Poem: Courage In Islam

💐 In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
💌 It takes lots of faith and trust in Allah to be brave,
To support the truth when most people are led astray,
To be aware of what's right when most are not awake,
And to speak for justice while one's voice trembles or shakes.
~*~
Courage is seen in this Muslimah who covers up,
Whose love for Allah inspires her to wear the hijaab,
Dressing modestly among fashionistas and snobs,
Seeming simple to them yet inside she glows; she's tough.
~*~
Bravery is evident in these brothers who call
Others to Islam and Allah the Most Merciful,
Doing Da'wah out of mercy, remaining truthful,
And striving to be helpful whenever possible.
~*~
She's courageous - that niqabi sister dressed in black,
Though surrounded by girls who are obsessed with make-up,
She remains firm, standing strong despite being laughed at.
Embellished with Taqwa, her heart shines with Allah's Love.
~*~
He portrays courage every time he lives for Allah,
Bravely defending the Prophet Muhammad's Sunnah,
Unafraid of foes from among those who do Bid'ah,
Content with a simple lifestyle, preferring Jannah.
~*~
To be brave for Allah is to move in spite of fear,
To achieve your goals even if your friends disappear,
To fulfill your mission though its paths aren't yet clear,
Trusting Allah to guide you, knowing He's always near.
~*~
Have the courage to use speech, know when to stay silent.
When you've wronged someone, say sorry. When you've sinned, repent.
If you've failed at something, be patient or try again.
No reason to fear people when Allah is your Friend.
~*~
📖 Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri RadhiAllahu 'anhu narrated: Allah's noble Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Let not fear of the people prevent one of you from saying the truth, if he knows it."
