude remarks so you're not the only one who's hurt.
~•~
Or you're jealous. And blurting insults is like a sword
Which you pull out each time envy intensely disturbs
Your heart that gets tainted by pride when you try to hurt
Others so you feel less emotionally disturbed.
You target those whom you envy so you feel less worse.
~•~
Strange how you attempt to get even with unkind words,
Spreading awful vibes so you're not the only one hurt
Like a worm that wants its foes to transform into worms
Or slugs as it envies any life form that can work
And live more productively than it on planet earth.
~•~
SubhanAllah Al-'Atheem. I understand you're hurt.
Stupidity or sadness inspires you to insult
Others so you feel less emotionally disturbed.
Your "offensive" words are like pacifiers you hoard
To soothe hurt ego since good morals you can't afford.

Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him honor his neighbor. Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him honor his guest."
In another narration, the Prophet Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam, "Let him not harm his neighbor."
And in another narration, the Prophet Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Let him uphold family ties."

Tips: 9 Things Which Social Media Must Never Let You Do

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful

🗒️ Nine things which you must never let social media cause you to do / do not allow browsing around social media to:
1] ...to delay praying the obligatory prayers on a regular basis.
2] ...to frequently distract you from accomplishing your goals, completing assignments and focusing on more important priorities etc.
3] ...to make you question or doubt your self-worth so you start assuming that you're not "good enough", "valuable" or "living a truly meaningful life" while the main purpose of us being created by Allah the Almighty is to worship Only Him Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala instead of trying to constantly satisfy the ego, our wants and desires.
4] ...to make you feel that you're not required to join those who attend actual Islamic classes or listen to beneficial Islamic lectures because skimming through "Islamic quotes" and brief "reminders" online is already considered seeking authentic knowledge of Islam.
5] ...to compel you to become "instant besties" or "close friends" with anybody whom you meet due to feeling "lonesome" or desperately wanting to "fit in" with particular groups of individuals who share the same interests. Be very careful with your selection of trusted companions, since the type of people you choose to network with can significantly affect your attitude, beliefs and decision-making.
6] ...to incite you to act like a nosy spy, resentfully stalking user accounts whom you despise or secretly envy, wasting much of your lifetime observing how strangers live their lives while you neglect your own responsibilities and actions which Allah the Most Wise may interrogate you about on the Day of Judgment.
7] ...to force you to copy ridiculous trends or carry out nonsensical acts, craving drama, people's approval and an increase in the number of your "followers" or "secret admirers". We're on earth, a temporary platform of different trials, to serve only our Creator Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala, not to become enslaved by people's expectations nor to accumulate fans, minions and "loyal advocates".
8] ...to bring about doubts regarding whether or not your spouse, family, relatives and friends or acquaintances actually like you whenever some of them don't respond to most of your messages in a timely manner or you notice that not all of them consistently react to many of your posts. It is possible for several loved ones to wholeheartedly care about your well-being without needing to broadcast their affection for you on social media 24/7.
9] ...to demotivate you and discourage you from continuously striving to do whatever good deeds you can do for Allah's sake whenever you stumble upon negative news, receive criticism or witness that not enough individuals are working as dedicatedly as you. Sincerely do what you believe can lead you closer to Allah's Love without expecting everybody in this world to be your cheerleader.

Note: How Do Some Introverted Muslims Choose Their Close Friends?

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
📜 Question: Regardless of your MBTI personality type, how do you choose your friends, or when would you consider somebody as a "good friend"?
📝 Answer: As an introvert (INTJ) I generally don't walk around actively or desperately searching for friends. I believe that it's possible
Inn-sha-Allah to thrive in both worlds without numerous long-lasting friendships, particularly if not every individual whom you're destined to meet can be regarded as completely honest and reliable. I also don't wait nor yearn for anybody to interact with me several times until they reach the point when we both consider each other as "friends".
Alhamdulillah I'd say that while I have a lot of acquaintances of various tribes and nationalities, only a small number of them are individuals whose personal lives I genuinely care about for Allah's sake and out of that select few there could be less than a handful whom I'd regard as actual friends even if they probably perceive me as merely an acquaintance.
How do I select my friends? Definitely not at random and not according to similarity. Just because someone is around my age, wears the niqaab when outdoors, can speak English fluently, was born in Saudi Arabia like I was or they enjoy writing poetry occasionally, it doesn't mean that I'll automatically become enthusiastic about befriending them, as if my main mission in life is to gather as many clones or carbon copies as I can to form some kind of battalion.
What I'd usually do if I must categorize people is I would disqualify a person from being a "potential friend" once they've done any of these:
1] if they deliberately lied to me more than once.
2] if they caused me to waste time doing something pointless, absurd or unproductive more than once. And if they ignorantly insist that I indulge in bid'ah or polytheistic acts.
3] if they're boring conversationalists online and offline, if they don't know how to have deep conversations, if you feel as though you're tediously interviewing or investigating them whenever you attempt to have a meaningful dialogue.
4] if I overheard them cowardly backbiting about me or criticizing any of my loved ones, especially my dear husband.
5] if we've known each other's names for more than five years but so far neither of us have taken the initiative to spend time together outdoors at least twice.
6] if they regularly show signs of nervousness or discomfort whenever they speak with me, as though they're guilty of something and trying to conceal it.
7] if they have a tendency to act overly emotional and passive-aggressive, if they've complained to any of my relatives about me instead of discussing the problem with me directly - I'd regard the snitch as someone whom I can't trust anymore because any information I try to share with them could be misconstrued.
I'd consider someone as a friend if:
1] I openly make effort to support their halal business or hobbies whenever I can online and/or offline.
2] I don't feel bored asking them questions about themselves and their interests etc.
3] I oftentimes go out of my way to visit them (at least once a year), send them a message (at least once every three months or so) or ask for their advice.
Trying to maintain connection with lots of people can drain your energy if you're an introvert. So don't be surprised if some introverts aren't very likable or approachable, specifically if amassing fans or supporters isn't one of our primary goals.
